It was a bit of a wait because it was such a nice day. Exterior cleaning better than interior. Not much seemed done other than cursory vacuum. I likely won t come back $37 photos are all After the wash. I think they tried to stand on car to clean the roof and never wiped their dirt off the side door

Great people, cool environment, but for $50 I expected at least a decent vacuum and wash, pretty disappointing to see a bunch of stuff that the vacuum would effortlessly pick up. Gave 2 stars because the people there are great, otherwise would have been less.

It used to be a good place before. And I used to bring my car here every once in a while. But I guess today was the last time. Idk what happened but employees are barely moving and did such a sloppy job on my car. I understand it's not brand new but it deserves to be clean. They left splashes on a front window from the cleaner I guess. Didn't even touch the doors from inside. And it's all for 37 bucks. No guys it's not the way to go. Look at the photos and tell me is that how the car has to look like after the wash? You guys are patheticUpd.: awww I see. So it's all my fault now. My fault that your employees are moving like they don't care. If you are short-handed it's none of my business. My fault is that after an hour and a half of waiting My car looks like it has never been cleaned? That's why I didn't want to waste any of my time with you guys. 4(!!!) Of your employees were working on my car and couldn't see that it has never been properly vacuumed and cleaned. Look at the windshield. Its not what you called "missing something ".The reason I came to you is just to let you know that I'm taking my car and my business elsewhere. Stop making excuses and don't try to put the blame on others.

I have avoided making this review as I have been a customer for over ten years, and the previous quality of the washes was excellent. Additionally, the owner and his wife are great people who try their best and always open for a conversation. But over the past few years, the wash quality has been rough for the quick wash/interior cleanings. Usually, I have one of my vehicles washed with Wheelworks at least once a month, and there's always something not correctly cleaned on the interior (mainly) each time. I understand people are human, and mistakes happen, but as a consumer, I shouldn't have to ask every time to redo or wipe down a basic area each time. It would be like going to McDonalds and getting a big mac made wrong each time like how frustrated would a person get asking them to re-make every time your order from there. I am not trying to be nitpicky and understand this is not a full-detail, but blowing out the cup holders or wiping down the center console area is not unique or out of standard service. I paid almost $80 (for reg wash, upgrade/ cleaning carpet mats, and tip) for one vehicle, and things are still not being cleaned properly (see pics below). I went with another vehicle recently and paid about $65 (for reg wash, upgrade, and tip), and after the cleaning, there was still dust on my center console, and the rearview mirror wasn't clean. As a consumer who is willing to pay for the upgrades to get it cleaned well and keeps trying to return to hope for change, I can't do it anymore. The amount of money that I am spending doesn't match the quality of service being provided anymore. I believe some more quality oversight by a manager or the owner would help with the cleaning issues or misses before presenting it to the customers in which I think they did in the past (like pre-2020) with someone named "Johnny". But anyway, best of luck for the business and hope things can change.

This operation is fantastic. They pay attention to all the little details that matter to me. They leave my cars in such clean condition my wife often thinks the plain wash is a full detail! Jeffrey and his crew never disappoint!

I've gone there for many years & it's the ONLY carwash I will go to!! Consistently 100% every single time!! I've never had a complaint! How many places can you say that about? It doesn't matter if you have a Ford or Ferrari... they do the same consistently perfect job to every vehicle!! They never rush, no matter how many cars they have in line & I highly appreciate that!! They aren't there to just take your money... they put 100% in every single car they do! I dare you to go there & tell me that someone else does a better job! Yet, consistently!

Visited this location recently with a filthy car, inside & out. Extremely satisfied by the attention to detail and care from all employees. My black car was absolutely spotless.Special shout-out to Nasir for going the extra mile.

They are so bad with vacuum. I have asked them three times for clean it up. It toot 1 hour for vacuum, which costs $37. So bad, stuff.

Really good place. Been here more than 15 times in past 2 years, only once or twice it was so-so (never bad). I use to go to USA Carwah, but no more. This place is so much better. A little pricy, but I i guess $29 for a hand wash (inside/out) is a fair price. Come and see for your self...

Never have visited before I ve always gone to the self service wash Never again!!! The whole crew really got the job done and I brought my black car there absolutely filthy from dust from a tree being shredded up and these guys really hit the nail with the hammer on this one. Totally worth the wait and I recommend it to anyone who cares about their car. They took they re time with everything, which I did not mind at all; from cleaning my wheels and tires to even opening the door for me and my girlfriend as they told us my car was finished. I ve been coming to this car wash for over 2 years now, the entire team and owner are incredible. The attention to detail they put into washing my car is second to none. I had some scratches on my car from some branches and the owner took time out of his work to fix them up for me. These guys are fantastic.Great wash&wax, courteous staff, fair prices, full service when you need, frequent client discount book.The line to them, will prove you right.And a bit of a wait worth it every time.

The best carwash around. The staff is kind, thorough, and very responsive.They are the only ones I trust to work on my convertible. When they are done with it, I always mutter to myself in amazement "look at that car."

When they are not terribly busy, they will do an excellent job detailing your vehicle. Call ahead to see how long the wait is as the days they are busy they may not be able to offer deluxe cleans due to volume or staffing shortages. I have waited anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour and a half to have my car cleaned here all worth it for a great job.

Been going here for a few months. Usually a great experience except today I went in for an exterior wash and a guy was smoking a cigarette while washing my car. The guy at the front desk apologized but that s it. Paid $27 for my car to be cleaned and also smell like smoke.

I have been going there for years! I amvery particular with all my vehicles. They always do an Excellent job! Jeff the owner is always right there in the mix making sure everything and the final detail is to perfection. I experienced Wheel Works hand car wash today for the first time and was VERY impressed! The inside of the car was vacuumed, the dashboard was spruced up, and the entire outside of the car sparkled when they were done. I was happy to pay $33. for this great service. Thank you SO much!

Just got my car back after it being stolen, and the horrible (can t say other words that describe them on here) people that stole it wrecked the inside. Including leaving a stench that just reeked. I mean reeeeked. I didn t even want my car back at that point after all the hell they put me through. But, I took my car to Wheelworks after its repair and they made it seem like it was brand new. No smell. NO smell! Cleaned the interior and exterior with great care and now I ll be a returning customer. Prices might be a little higher than I d like, but it s worth it. I went for the regular wash after seeing tree sap in my car. They have suggested to go for upgrade. I was wonder they have cleared all tree sap and made shine. I was happy with service.

I had to vacuum my own car. They took forever inside and when I got out they did a very mediocre job washing the windows and wheels. All this is ok but when I finally figured out that I was supposed to go inside the woman spoke to me in searing scorn thinly veiled behind a smile. She was mad because I had never been there before and had to ask when I was supposed to pay. I should have just drive off.

Been to many car wash places to get my car cleaned as I could never find one that did a good job, even resulted in doing it myself at one point. Finally found my go to place to get my car cleaned. It is always spotless. I love coming out seeing about 6-7 people working on it at a time as they are getting every crevice of my car cleaned. From the moment the young man started vacuuming my car I knew it'd be good. Most places just kind of give it the once over with the vacuum, but he really took his time to go over everything; he did this for all the cars too not just mine. Overall, really impressed. I have recommended this place to many people.

Great Team! I normally wash my own car and was hesitant on having someone else clean it for me. They took extremely good care of my car and was quick! Great customer service, had friendly staff! They treated my car like it was there own! Highly recommended this spot, and I will be returning!

Great service. I ve never taken my Mercedes anywhere else. I normally get a wash and every other time I get an express wax. We love to buy a book of washes car washes at Christmas as gifts which is great to use throughout the year.
