These people are great. I pulled in because my car was making unusual noise. They couldn't take me on the spot cos 5 people were waiting and only 2 mechanics were in. But they made an appt for me within 2 days, and reassured me it was safe to drive from what I explained. Today I went up and they tested the car, found a hole in the muffler, *changed the muffler while I waited!* and were done in one hour. With a good price. Fantastic service, thank you guys.

Nick and staff were great! They were nice enough to fill my tire and send me on my way until a later appointment opened so my family and I didn t have to miss out on our park day. Upon my return they got my vehicle in right away and discovered and repaired the issue swiftly. Had me on my way and back to the park with my family all within an hour. I highly recommend this establishment if you are in the Hershey area!

My car spilled oil and ran hot while out of town. I called 7 others until calling this place. They have great customer service. Professional staff. Give the manger Padro a raise!!! They found my problem, & gave me ride so I could enjoy my day. Goodyear went above and beyond for this customer.

Been here twice. First time was for a flat that they plugged for free. Second time I have 4 tires, alignment, and inspection. No problems at all. The guys I dealt with were kind and they had it done an hour earlier than estimated. I'll be back.

We have made two appointments to have our air conditioner recharged. The first time, we drove there and they said they couldn t do it- no explanation. We rescheduled for today and they refused because our appointment was on the half hour. What kind of reason is that and why would they let us make that appointment at that time then? Either time they could have called us before the appointment to let us know, but they didn t! Today, my husband had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to get out of the bathroom and then she was rude to him.

My Wife Took Her Car In For An Oil Change. They Charged Her 120.00 Dollars. And Told Her 3 Different Things Needed To Be Replaced.We Usually Go To Ciocca Honda To Get Out Oil Changed. And They Charge Us 65.00 Dollars. Goodyear gives people with bad reviews a 1-800 number to call and that's all. Not a good way to keep customers coming back. And I am A Part Time Mechanic. The 3 Things That Goodyear said Needed To be Replaced , 2 Of Them Were New. I looked under the car and there were bolts Not fastened. They take advantage of women. And the guy behind the counter Terry was rude to me. I spent plenty of money with them in the past.

My husband called for an appointment to get his oil changed. He had to relay to brian 4 times his name and phone number. Then continued to tell us he couldn t find the vehicle.We gave him our sons name and number and still couldnt find it. And he was the last one that took it in for service . He proceeded to get loud with us cause he couldn t find our sons information in the system.He then scheduled the oil change and tried to tell us that we couldnt have the person we wanted working on the vehicle to do the work. And tried to tell us he was gonna cancel our appointment.Once we finally got it scheduled and showed up for our appointment the front desk clerk was saying (f ) you to one of the customers that was in line behind me.This is not the type of customer service you expect to deal with when trying to get your vehicle worked on.

Went there a week ago. The employees were rude and seemed uninterested in helping anyone and had an attitude when asked questions. Wouldn t recommend going here.

Employees were cool. They didn t push anything on me that I didn t need. Came in and told them I was looking for brakes and possibly rotors on all four tires (both axles) and an alignment. They did an inspection and found I didn t need rear brakes and rotors and actually saved me like $350 + taxes. Dropped car off at 8am it was done a little after 12pm and they were busy as hell in there. Was expecting end of day call for sure but they got it done pretty quickly. Would highly recommend!

We had a great experience despite a frustrating situation. As we traveled home from a trip to the east coast we experienced a flat tire. Upon putting the spare tire on we headed to a Goodyear and were welcomed by Theresa. Theresa and her team were great and had us back on the road in no time!

Reserved 4 tires and scheduled an appointment 1 week in advanced. When I showed up for my appointment they only had 3 tires and thought one may have been used for an "emergency." Was told I would have to come back another day.

Bought 4 tires and an alignment in May 2020. Tires have 65k tread warranty. Because of the pandemic I was working from home for the past year. I may have put 7k miles on my car during that time. I took my car to get inspected May 2021 and was told 2 of the 4 tires just barely passed inspection. I contacted Goodyear and the gentleman on the phone said there is nothing they could do. My husband called Goodyear and the same gentleman made an appointment for us to bring my car in and they would inspect the tires. We went in and the person behind the desk would not talk/look at me but was very friendly to my husband. If I asked a question, he would answer the question while looking at my husband and not me. He had my husband sign the work order even though my husband's name is not on the title of the car, not the person who bought the tires a year ago, and not financially responsible for payment of repairs to my car. After the mechanic inspected the tires he did agree 2 of the 4 tires tread were worn but it was not worn enough to honor their warranty. I was told to come back in a couple of months when the tread is worse then they can honor the warranty. Well after a year of the original purchase they do NOT replace the tires 100% but prorate the amount they will apply to the next tires you purchase. They do not care how many miles you put on the tires (as long as it is under 65k) and the fact these tires could not even manage less than 10k. They absolutely do not stand behind their products AND they have a male chauvinist employee working for them! I contacted corporate and am still waiting for a response from them (probably won't ever hear back from them). I do not recommend this place for any consumer needing tires but especially women who they will definitely take advantage of!

Recently visited from Michigan. On Friday October 15 the rear brakes started grinding. Called early Saturday and they were able to get us in to have them checked and repaired. It made the trip home on Sunday much more pleasant. Thanks for all the hard work you did for us. Brian and Stacy

Late Saturday night I broke down on the highway and I was 4 hours from home. I was able to safely get off the highway ( with help from a state trooper) and had my Jeep parked at a local hotel. The following morning, as soon as Goodyear opened, I call and spoke with Steve, who was extremely patient, understanding and helpful. He gave me instructions on how to get my Jeep towed to them and let me know that even though it was a Sunday, and they only had 1 mechanic and multiple existing appointments, they would do what they could to help me. Once I got my Jeep and myself over to them, they promptly took my vehicle in, found out what was wrong, and got it fixed! The mechanic was very sympathetic and kept me informed. I was able to quickly get back on the road and got home to NY safely. I am beyond appreciative of their kindness, expertise, and accommodations.

They are the best ever !!! I arrived around 2am on a Saturday night via tow truck after having a flat tire as I was existing the parking lot of Hershey Park Stadium. Being single & traveling solo frequently I had just gotten AAA roadside assistance coverage just the week before so I didn't think it would be too much of a hassle. But, Having purchased the car recently I assumed I had a sparebut didn't, (yep, I didn't check to confirm that I did upon purchase). So suddenly the situation was problematic as it was now a Sunday, making the purchase of a new tire more difficult. Thinking I would be home 2 hrs after the concert, I didn't bring a credit card or car phone charger. So used the limited amount of charge on the phone looked up the tire I needed & the in stock inventory of the only place open on Sunday within 20 miles, which was this Goodyear Auto Service store. Seeing they had it & was even a few dollars less than the cash I had on me, I curled up in the back seat & went 2 sleep. I headed into the store at 8 am as the 1st customer of the day only to be told that the tire I needed wasn't in stock & wouldn't be available until Tuesday at the earliest. OMG, that was 3 days & 2 more nights stuck in a non drivable car with only enough $ to get the tire & no charger for my "dead" cell phone. I explained my situation & the woman behind the counter said that I was welcome to use their bathroom as needed & to help myself to as much of the free the bottled water & coffee as I wanted. She said their parking lot was as safe as could be & she would have someone check again in the morning to see if they could get the tire I needed. Well, sometimes it does get better even in the face of diversity. At around 4pm, I went in to use the restroom and asked her to check again, which she did & suddenly it appeared. It would be delivered 1st thing in the morning & was a little less than the one I had seen. I slept great, not waking until almost 8:30, so when I went in to see if it had arrived yet, found out it had so handed over the keys & less than an hour later was presented with the bill, which was more than I had. But after explaining my situation to him, he said, "not to worry", he'd "figure it out for 'me' to get going soon". He did, having to apply his own employee discount for me, a complete stranger.They were the best people I could have ever hoped for when I really needed some help. Much thanks to them !!!

Made an appointment, in short notice, to fix a leaking tire. Brian and the team took care of it quickly and were able to help me diagnose a few other minor issues going on with my car at the same time. Friendly service and got me back to work in no time. Didn't charge for the tire patch either! Will certainly use them again.

Couldn t have been provided with better service. Right at closing time I limped in with a blown tire. Teresa and Brian realized how stuck I was and they went out of their way to be helpful. Teresa Neal, the store manager, got my paperwork done in super quick time and Brian Stahl, the service manager, put on a pair of gloves and did the work himself as the other guys were still busy with other customers.Without their above and beyond attitude and getting my tire replaced there and then, my family and I would have been stuck miles from our hotel and many more miles from home. It s service like this that makes you keep returning to a place. It s a little too far for me to make it my regular tire place but I highly recommend the Hummelstown Goodyear team to anyone in the Hershey PA area!Thank you.

I made an appointment online the week prior, and when I showed up for my appointment at 11 AM, to my surprise, I learned that the appointment was for 10 AM and I was an hour late. They were incredibly busy at the time, and the 11 AM appointment was behind me in line. Even though I had missed my appointment, the staff was incredibly courteous, professional and accommodating. I felt terrible for missing my appointment, I know that it was my fault, but they were able to still take my vehicle get it serviced in a timely manner. I was incredible impressed with the people working at this location, specifically, Chad R went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I am now going to start bringing my vehicle here for service, as well.

GET YOUR SERVICE DONE ELSEWHERE!I should have trusted their terrible ratings and reviews. I took my car in for a routine oil change and arrived at 9am for the appointment I had made a week in advance. It was almost 11am and my vehicle still hadn't been seen! I asked the lady at the counter how much long it would be and she said about another 45min! When I asked why was it taking so long, her response was "we're really busy!" I told her I had a 9am appointment, it's been almost 2 hours and my car was not on the lift. Her reply, "I don't know, I just got here 30 min ago!" The lack of customer service, or attempt to provide a reasonable solution was completely unprofessional. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Look elsewhere!

Had a wonderful experience here. Came with a flat tire with no appointment or call ahead, we walked in and told them out issue. Within seconds a woman was out and took the tire to inspect it. We waited in the nice waiting room and then after a little bit Chad came out to tell us what they did. They patched the tire at no cost, really great people. Thanks again Chad!

I am so impressed with the care and service I received at the Hummelstown Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Last evening when I left the Emergency Room late I noticed my tire was low on air. I stopped and filled it. This morning I was low again. I looked and saw a nail. I stopped at their store and explained I had to get back to the hospital. They managed to get me in immediately to solve my problem. Brian Stahl and Chad Rinehart are amazing. They went above and beyond! Than you so much!

They had unexpected back logs that kept the bays occupied. I had an appointment at 1 pm, they were not able to take the vehicle until 2 pm. The Manager, Pedro, let me know the situation about 1:30. He offered great customer service, apologized that they had made me wait the half hour and that this oil change was on them. Appreciate the great service.

THEY WILL TELL YOU TO REPLACE THINGS THAT DON'T NEED TO BE REPLACED, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!!!!!I took my car in for a quote for a snapped parking brake cable. They told me that I ALSO needed to replace all these other parts of the parking brake system (of course I expected this as I am a woman) then they told me that my parking brake shoes are "low." I had JUST REPLACED THE SHOES MYSELF LAST MONTH! When I told him this, he condescendingly assumed I was talking about the pads, but no, I put them in myself and I know what I am talking about. He then told me that the shoes come pretty low and thin, so he was not recommending them to be replaced, just that they were low. They were BRAND NEW!!!! Obviously saying the shoes are low is suggesting they should be replaced. He was clearly taking advantage of me because he assumed I didn't know what I was talking about. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

A customer in this establishment's parking lot had a flat tire. They would not change her tire. They stated that they were real busy and couldn't get to it.But in the Spirit of good customer service, wouldn't you let just 1 person take 10 minutes and change her tire for her?? Instead, she had to call me to come all the way out and change it.Neither of us will ever return to that place

I had a flat and needed it fixed quickly. Goodyear was able to get me in and had my car ready fast. I was a little concerned seeing a couple negative reviews for fixing flats. Not to worry. These guys are great and I will use them again. Thanks again!

They have great customer service and excellent pricing! They are accommodating and friendly, and were able to give me a ride to work last minute when they were able to keep my car for inspection instead of just the scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The service manager is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I live in Norfolk, VA and was in Palmyra, PA for a dog agility event. On the drive up my rear brakes started scrapping and I suspected locking up, though they were still functioning. I knew for sure it was worse than just the brake pads. I got my car to 1151 Mae St location first thing the morning of April 5th as I had to hurry up and get to my event (organizer). I spoke w/ Brain Stahl, the Service Manager, and he very kindly fit me in even though I did not have an appointment. The rear brakes had indeed locked up, pads, rotors, calipers and bleeding...a rear brake rebuild!The work was done quickly and the pricing was fair. I've had no further issues w/ my brakes so feel the work was really well done. Being out of town I was really worried about being ripped off, but Brian and his team did great work (quickly) and I felt the pricing for the amount of work was extremely fair, it was even less than originally quoted!

The only good thing about them is they got it fixed quick because I was from out of state. They didn't add any coolant back into my car after replacing the radiator, said they drove my car and everything was fine. I get it back drive 10 minutes away and it starts to over heat again stop at loves in Hummel and the mechanic there helps more then they did. Horrible place to get your car fixed.

Found a nail in my tire the morning we were leaving town. Car fully loaded. Called and they got me right in. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Totally hassle free. Couldn t be more thankful for the service and care.
