At Crowne I found that the enthusiasm of new business owners was matched by their empathy, professionalism and proficiency. I took my classic Jaguar in for radiator and hoses malfunctions. They patiently and expertly evaluated the multiple issues, repaired, and replaced the relevant elements to restore the car to full functioning and reliable performance. I left the shop feeling confident that the service they performed enables me to drive with confidence. I wholeheartedly recommend this team for your car service

Crown did a wonderful job on my old LR3. It was my daughter s first car so I didn t want to sell it or give it away. It had a variety of issues, including some leaks, suspension issues even the radio didn t work. Matt and Sarah did a wonderful job. Car looks great. Runs great. Hopped in it and drove it 300 miles to Virginia and it performed flawlessly. Thanks again for all you do! The Hershey Hummelstown area is very fortunate to have skilled technicians who can keep our favorite British cars on the road!Absolute 10 star service!Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Air conditioning

Crowne Automotive serviced the radiator and transfer case on my 2011 Range Rover. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule my appointment. They were very friendly and did a great job. I feel they take pride in using the best fluids and were very knowledgeable about what my vehicle needs. I look forward to using their services in the future.

For 50 years I have owned Jaguars. When I moved to the Harrisburg area 25 years ago, I went to the Jaguar dealer where Matt Wiest was a mechanic. Over the years, the Jaguar franchise where I obtained service moved and Matt moved with them as well. Now he has his own well appointed shop and is still available as my Jaguar mechanic. I recommend him to all Jaguar owners.Service: Brake service & repair

THE JAGUAR EXPERTS !! 10-Star Review My XF had a major oil leak that rendered it completely undriveable. I had it fixed once but it actually became worse and started making a knocking noise. Then Jaguar told me the leak was a $5,400 repair job and I was ready to get rid of the car. Someone at the shop that I use for my regular cars mentioned CROWNE AUTOMOTIVE specializes in Jaguars and Land Rovers, so I gave them a call and spoke with Sara. Top notch customer service; Sara patiently listened to me vent for 20 minutes! They have an after hours key drop so I had my car towed over that evening. They also have this cool app that sends you updates, recommendations and actual photos of their findings. Before lunch time the next day, Matt the owner and the Jaguar GOAT had correctly diagnosed the oil leak and he also did a courtesy full mechanical inspection. My main concern was the oil leak and if it had caused any damage to my engine but I was made aware of every single issue. My car also had a coolant leak, broken brake sensor, front tire sensors and deteriorated supercharger and main serpentine belts. But get this .the oil leak was a $310 repair job! The actual leak was in a completely different spot than the $5,400 spot that Jaguar said. Please just let that sink in the mechanics at Jaguar, literally the folks that made my car, could not figure out the oil leak - and this is why Matt is the Jaguar GOAT! The dealership that I purchased my car from agreed to cover the repairs but insisted on purchasing the parts on their wholesale account and shipping them to us - CROWNE AUTOMOTIVE was totally fine with that. Once the parts came in, it only took about one day for Matt to fix everything. Service comes with a complimentary car wash but they also offer full service auto detailing that you can just call them up and schedule an appointment for. The same day I picked my car up, I drove it four hours to our last trip of the summer and I enjoyed every minute of that ride. My car literally runs like brand new. Jaguars are beautiful machines .no one but CROWNE AUTOMOTIVE will ever touch mine again.I don t usually write reviews but had I found CROWNE AUTOMOTIVE sooner it would have saved me a lot of stress. So hopefully my experience helps other Jaguar-Land Rover owners .just take it to CROWNE AUTOMOTIVE bro, trust me!Services: Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

We had a great experience with Crown automotive. While staying at the Hershey hotel we blew out our power steering unit in our Mercedes camper van. When all the shops in the area were backed up with work Crowne automotive squeeze us in to the schedule to help us get home on time.
