Miller's Service for RV's is tops in my book! On June 21, 2018, we set out from our campground on very narrow roads and inadvertently hit a concrete culvert that was hiding in the grass. Instantly, we knew we had an axle problem. Being that we were on vacation and traveling from the Chicago area, we looked for the closest RV help that we could find. Cory came to our rescue by driving to us (we were stranded), helping us limp our RV to the shop, helping identify parts we needed by calling around (my husband drove to Delaware to pick them up), and then putting in the new axle in the very next day (a 5 hour job). We were back on the road and headed for home. . .only one day in a hotel. Folks, it doesn't get any better than that! Cory and Christina do their best to give you options and help you however they can. I can't imagine a better experience. I wish I lived closer, I would always get serviced here! Instead, upon returning home, my home RV service shop (btw the largest family-owned RV dealer in the US) said it would take a minimum of 4 weeks and cost twice as much to do the SAME job!!! Unbelievable! Thank you, Miller's Service Center!

Do not go here!!My husband and I were going to purchase a camper from them--we made an offer which was accepted and then we were told, 'oh, by the way, this camper has an issue with the slide'. But no worries--they are an RV repair shop, and they are going to take care of it! We were planning on buying a warranty and they sent an inspector out and were informed the slide was not fixed and they weren't going to warranty. Miller's would not work with us at all on repair, adjusting the price etc. Meanwhile we had lined up financing and paid $450 for an inspection. Turns out the whole time they were still looking for a higher bidder, which explains a lot in retrospect. Our bad for not recognizing the red flags--not needing a deposit, postponing our pickup date, etc. The day we were supposed to pick it up they magically had another buyer come in and put a deposit down! Completely unethical! Would saved us time and money, not to mention heartache, if they were just up front with us. Don't fall for the nice 'mom and pop' routine--these people are slimeballs!!

We recently bought a consigned trailer from Miller's. Everyone we had contact with was helpful and friendly. Christina and Korey did a great job on our walk-through; they had obviously prepared, to be able to explain the unique features of our trailer, an Arctic Fox. They were flexible about when we could pick up the trailer, and extremely helpful when we ran into a problem with the hitch.

So my girlfriend and I were heading to shady maple one day and saw Miller s Service Center with RVs and pull behind trailers in the parking lot for sale.When we were done breakfast we stopped in and spoke with Mrs. Miller she is a very nice person. She showed us all the trailer that were for sale we looked at a few then finally saw one that would be great for our little family so we put an offer in and Mrs. Miller went right to work with connecting the owners within a 1/2 hour of us leaving we got a call back saying that they took our offer. In a week we had signed all the paper work with the help of Christina. Cory gave us a full overlook of the trailer and showed us how everything worked and gave us pointers on what to do. He answered all of our questions with no problem and gave us his undivided attention. Thanks to Keith as well. Everyone we dealt with was so kind, personable and patient and we can t express our gratitude enough.The whole experience with Millers service center was smooth, positive and overall outstanding. If you need service or want to buy a trailer or RV Millers is the place to go!!!!

We were broken down and 400 miles from home on a Friday afternoon, and the people at Miller s took care of us and got us on the road with a new hitch assembly and 7 way connector. Great service from the staff inside and the technicians. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

I have just taken my 2016 Renegade Explorer motor home to Miller's Service Center and the service department was extremely professional and prompt with their repairs to my coach. I was extremely satisfied with the promptness and the explanation that was required of myself to alleviate the problem in the future, which was explained to me by the service personnel. This is a very honest RV shop and I highly recommend it. They will have my business in the future.- Charlie

Great service, I was having a hard time with the manufacturer on a warranty issue. Miller's was instrumental in helping me through the process. They showed compassion and empathy in a difficult situation. There customer service is awesome! If my RV needs anything, I will make the trip from MD. Great People!

I can t say enough good things about this place. They are extremely honest and knowledgeable. They have twice now saved me from spending money on not necessary at the time work instead of just doing work not needed and charging me.

DO NOT GO HERE.... I took my 2010 class A diesel motorhome to them to sell on consignment. Not only did I get no follow-up from them but every time I called (over a several month period) there was something else I had to pay them to repair and another excuse as to why some other component was now broken. Mind you, this was a fully loaded Winnebago class A diesel motorhome with all the bells and whistles. Everything was in good working order when I took it to Miller's. To make a long story short they damaged it. The front window was broken, the slide was broken, the step was broken, the list goes on. I was devastated. It looked like it had been vandalized but they took no responsibility. They simply told me that they could not sell it in that condition! They didn't even offer to repair it for me ...even if I paid!

So incredibly disappointed... went there TWICE looking at the 2007 Dutchman Kodiak trailer for sale for $7500. Told them I was interested in buying it and was taking out a loan for it. They told me that they would give me a call if anyone else was interested in buying it, to give me first dibs. Settled on my loan on Saturday and was planning to buy it this coming week, only to be called and told yesterday that it was NO LONGER FOR SALE. I understand it is your property and you can do what you want, but my kids came and looked at it, got excited, we took out a loan for it--and now you are refusing to sell it to us. Incredibly unethical. I would never recommend anyone to do business here.

Inspection completed in August of 2017, oil change and tire check also paid for. One month later had blow out of a tire on roadway. Tow service was utilized to change and replace tire. Upon tire being replaced I was advised by tow service that all my tires had been over inflated to 95 PSI. Tires should have been at 80 PSI max. My rig has 8 tires. To me this was not a coincidence. Being a loyal customer to Millers RV for the last few years and spending thousands of dollars, I attempted to call and speak with the owners in an attempt to tell my story and get some type of possible compensation as I believed that an employee may have done this by accident.I was greeted by a man on the phone who went off on me STATING that I was trying to accuse them of over inflating the tires and wanting money for something they didn't do. When I asked who I was speaking to he stated that he was a scientist and that he knew this could not have happened. He stated that tire pressures build up with use. He stated that tires go bad. He stated that there were multiple reasons why the tire could have been blown out. He would not let me talk and hung up on me stating that I would receive nothing from them.I attempted to call back. After holding for several minutes same male got on the phone and identified himself as the owner MIKE. He again went off on me and would not let me speak. He subsequently hung up on me again.I attempted to call back one last time as I only wanted to tell my story. He eventually answered and put me on hold several times again never letting me explain my situation. And again hung up on me.Without Millers RV knowing the situation here it is. My RV is only used for 3 month period during year. The tires were checked by them on 08/09/17. The blowout occurred on 09/17/17. The Tow company was unable to get to the RV for several days thus the pressures on the RV tires were not built up from its use for the day of the blowout. (as MIKE was trying to say). All 8 tires were over inflated at 95 PSI after sitting for several days. (MIKE stated that the tow company's gauge had to be wrong). I understand that other things can lead to a blowout along with over inflation. UNFORTUNATELY the owners of this company were ignorant and would not even speak to me in a professional manor.IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY BEWARE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. IF YOU HAVE FRIENDS WARN THEM ALSO. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH IGNORANT OWNERS/PERSON IN MY LIFE.

Very unprofessional. Took a month for them to contact insurance and then refused to fix my RV. Told the insurance company that I wanted additional parts put installed. then wanted me to pay out of pocket for parts I was told were bad. Will never go there again. Never returned or answered my calls until I called back on a blocked phone number.
