Bought a new minute mount plow from RTS 2 years ago. Today I hooked it, upraised the blade, and rotated the blade to the left. Drove the truck to where I wanted to plow and pressed the button to lower the ow... nothing happened. Tried to rotate the plow to the right...again nothing.called them and was given things to try to get the plow to work. Still nothing. They then made an appointment for me to bring the truck in THE DAME DAY! When I arrived they took my truck in right away. They worked on the plow for about 1 hr and found that 1of the 2 fuses had blown (requiring the removal of lots of plastic covers). They replaced the fuse, function checked the plow and handed me the keys. I asked for the bill expecting to pay at the least the labor fees related to the repair. I was advised there was no charge as it is a new unit. Talk about customer service. I cannot explain how happy I am that I purchased this plow from them. I highly recommend RTS for any and all of your truck service needs. You will not be disappointed!

Don't trust anyone here 1600.00 for a brake job & a tire for inspection? they sent the tire out? don't do tires? but 7.2 hours @84.00 an hour for this job is 3.2 hours longer than the ford dealership & the book says it takes for my vehicle? but he has consumer affairs, the attorney general & the local district attorney convinced he did the job buy the book and has committed no crime? the attorney general himself told me I was not a certified mechanic and had no say in how long it takes to do a job. WOW Beware they seem to be justified & protected. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!

Very helpful. I appreciate you guys. I had a trailer brake problem and they got me diagnosed and the problem fixed and back out on the road in no time. Highly recommend. And a very fair price

Quoted way less than when we were ready to get ready for them to do the work. They wanted to charge double.Over charging cause they are slow due to the Corona virus.Plus it was going to take 3 days and not one as Quoted.

Nice family owned. Some times you have to remind them of the stuff you ordered. But they are good and reliable

R ts owner is a crook got quoted for $650 at the end of the job told me it was $770!!!!!!!!I I told him that's not what you sales repbtold me acted like he did not hear me charged me $222.00 on a $86.00 part not a man of his word and not honest all about the money not the customer that's OK you reap what you sow ..GOD SEES ALL

Brought truck in for problems with lift gate. Serviced within 90 minutes at minimal cost. Very satisfied.
