Excellent experience. Called on a Thursday, they were able to squeeze me in right at opening on Saturday. Only had the two front windows done - was in, paid, and out in under 15 minutes. Guy I dealt with was personable, too. Been 3 months and still no defects whatsoever.

Terrible work!! Lots of air bubbles when we call to complain, no one answers, finally get an answer told to come down, he basically made a fool of us. Stating that air bubbles behind tint is completely normal and that it s caused from dirt particles in the air. I literally could have done better myself. Now we re paying someone else to re-do the work. Definitely steer clear!!

This was a first for me. As I approached the address, I wondered about my decision to buy an oil change Groupon from a garage that was not familiar to me. I finally found the right door to enter, and things went very smoothly, after that. The staff are pleasant, and efficient. Once the oil change was complete, I received my coupon for the car wash. 30 mins from start to finish.

I ve been coming here for a long time however it s been a while, recently I have been unable to make an appointment because nobody never answers the phone or return calls when I leave a voicemail. It s been about a week.. I hope the place isn t going down hill I used to speak very highly of them Brian is the best

Regardless of what you read about the group on these guys were VERY straight forward professional and gave me a great price. They even let me drop the car off prior to my appt for window tinting my brand new Tesla which helped with my schedule. It was within 5-10 min of my home and very happy! Will be calling them about installing PPF if they do that.

Good experience fast service and gave me exactly what I asked for. I used a Groupon code for $119 for tinting 4 windows then had to pay an additional $80 for back window when I arrived. I am Satisfied with the service. I got 10% light and it took about 4 or 5 days to set 100%

Went a couple months ago to get 5 windows tinted. This isn't the first time we've gone here for tinting and were pleased with the results. We took our new car in to get 5 windows tinted. They were quick, which we like, but this time we are not pleased with the results. When we got in our car there was water on our seats and doors, no one took the time to wipe things down. We kept our windows up for the designated 5 days (even though the last time they told us 3 days). The front passenger window tint is cracked in the corner with a couple hair line bubbles. I've noticed these bubbles on another window too. Now, the driver's window has a slice all the way down the window and there is nothing in the door to cause this. I don't know if there was an issue with the tint that was put on, but I do not think we will be coming back to this location again.

Fast and friendly service. Greeted with a smile by the receptionist.My side window tint was purchased with a Groupon, it was an extra charge for my rear window. All five windows turned out great!

Owner is awesome, he is there every day to assemble the project.. can slap out new front window tints and a visor Shield and under 30 minutes what a guy!

UPDATE: I d give zero stars if possible.Please steer clear of this awful business. Someone called me and proceeded to argue with me over me disputing the service I was provided.Whomever it was accused me of trying to get my tints installed for free because I disputed with my CC company. When on the phone the person proved my point several times when they explained the tint percentages after the fact. I was informed that most people don t get 5% tints and the 20% I received is typical. First, why do you think you can tell me what tint I may have chosen. If the tints were described to me CORRECTLY before the tints were applied I could have made a decision and 5% could have been my choice as it s my vehicle. I chose the 20% after being rushed as noted below.Being polite with paying customers is part of the whole service including the tints and I feel whomever I worked with was incredibly impolite.I decided to be the bigger person here and cancel the dispute, but I am not satisfied with the service I received and will let as many people as possible know how awful a business this.ORIGINAL POST: Not sure if it was one of the owners, but I went on a Friday and had my scheduled my appointment.Once I arrived the directions and choices were unclear. I had to exit my vehicle and ask where to park.Once we got on the topic of choosing a tint, the person I interacted with was very snippy. I felt rushed when I chose my tint and am not satisfied with the percentage of tint applied to my vehicle.

Brian, is excellent at what He does! Nice Dude. AWESOME TINTS! No BS, in & out straight forward pricing! I've gotten a few cars tinted here, never there longer than an hour! Literally I swear sometimes out of there in under Forty Minutes. Lightning Speed & Precise!

This was an early Christmas present from my wife/fiancee. She scheduled an appointment. We arrived early and the owner Brian explained that he was a little bit behind and also there would be an extra charge for a bypass since my vehicle is an older model. Even with the extra charge the price is unbeatable and the service is fantastic . Their location is great so we went shopping at the waterfront. When we returned he explained how it all worked and I even got my van washed and waxed. Thanks again Brian. We will be back for anything else we need.

The worst car wash service I ve ever had in my life. Staff was rude, the machine stopped 3 times and couldn t even get to the end. The top light of my truck fell off and they didn t care. The service supposedly included under body car wash, side car wash would be more accurate because they barely sprayed water under it. Definitely not worth 13 dollars.

Go to this guy directly for tint because it is cheaper than Groupon. I bought the Groupon and it only included the 4 side windows and when I added the back window it was actually more expensive then the normal price. He was reluctant at first to match the price but he did even though Groupon takes a percentage of it. He was very nice and did a great job. I would recommend him again.

Very polite but one of the guy scratch my inside console, 2023 must if had something in the the pockets .But never mentioned it happened .water still in my speaker that the did idk if I would refer any one else or come back.

I had an appointment to replace my automatic car starter which was not working. I had been told by another company that the starter needed to be replaced. Within 5 minutes at Waterfront Auto Complex, they found a wire that was disconnected, fixed it and my starter was working again. If this company was not honest, I would have unnecessarily replace the automatic starter. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if needed.

Purchased window tinting off Groupon, stopped in to make an appointment, was able to get in and get two windows tinted in 15 minutes. Affordable price, nice clean work, would recommend.

Had my two front truck windows tinted a year and a half ago, they still look great, no issues at all. They did both windows in no time at all, Zero wait time.Awesome work

Refused to do front windshield tint. Pa law says front windows can be tinted upto 30%. They claimed front windshield is illegal to do won t pass inspection. But they have pictures of front windows being done. I ll take my business elsewhere then.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

I called multiple times to schedule my Oil Change that I had bought off Groupon, they told me their hours of service and wouldn t schedule me an hour before they closed @ 5PM, had I know that they had such bad hours for the working man I d have never gone to them. So I take off work early one day and try and go in after they told me they had availability. Called on the way into town and the guy who said they had open availability then says he doesn t. I asked to speak to a manager and he changed his tune real quick. They just don t want to work, at that point I m not trying to get my vehicle toyed with by them and they wouldn t refund my Groupon, told me to go on to Groupons site. Which Groupon doesn t have a customer service number and doesn t respond to emails. They both lost my business and anyone I hear speak about needing an oil hears about not using them. Awful service all around.

Great Service - I've taken two vehicles here to be tinted. They also fixed the tint on my rear window nearly a month later with no hassle, when it didn't set well after the initial application.

The Groupon deal is bait in switch. Called for appointment and wanted additional $80 just for the back window. My back is easy and a hatch. Buyer beware before you purchase.

I recently took my car in to get a remote starter installed and it was a pleasant experience. The quoted time for the installation was exceeded and the staff was very friendly. I would trust my vehicle with them again.
