Jennie and Nick are absolutely amazing! The take really good care me and my bike. Best motorcycle shop in pittsburgh!!!!

Great place. Jen and Nick are top notch! They've done work on my bike a few times and I was always happy with service, price and turnaround time. I even got a state inspection here and they didn't try to hit me for any "additional work." The only drawback is that since they are so good at what they do, their services are in high demand. The high demand for their services is to be expected and to be honest, probably a good thing. I wouldn't want to go somewhere where they had no customers wanting their services. A small business that is fair, reasonably priced, friendly and honest, what more could you ask for?...Services: Tires, Oil change

They are trust worthy, give fair prices, and they re extremely kind people. The lady knows a lot about bikes, which I thought was cool. Took my bike in for inspection, and front tire replacement.. they were finished the same Day. And held my bike for a few days without a problem at all. As a first time female rider, I feel very comfortable with them. I m always greeted with smiles, and they acknowledge me when I walk in. Very kind people. I will only go to them for any motorcycle service I need. I ve also recommended them to people :)Service: Tires

When I was looking for a spot to get my bike inspected, my friend recommended Norm's. I'm so glad she did! Jennie and Nick were so incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and a delight to meet. Quick service (inspection and new front tire), explained everything to me, and I now feel stoked that I can recommend them to my other friends. As a woman, sometimes motorcycle shops/mechanics can feel like I'm stepping into a boy's club and I generally dread the experience, but I will definitely be back to Norm's in the future. I needed an inspection and tires on my monster. The brake pads were marginal. When I picked it up they had not replaced the pads. The comment They passed. We will get them next time. 100% honest. Car/motorcycle services are always trying to up sell. Not this place. Go here.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had an inspection done. Staff was friendly and were flexible with my schedule. A good variety of bikes for sale, I feel that Norm's likes anything on two wheels and are down to earth, not pretentious, and not gatekeeping. They don't have a huge retail selection but looks like they can work on anything.

Norm's is hands down the best shop in the city. I have taken multiple bikes here for inspection and repair over the last 5 years, and the prices are always fair. Nick, Jen, and Ed are SUPER knowledgable, and always have the obscure anchient parts that no one else carries. It's seriously impressive how good with bikes these folks are. Give them a try, and say goodbye to your old mechanic.

Norms cycle is a place that I would keep coming back to get my motorcycle supplies and bike fixed they where reasonable on prices and fixed my bike pretty fast. They are always happy and smiling and have a great heart. I have been bringing my bikes to them for 15 years now. Great family owned buisness. I would refer anyone to them.

I bought my last 2 bikes there and had no problems with them at all. They are very knowledgeable and hard working. And if they don't have the part, they can definitely find it for you. And if you go down, tell Jenny I said Hi. lol

Bad experience. Made an appointment for an inspection on a Tuesday, because they said the latter half of the week was light and they could get to it right away. When I showed up, they said they couldn't get it done before the weekend, and I should come back next week. Said I needed a new rear tire to pass inspection because of cupping (which I don't believe). Quoted the tire at $60, failed to mention the $65 labor.After they had the bike four more days, they decided the brakes passed inspection, but that they were so badly worn I should have them replaced in 50 miles. Say what? Very expensive annual inspection. In the end, the place felt so weasely to me that I was just glad to be out of there.

I don't get the hype. I've dealt with them 5 times because of their reputation and it's all negative. Supposed to be open til 5 and they're always closed or don't answer the phone. The times I've been in the showroom they were dismissive and rude. Never have what I'm looking for or they have to order it or it's so overpriced it's absurd. Not a fan and do not recommend

Hands down the best shop for motorcycle needs in the pittsburgh area. Nick is a very talented mechanic and they have very reasonable prices. You wont regret a trip to Norms for all your motorcycle needs.

I was just at Norms twice in the last week. I bought oil and a filter earlier in the week and I went back today for an inspection. Great people to deal with, fair prices, and they know their stuff.

Extremely friendly people and very knowledgeable about what they do. They do street bikes only but dang are they good. Helped fix my 2005 yamaha r6 and now it runs cleaner than before!

I brought my 89 Radian in to have the chain adjusted as well as a couple of other little things. The lady who works in the parts and accessories dept noticed that something had been rubbing against my back tire. I had noticed it previously but thought it was just vibrations causing the chain guard to hit the tire but she was confident there was another issue.The mechanic discovered that the wheel was very slightly out of alignment and it was the chain rubbing against the tire (chain was loose). He adjusted the back wheel, tightened the chain, topped up the oil, found me a replacement motor mount bolt and gave me a heads up on some other stuff I can do myself. $80.These people know their stuff, they're down to earth and willing to help you learn about your bike. They have some nice stock in store too.

Harley would periodically shut down for no apparent reason... Had several shops including Harley investigate it multiple times. There solutions were to replace multiple parts... I had the issue for 3 riding seasons before stumbling on Norm's...... Issue Fixed!!!!!Turned out to be a bad speedo cable.... I could have saved over $1000 if I had taken it there first...I finally can ride without wondering when it will happen again...

Never seem to have what I need and if they do they usually want the same if not more than a new one would cost. This place is my last call after everything else has failed and only if I need it that day. Heard it used to be a lot better in the past

Awesome family owned place!! I've been a customer for years and they always treat me like a friend! No bs and no hidden charges or costs! These guys are fair and stand behind their services! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I've heard nothing but great things from this place!! From quads, to dirt bikes, to street bikes, to DRZ400Sms. From neighbors to family, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Being close to home with awesome prices to get the job done....what more could you ask for, seriously. I'm dropping my bike off come Monday - May 9th, 2016 to have it inspected and place some aftermarket parts on my DRZ400sm. Once I pick-up the pick and see how well of job they do, I'll be sure to leave another review.

Great service.....Great people....im 780 miles away and I still call for advise or part info.. ..Jen is always polite and helpful....been going there since I got my very first dirtbike at 11yrs old was a KD 125 and Norm himself used to tell us stories about life and motorcycles of course....only good memories

Great place for getting some work done on the bike. Staff is great, helpful, know their stuff and if they don't know for sure on something they will damn well find out for you.

Awesome bought a couple bikes there fader 700cc yamaha and a FZR 1000 the CREW ROCKS ESPECIALLY NORM- AND HIS DAUGHTER I HOPE THAT'S THE GIRL VERY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FAIR STRAIGHT UP TELL YOU LIKE IT IS GREAT PLACE STEWY

Unbeatable service and deals on bikes...a hidden gem with extremely knowledgeable, family staff. Go for service, tires, new or hard to find parts or for a steal on a great bike.

I bought tires here and got them installed. Tires were cheaper than most online retailers. Hope this becomes my regular shop to go to.
