Amazing!!! From salesperson Beth to the office guys Dave and Mike. Wonderful service. Patient and understanding dealing with me and my goofy teens. Went to Luther ford to look at a 21 ford explorer xlt.( which we bought ) We have a great experience with our sell person BETH. She went out of her way. As to hooking our cells to the car. Marking our return visit to have a few things done that needed taken care of, A wonderful experience. We would recommend Luther Ford and the sales person Beth.The service people are also very pleasant.The buildings is very clean and restrooms are clean. They have a nice waiting area and coffee and water as you wait.My husband and I will return in the future to get another car when needed.

Not trustworthyI ordered a brand new Maverick thru them in July, picked all of the options we wanted, was given a price of MSRP after we ordered and it was OK with me. I asked if I needed to put down a deposit, the salesman Kyle said no, just give a copy of drivers license. I told them no trade in and didn't need financing.Ford corporate communicated very well about when it would be built and even supplied the VIN for my wifes new truck in August.It was built on time, delivered to Luther Ford earlier than expected in November.When I was making arrangements to pick up our much anticipated new truck, I was handed over to the sales manager Rob who informed me they were tacking on an additional $6,000 to the price above and beyond the agreed upon MSRP from my salesman that ordered the truck for us.This is just not right, I was given a price of MSRP (which had not changed from the order in July to delivery in November), and when I questioned it he told me here's the price take it or leave it, this is what we can sell it for now.My big mistake was trusting them to do what they said they would, even spoke to the owner Don and only got a story about how Ford isn't letting them make enough money on Mavericks so they have to charge more. Well fine, why didn't they just say that at order time instead of getting our hopes up for 5 months. And some excuse about salesmen don't set pricing, they only guide thru the process. I'd hate to work there if your employer won't stand behind you. I feel bad for Kyle, he worked hard to earn my trust only to be stabbed in the back by greedy owners.Be careful buying here, i didn't lose any money but I would have ordered my new truck from a more reputable dealer than Luther

My husband and I came here to look at cars wanting a reasonable third vehicle. Coach Rado was so nice he didn t pressure us into anything we weren t comfortable buying. The manager (I forget his name) was also very nice and helpful! They did everything to work with me and I left one very happy customer thank you!

Our salesman was very nice and did his best to keep us updated on the status. There were a lot of customers in the store that day. It felt a little rushed but took longer than expected because of the high volume. We love the truck though. Our salesman has reached out since purchasing to see how we are liking the truck.

Couldn t be happier with the Ford Escape I got today from Luther Ford! Service was wonderful. Both the salesman, Bruce, and one of the financial guys, Mike, were both very helpful and patient. Definitely will recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking for a new car!

Stopped in to get my Truck inspected and a routine transmission flush. When I came to pick up they informed me that their trans flush machine broke in the middle of the service and "dumped all the fluid on the ground". I asked multiple times if they topped off the fluid and made sure it was good to drive since the maintenance was botched. To this I was assured, "yes it was definitely topped off". As soon as I started up the truck it started making a new grinding and rattling sound from the transmission as well as slipped hard into reverse. I immediately had the techs look it over to which they agreed it was making a bad sound and was also low... They spent the next hour checking the fluid and driving it around to "work the air out of the transmission".. I'm no mechanic but if something is wrong, I don't think driving the truck up and down the highway till the grinding goes away is an appropriate fix... Either way, very unhappy about the experience. Now I'm worried there might be unnecessary damage done to the transmission. I'd like a manager to call and personally note that if the transmission has damage or goes out they are liable...

I was promised that my trade in would be taken by a representative that works there, I later found out that I was lied to by the rep and all the guy had to say was yeah haha that s why we got rid of him no escalation to fix the issue, no results. Don t waste your time here, they re all just salesmen and see you as a paycheck. I told them the entire situation and all they said was well you can still get a new car you just can t trade yours in But That was the entire reason I went up . So I could trade it in!. All they do is sell, no customer service TERRIBLE help except for Beth, Beth has been such a pleasant and helpful woman. Your mom and grandma may shop there y all, BE CAREFUL

Worst car dealership I ve ever dealt with. I drove from 5 hours away to get a used truck from them that was difficult to find elsewhere. Spoke to a sales associate for several days over the phone. We did pricing over the phone and I completed the financing application. They were well aware that I would be coming from out of state and that I was not a PA resident. Once I arrived at the dealership they did not have ANYTHING started with the paperwork. After waiting for roughly 3 hours the guy working the deal let me know that he needed to restart the paperwork process because he had me as a PA resident. The extended waiting process of about 5 hours was actually a blessing in disguise because while waiting around I was able to exam the truck where I realized that the odometer was 5k miles more than what they had listed and the oil life was down to 12%. They would not give me a discount for falsely advertising the mileage, HOWEVER they did agree to pay half of the price of an oil change lol. You would think that when you buy a 50k used truck the oil would already be changed. I then took the truck to get an oil change and an inspection later that week to a different dealer and come to find out the truck had 2 open recalls and a pinion seal leak which needed to be replaced. The mechanic advised me that the seal appeared to have been leaking for a long time. All things that Luther failed to take care of. Luckily the seal was still covered under fords warranty but if it wasn t it would ve cost over $600 to have it replaced. My local ford dealer could not believe they sold me this truck without fixing these issues first. Horrible place to get a car. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Get service ordered a 2023 Ford F 550 cab and chassis from them and they walked us though the process and had it sent to be outfitted with box picked it up on Friday and had to call service as didn't know how to get it out of shipping mode they were fast friendly and helped me get it ready for drive home and it ran great amazing truck can't wait to get it in service and hauling products to all our customers

I had the same car for the last 13 years and I desperately needed an upgrade. I'm a single mom with one income and was a little worried about finding something. I went to Luther Ford in Homer City. With the help from "Coach" (Bob Rado), he found me the perfect truck IN MY BUDGET! Not too mention, all of the other men there were incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you Luther Ford! You made my dreams come true! A+++

Bought 2 vehicles from them about 6 months ago. 17 Rubicon and a 2020 Lincoln from them 6 months ago. Had to make a second trip for them to deliver the jeep because they said it needed brake and steering work done. Have made multiple calls to them since then concerning brakes occasionally hanging up. 0 returned calls! Got it back from the garage twice in the last 18 days after 2 tows. First because I lost steering due to improper work done on steering stabilizer and a steering pump replacement. Then just 5 days ago after having it towed because brakes seized completely. New calipers, rotors and brakes. Now the dealership is saying they have no record of me ever calling. $907 then $809 later + the towing bill for what the garage that actually did the work claims the brakes were never touched and that one of the calipers was in such bad shape, the bolts had seized and rusted through and snapped in two when they attempted to remove them. The dealerships service department told me today the tech who worked on the jeep no longer works there and that someone would look into it and get back to me. Same thing they have been saying for months. I have phone records and receipts with photos from my garage to prove 1st that I called multiple times over months and 2nd, that no brake work was ever done to the front of the jeep that should have been. My next step is an attorney. Good luck if you choose to purchase here! I will NEVER again!

First and foremost I'd like to give a shoutout to my salesman Brandon. If my experience with him was the only thing I was rating here it would be an easy 5 Stars and he is the absolute only reason I'd ever consider buying another vehicle at Luther Ford. Realistically though most of my issues with this dealership could quite possibly come from the service department. Whoever inspected the vehicle I purchased either isn't very good at their job or hates it enough not to check anything. The car has problems in the front end that would, or should have been caught during service. I am glad I had the sense to buy that extended warranty, because I get to use it already. The issue that I am most upset about is that I communicated before making the trip into the dealership that I was concerned about how worn out the tires were in the photos and was told that they'd "likely be changed out" during the service that day. I made the trip in with my tire tread depth gauge just in case, photos can be deceiving. All 4 tires measured the same 3/32, which is insanely close to the wear bar on the tires. The truck I traded in had tires on it that were just put on in October of this year (I can prove this too), so you can call them new. Now I get to spend even more money replacing something that should have been a dealership cost before the car was even listed. I am a very easy going person, but you can understand how I feel like I was ripped off on this part of the deal. Brandon, I give you 5 stars for trying your best to get the new tires for me, and also being the most patient salesman I've ever met. Luther Ford gets zero stars for failing to meet customer expectations. I'll absolutely update this review if the dealership decides to do the right thing.

for 4 years i had a 2012 Ford Fusion Se. I absolutely loved that car, and when it was time for me to start looking I knew I really wanted another fusion. I found this 2020 Ford Fusion Se and Beth helped me get it. Luther Ford was amazing with me, considering I m a first time buyer. I totally recommend them. Look/ ask for Beth!!

We went to luther ford in homer city looking to upgrade my wife to a ford edge and boy did we my wife and i fell absolutly in love with a 20 edge titanium truth be told i fell in love with it first ! And that is saying something cause im a chevy guy!!Anyways Beth helped us get that edge at a price that we were comfortable with and extras that made the deal sweeter and shoutout to the rest of the team cause had apleasent time with them all would recomend to anyone and would buy from them again if we need to in the future

I walked in with a defeated attitude because I needed something new to drive and Beth Harrington was excellent in reassuring she could help me. The expects were more than exceeded. She never looked down on my situation and fought to give me the best deal possible. First time in area and very impressed with the staff and her. Would highly recommend if your in the market for a ford vehicle or other makes and models other than ford.
