We had some minor service performed here recently. The work done fixed our car's issues. But, I have mixed feelings about recommending this place to others.PROS:1) They were able to get us in the next day.2) Repairs were done in a few hours.3) I liked the virtual inspection/quote system.4) Fast and helpful communication.CONS:1) The place is kinda dirty and there was a lot of trash for a national chain service station.2) I was charged 200-300% over retail prices for parts. The labor costs seemed fair.3) I received a phone call after I had driven off asking me to return. The tech may have left a tool under the hood and they were unsure if they had properly tightened all the bolts on the wheel.

Had to come in to get my rear brakes fixed up and it was a wonderful experience to go through this store. Had Nick help me through check in and sort myself out when things got a little delayed. The gentlemen there were awesome and will be coming back if things need some additional maintenance!

Great experience as always. High quality and a complete job done right. Honest mechanics and management that let you know what may be needed in future, but not right now. No piling on of extra items to increase the price. Excellent work at a reasonable price, and reliable honest advice. I've been coming to this Meinke for over 20 years. Other places in town ripped me off, these guys are the real. deal

We have been there twice now and have had great, fast service. They fixed an issue caused by the person who did our last oil change(not at Meineke)that we didn t even know we had. The guys in there have been super friendly and very professional. We will keep bringing our vehicles here from now on for any of our future needs! And will be sending anyone we know to them as well. Thank you!

Excellent service! Came in with an idea of what I needed done, and these guys not only fixed my issue, but educated me on why they made their recommendation and what I could do for some other areas I want worked on my car in the future. Drove an hour to get serviced by them and was not disappointed!

My 15-year-old SUV sprung a massive oil leak from one of the hoses during the cold weather. Had it towed to their shop, the mechanics at Meineke did a great job of locating and fixing the issue. They performed the repairs in a timely manner and communicated well by calling during the repair process. In my opinion, their prices are reasonable for a post-COVID economy. My only complaint is they left dirty residue on the lower door which I had to later clean off which is why I'm giving them 4 stars. In my experience, Meineke is not a bad place to do business. This was not my first time bringing my vehicles there and it probably won't be my last.

I set up an appointment to check my car inspected. When they were done they have a way to provide photos of what needs attention and explain things regarding why to eventually replace and/or fix something which I like because it helps me to understand and see the problem. They also provide information about what tested good and pass the inspection. Friendly service and the workers are helpful to answer any questions.

Got an oil change and tire rotation. They helped fit the appointment in with my work schedule by letting me drop my car off and borrow a car to get to work and back to pick mine up at the end of my shift. Very convenient during a busy week.

Very nice Manager! I called for an appointment and he was really nice. Got there for my car inspection and was told it will take about 1h. They were done in like 30 minutes! Also reasonable price compared to other places. He also gave me some discount when I checked receipt. Clean office and nice environment! You should visit for your car needs.

As a long-time customer, I was greeted personally by a couple of the guys. The part that I needed came in when the service manager had said it would be. It took somewhat longer than he had expected before my car was ready, but then I was notified promptly and treated cordially when I paid and picked up my car. The repairs they make on my 2001 vehicle continue to be well done, keeping it going through all these years.Service: Auto power window repair

I brought my vehicle to shop #712 for an annual inspection and oil change. Carl Jackson is the current owner operator. He was very pleasant during check in and while we discussed what I wanted to have done.The required work was accomplished in a very professional manner. In addition, the mechanic working on the vehicle noticed a few things that would require my attention during the coming months. He presented his findings in written report that contained clear concise information including photographs.The final price for the inspection/oil change was very reasonable.I would definitely recommend this Meineke location to anyone wanting to get good work done at a reasonable price.

Took my classic Bronco in for brake work and these guys were awesome. It took several special order parts to get it fixed and they tracked them down and ordered ad installed them. I worked with three different guys on their team, and they were all just fantastic, highly recommend this shop.

Pleasantly surprised. I've always been hesitant of auto shops with a franchise name, but this location feels anything like a run of the mill type place. After my regular mechanic sold the shop, I was unhappy with the new service and owners. Tried several shops until I came here. The transparency of the work to be done and completed on my car shocked me. The owner and mechanics were informative and helpful. I was provided more education about my vehicle and spoken to with respect. No pressure and competitive pricing. No gimmicks. No switch-a-roos once the car was on the rack. In several ways, they beat out their competition. I just picked up my car after a bigger job and wow, I can feel the difference and confident it is safe on the road. Recommending to friends, family, co-workers and neighbors. Thank you Hershey Meineke for keeping my car running!

Beyond terrible! If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car to Meineke to replace a water pump, and when I got the car back, it was in MUCH worse condition than when I dropped it off. The engine made a loud noise and the car vibrated. But, the worst was that it had little power and struggled to accelerate. The gentleman at the front desk dismissed it as "coincidence". I took my car to another shop and spent 1200 to fix what Meinekee screwed up. I am also prepared to take legal action against Meinekee if they do not reimburse me for expenses paid! Thank you

I used to come to this Mineke when my Dad was living, it's been over 2 years since he has been gone. I know he would be happy to know I have started to get my car serviced here. Saturday was my second visit with my car. These guys are great, very thorough, prices are very good too! I get better service hrer than at a dealership!

They were very kind, attentive and fair. They did not try to upsell me on anything that was not needed for my vehicle and made sure to have my oil change completed with my inspection in a timely manner. I will always come here in the future for inspections and oil changes.

I was totally confused after leaving the Toyota Dealer for inspection The owner was very patient and explained everything to me Completed many repairs in a very timely manner!! Gave me a loaner until my car was finished!! It felt wonderful to have my car in such competant mechanics and not rushed in and out like the dealer Everything was beyond expectations!! We were traveling to Washington DC and had car trouble. Meineke got us back on the road the same day. Very friendly. Gave us a lianer so we didn't have to sit there all day.

Professional and courteous staff was ready to work on my car as planned first thing in the morning. Paid close attention to my needs in addition to the oil change/Tire rotation and offered info for additional decision making (added air filters)

KRIS, Carl & V (mechanic)... I don't want to say too much about all they did to help me out because no one can be expected to do this much all the time. I had car trouble down the road and Kris very carefully helped me to navigate EVERYTHING. It was heart breaking because I did all sorts of damage on the car and within 48 hours - it was running like new. Plus, they helped me to find another problem that will hurt me if I don't see to it soon. As I'm not a mechanic and have limited understanding, V lifted the car so he could show me the problem and help me to understand the implications if I did not fix it. He explained the price which seemed reasonable to me. Kris is the man... he is a pretty amazing young man. He is level headed and super easy to work with. It was a very, very stressful situation and he was right there to help. I admire the work they do there... they are hard workers and know what they are doing. They make me want to do better with my own work.

So impressed by this car center and the owner! I was visiting from out of town for a lacrosse tournament and my car began having huge issues needing immediate repair. The owner kindly took care of me (at 7:20am despite not opening until 7:30am) and repaired my car on a Saturday despite a full schedule. Staff and communication was top notch. Great customer service but their mechanic did not tighten the nut on my one tire and that could ve been a disaster. I quickly went back to find it out . Another reason I don t trust mechanics.

I used this business for the first time last week. I have used Meinke in Harrisburg before and was pleased. This shop not so much. There was a misunderstanding about time of service to be completed but was solved easilyThe service was oil change and fluid check etc. I had told the shop I was traveling the next week.Only a couple of days later my "engine coolant alarm" came on. I was half way to my destination. I called Meinke and the gentleman who answered couldn't tell me if it was checked or not. At that point I was just trying to give the BMW shop where I took it a baseline.I did have it checked by BMW who said both chambers were low but no leaking noted. Never again am I using Meinke. In Hershey. Their " service check" was not complete! Poor communication and poor service!
