I brought my 2016 BMW X-3 i35 in for a water pump and thermostat replacement. Chris, who is the owner, described in detail what the problem was and how they resolved them. Even though the shop was bustling, he found the time to explain every nuance of the repair. The front desk manager was also very proactive in keeping me informed and was very helpful. Absolutely bring your car to JCL for repairs, you will not be disappointed, and you will save significant time and money by not going to the dealership.

Once again JCL goes the extra kilometer. I've been a client of JCL since they opened shop in Hellertown nearly 18 years ago. Chris and his team run a tight operation that should be the benchmark for any in the business. They are fair in price, practical in approach, and actually care about their customer's cars. I have been a customer of JCL for 16 years. They are honest, do great work and always stand behind what they do. I was recently in for new tires and alignment on my 2021 Tesla Y. Service was performed as expected and their quote was spot on! I will return next time I need work on any of my cars.

The engine light came on. Called JCL and was told me to come right in. The problem was diagnosed quickly and resolved. The office staff is great.

Mary Beth should not be in the front speaking with customers. She interjected herself into a conversation which she had zero context to, and began screaming at me, saying I was badgering by requesting invoices for warrantied parts, and authorization forms prior to work being conducted. I also questioned the two hours I was quoted to put in a heater hose, after which I was told I can in effect take my business elsewhere. After bringing my Porsche, Mercedes , and BMW to them for service since inception of purchase! Not to mention the many others I recommended to them over the years. I give three stars because Christina is lovely, and I did get an apology from the mechanic in the parking lot

This is truly one of the very few places I trust with my cars. The staff, owner, and even the amazing front desk staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone here is truly on the same page and bottom line; they know what they are doing. JCL has always been more than accommodating with scheduling and transparent with pricing that additionally is generally competitive. These people aren't out to get you like the typical dealership in my experience. I've purchased and serviced cars from JCL for over 6 years and never had an issue. Seriously cannot recommend them enough for your Tesla, BMW, or anything in between. Don't just take my word for it though, there's a good reason there's always a few M cars or other high end European cars here being serviced.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

I ve been to JCL about six times since we moved back to the Lehigh Valley in 2020. Each time I was met with professionalism as well as great & timely service. I love that their use of technology to communicate with customers. I also appreciate that they are a local, small owned business. They specialize in BMWs, and I prefer to take my X1 here instead of the dealership because of price, location, service, and again it s a small business. The only complaint is the tight parking but they don t overbook cars for service so I always find a spot plus I understand they double as a sales shop. I would definitely recommend.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

First visit with my 2009 Audi to JCL Auto for service. Waited while they looked it over and did an oil change. All good on the car and reasonable price for the oil change. Done in an hour. JCL is my new car service shop.

Always have a good experience. I feel like they thorough check my car and only make suggestions that are necessary. I am in good hands at JCL.
