I'd give this place less than zero stars if possible. The manager seems all right, but his mechanics are incompetent. My car is pretty new, not even a year old and has run less than 12,000 miles.I remember last October when they did an oil change and quickly had to reverse because they used the wrong filter. They went by my old car's plates instead of the vehicle's actual ID, which hadn't been updated in their system.Then, about a month back, another oil change, and I should've known better. They still had my old vehicle's details on the receipt. Despite pointing it out, they told me all parts were correctly installed. Not long after, my car showed no oil pressure, check engine, and started making rattling noises. It happened again.The manager appeared nice about it and offered a free oil change to make things right.This morning, the same engine problems no oil pressure, engine light, and the noise. When the mechanic drove my car out, the check engine light was on. He didn't know how to reset it and explained his equipment couldn't handle models newer than 2020.I took it to another place to diagnose it. While driving to my dealership, I had to pull over because of car trouble. Turns out, the mechanics had left a giant wrench under the hood!I called to complain, and the person laughed it off. It wasn't funny at all. Now I'm looking into the damage they might have caused and I'm considering legal action.The incompetence here is both completely unacceptable and staggering.

Price was rightCustomerservice was rightI brought my car to have an oil change to this location without having any car problems when they finished the service they came and tell me my car has problems> Power steering wheel> Brake system PROBLEM> Hill start Assistant>VSA Problem>Brake hold problemsI'm an anxious person and I use my car for work and thinking I could be spending over a thousand dollars or no work because of itHad me overwhelmed.They made me go thru stress time just to know THEY DISCONNECTED A CABLE

Finding a good mechanic shop or service center that does quality work at a reasonable rate is rare, so when I found out that I needed an emergency oil change due to having too much oil put in and my go to shop didn t have any immediate availability I wasn t as optimistic with finding a good backup.I searched my area for close locations and landed on one that appeared to stay opened the latest at (6pm). I ve never used a Jiffy Lube location before and I had to coordinate btwn my work schedule, AAA, and this JL on Township Line Rd.The first day didn t work out due to AAA not being able to get my truck there before closing. After coordinating with one of the mechanics/staff for the drop off I called back and relayed this unfortunate information to the JL service (Tianna) who simply explained that I can re attempt tomorrow, no appointment needed.Day 2 I was off to an earlier start with coordinating with AAA so I was able to get my truck towed there a little after opening (8am). The JL Manager (Tianna) was prompt with the updates and provided exceptional customer service throughout. She asked would I rate the service 5 stars and I explained the customer service was a 10 out 10 so I ll provide more thoughts on service once I drive some.So as promised. .After driving home I was able to see the little bit of thick smoke left (due to my dry valves)clear up as they said it would. My truck sounded quiet and rapidly gained its power back without all the smoke.I give the following 5 Stars & 10 out of 10:Customer ServiceMechanical serviceDetailed invoiceService done in timely mannerReasonable rateI will definitely refer this location & also use as back up for minor needs

Called to inquire about a service....I could immediately tell I was bothering Rocky by the tone of his voice and the way he answered the phone. Just a thought that saying "hello or good morning " before shouting ....Jiffy Lube Havertown No appointments allowed..this is Rocky.This was very RUDE and unprofessional. I'll take my business to a place that will appreciate it.

The manager Brandon was super nice to me today and very accommodating after I was frustrated with not being able to get my oil changed at Pep Boys. Finished service quickly. I would come back again to this location for quality customer service. Thank you

Unprofessional and rude. It s okay for your staff to be late in the morning but you can t take people more than an hour before you close? Then when I respectfully point out how this is inconvenient, the manager rudely tells me it s not an inconvenience because it s convenient for him. Please make it make sense. I wish I could give this place zero stars. The current manager is so ridiculous and needs to get it together.

If i could give them ZERO stars i would. I called today to get a quote to be hung up on by a female associate and no it s wasn t by mistake. Sounds like she needs additional training on customer service etiquette.

Entered the jiffy lube on township line at 10 am. Sat out front in the waiting room with not even so much as an hello. Walked out of said jiffy lube at 10:35. I don t even think they realized the lost business. Or cared.

The Manger is very unprofessional and needs to be reported to the higher ups! He yells at customs and his employees! Do something about him Jiffy lube. The Assistant Manager was great. It's the older man who's a jerk!

Came to change oil. Expected a good service. Wait for usual time. Drove away.Guess what: the car showed blinking "Maintenance Required" flashing sign, which became solid on the next day. I checked the odometer and sticker and realize that the next suggested (By Jiffy Lube) oil change should after nearly 7000 miles, that is nearly 2000 miles (sic!) more than manufacturer specification (5000 miles). I assumed that the oil has not been changed and came back on Monday morning and asked to see the manager. Seven minutes (7 min!, and I was the first customer) later the manager showed up. First thing he did was to "assist other customers" - went to the car behind. Big luck, there were no more 'other customers', so the Manager, talked to me. I explained.The Manager, who, in fact was an assistant manger, went in to the car and started to press many buttons. He reset the trip console, he reset the tip A odometer, and then asked me why don't I reset the maintenance record myself. I replied that this information is not in the user's manual.Then the assistant manager asked me to pull into a bay in front of the office. Of course the most convenient space was taken by employee's car. Some employee came, and reset the maintenance light.Five minutes later another employee showed up and wanted to reset the maintenance light. At the time (that is 30 min later), the assistant manager was apologizing, but sounded like a computer in a telephone hold ("the call is important for us"). He sounded by the book, but not sincere.Off I went, and guess what?The Jiffy Lube employee managed to reset not only my "maintenance required" light, but switched off my economy drive option.Was the disabling my eco-drive mode a punishment? I do not know.Will I go back and ask Jiffy Lube to put it back again?Hell no!Who can trust people who were sending my engine into death?

Great service and very kind and knowledgeable staff.Always very quick and explain things every step of the way. Last time I was there I had a great conversation with the one clerk/technician. Really nice guy! Highly recommend for oil changes and more.

No issue with getting a oil change. Maybe a little bit high in the price but if you can't get to your dealership then you got to pay whatever in the market dictates.

I was here at 8am. Tech pull up and shout "NO INSPECTION FOR TWO WEEKS!" I asked 'why?' He repeated with no explanation" NO INSPECTION FOR TWO WEEKS!". That's just rude.Maybe you should not offer the service at all if you can't do it. I wouldn't know when is a good time for you to do your work.

Was there about 10.30am for inspection stickers. Tech was so rude came out and told me he wouldn't do them because he was too busy. He told me stickers should be done in the morning. What is 10.30 am? He sent me to Springfield where I waited for 30 mins in my car before they gave a similar excuse. Stick to oil changes if you can't commit to offering inspection stickers.

They only do state inspections on Tues and Fri. Would not help me out, despite not having any cars or customers there.

I've been coming to this jiffy lube, for the past 15yrs. I'll just say 8 vehicle's later. The service is still outstanding, quick courtesy, Friendly Fast, coupons, promotions, military discounts. Friendly Reminders. I've received mainly oil changes & State Inspections.God Blessings & keep up the good works, as well the Customer 1st service.

I went today for an oil change and before I even pulled into the garage a man came out and berated me because he thought I hadn t pulled in sharply enough. He continued to condescend to me and his entire demeanor was so disgusting I left rather than give them my money. The experience felt very targeted because I was a woman. I would never recommend this place. I would instead recommend that the employee receive training on how to interact with other people.

Rocky store manager I suppose at 20 W township, Havertown PA is an ignorant low life that made me feel really uncomfortable today. At 3:50pm 5/11/2023 I came for wiper blades replacement, air filter replacement, and oil change. I sat down with my headphones on and was enjoying YouTube. 5 mins later after my car was pulled in Rocky said to me he fought for me, I said ok thanks had no clue what he was talking about I went back to messing around with my phone in peace. He then says because I made a complaint over his head months ago, he normally detours customers and sends them to another location.I told him the shady incident that happened with the employee happened a long while ago, where he only accepted cash and refused to print a work order to me was water under the bridge. Rocky decided to go on, and on I ignored him to the best of my ability by just trying to keep myself entertained with YouTube. I get the feeling he wanted a shouting match with me, in front of other customers and I refused to put on a show for him/them.He ended his I should ve came to him rant with, to him customers ain t always right.I didn t come there for that, I came to spend money then go home. They only did the oil change and not the air filter I requested or changed my windshield wiper blades stated there ok. My wiper blades aren t ok because, during rain storms they screech when I use them. I get the feeling he and the guy I complained about months ago didn t want to do the work. I have been coming to jiffy lube in Havertown for 10 years now and always paid for most recommendations/up sales - today Rocky won. I will no longer return. I was able to get the oil change I needed on the same day, which is a huge plus. The folks here were pleasant and generally helpful, and the wait wasn't too long.Unfortunately, though, I paid for the Signature Service and they didn't do all of the included services. When I got home, I realized that they hadn't vacuumed the interior floors or cleaned the exterior windows, even though those services were marked as "complete" on the receipt.Service: Oil change

Do not go here they are lazy I arrived at 5:25 yesterday with no line with one of the two car garages being used which means there s a garage available a whole 35 mins before closing for a simple 15 min oil change and the dude turned me down and went back to playing on his phone. Went back today at 5:18 42 mins before close and they turned me down again cause a few cars were ahead of me. Bad customer service no pride in their job.

The staff and mechanics take care of your car needs greatly! They attempt to be efficient and quick but sometimes your car needs proper care which takes time. I appreciate that my visits take time because of the due diligence as well as volume of customers. I know I will be happy with the work performed and that it may take some time to complete. They have always taken care of my issues and concerns and I never had a problem with their services or prices.

Incredibly slow. Over two hours just to get 3-4 cars through including one car that they took an hour to do an oil change which should take 20 minutes max. Employees sitting around doing nothing while the line of cars spills out onto the street. Employee pulled another car around mine and told me they had to do that car first even though I d been there well before the car they pulled in. Guy then comes out and tells me it ll be another hour. Completely incompetent people running this business

Awful service and did not do the job that they were supposed to do. I had a cracked oil pan and they didn t even see it. Isn t that their job? To check the oil pan when you tell them there is a leak because of the oil in your driveway. Why would they not do a good job. Awful and extremely rude! Terrible customer service! PLEASE USE ANY OTHER FRANCHISE THAN THIS ONE IN HAVERTOWN. A terrible business in a great neighborhood.
