Brandon and team worked on my classic car. Was overheating and losing antifreeze. He correctly diagnosed issue, repaired with appropriate parts. Runs perfect now. Highly recommend, very knowledgeable.

I'd love to leave a review but they can't even be bothered to return calls or emails to even know if they can fix our car. Guess we didn't make the "cool enough" import cut. Don't waste your time

Never again! Took Volkswagen GTI for inspection, and the estimate was astronomical with ridiculous items on the list. Had to pay for the estimate. Took it to another local shop who did the inspection for a third of the cost.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

Estimate from Richlin was 2 1/2 times the price of another shop that finally did the work on my car. Said they couldn t get something unstuck, other place had no issues. Have both estimate from Richlin and invoice from other shop. OEM parts used by final shop and was STILL much cheaper.Although your mileage may vary with Richlin, this is a hard NO for me.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Great service staff and very knowledgeable about import cars. Their diagnostic sense is very good and they get you the best bang for your buck when it comes to repairs and far cheaper and in my opinion more superior work then the dealership. Five stars and an extra bonus star for Brandon the owner and the entire staff in very helpful!

very poor experience, the unwillingness of the secretary to hand the phone to the mechanic was terrible! it took them 2 weeks to even tell me what was wrong with my car, definitely will not return. giving two stars because eventually they did tell me what needed repaired, which i respectfully declined and did it myself.

After not using Richlin Imports for a couple years, I decided to try the service again. Why did I not use them? Twice after repairs on my sons cars, a totally different problem was present when the cars picked up. Also, I didn't have time to wait on hour for a 15 minute oil change every three months. Last week I had a state inspection done and a couple repairs. When I looked up the cost of the parts online, I discovered I was charged double!! the cost had I purchased the parts myself. Although, they were kind enough to drive me home while they worked on it, they had my car for nine hours!!!

Will never go back to this place based on last horrible experience. Other reviews are spot on regarding that the clerical staff is clueless and a major part of their job is to keep you from talking to Brandon. Please look elsewhere if you want honest, competent and responsible service.

I took my car there and it got fixed so far so good they keeped me up to date on the whole time it was there they know there stuff when it came to my bmw

Asked for a quote for a 2004 Audi engine replacement.... after 2 weeks of calling in and never getting an answer.. I guess they finally got sick of me calling and said "$5000.00" with no explanation, just to get rid of me. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Where do I start with some many ways of lousy business practices this place is a real scam shop first of all they will take a month or more just to even look at your vehicle then they will bill you for work they haven't even done they really should be investigated for there scam tactics I feel sorry for anyone that takes there car to this very dishonest shop trust me they charge more than the dealer for crampy or no work from the bottom to the top they are the very worst of the worst my advice to anyone who is considering taking your car to this shop DON'T DO IT save yourself the money and aggravation

Very bad service, uninformed secretarial staff, and an unwillingness to allow customers to speak with the mechanical staff. To quote another local I asked about the place, "I wouldn't trust them to change my bike chain"

Was told the repairs needed would be near 3000.00 dollars. I had it repaired by another for 100.00 and it was fixed in less than five minutes.
