Not only did they push the delivery date back they forgot to replace the pinstripe the first time and I had to go back and have it done. One of their "highly trained technicians" forgot to tighten the wheel lugs on one wheel and it not only almost fell off it ruined the wheel and studs and they refused to fix it

Had my entire estimate of record from Erie for my repair and they didn't even want to talk to me without another form from Erie. My agent reached out to them but they had no record of the conversation. After 2 phone calls with Turner, i was done. I decided to call Faulkner. They were happy to talk with me and work with the estimate of record provided by Erie. What if you weren't going through an insurance company and getting the work done on your own? Guess they wouldn't want you as a customer?

First time customer of Turner Collision Center. Very impressed with the job they did replacing the front bumper on my Kia Soul. Price was fair, they repaired in the time they had stated, and advised me on several options I had. Very nice people there as well. Hopefully I'll never need a body shop again, but if I do they will be top of my list.Service: Body & Trim

I got my rear bumper fix and as far as I can tell it's an almost perfect match and they quoted me 2 days and got me back in my car in 2 days. Extremely satisfied and will most likely go to them for all my future needs.

Today Makes The 26th Day My Car Has Been In This Garage ... I Was Originally Told It Would Be Ready In 5days, Friday Nov. 15th. I Just Can t With This Place. Starting To Think Maybe They Have A Scam Going With Enterprise Because I m Paying About $1,000 Out Of Pocket For My Rental Due To All These Issues That Push The Date Back. Definitely Get Rental Coverage With Your Insurance. & Definitely Find A Different Repair Shop Because This Is NOT THE ONE. More Detailed Review Once I Finally Get My Car Back. The Car Was Not Properly Fixed, I Had To Take It Back For Them To Do More Work. Just A Terrible Experience All Around.

I went there twice both times my charger was hit. Honestly, they did a great job you cant even tell my car was damaged the paint job was great, there was a minor speed bump with the power steering, but they fixed the issue once it was brought to their attention.

I dropped my car off on a Tuesday so that they could start working on it Wednesday. I shared a concern with them and they said they would let me know Wednesday what they found in comparison to what my insurance adjuster found. Received no call Wednesday. I called in Thursday and was told my car was on hold by my insurance company but they couldn t tell me why it was on hold. Called my insurance company and my car wasn t on hold. Called back in Friday to see if my car was done and if it wasn t, if they would help me pay for a rental bc my car wasn t on hold bc of the insurance company and they should have preordered my parts. They told me again my car was on hold and it just got released a few hours ago. I called back into my insurance and spoke to the guy that said if my car was on hold he would have been the one to put it on hold and it was never on hold. At this point I m furious. They called me to tell me they were taking over my rental. Which was nice but I drive a wrx and I just wanted my car back. Wednesday the next week comes and I had to take the rental back so I did a surprise visit to check on my car. They tell me it s done. So I go out and look at it. The fog lamp cover is missing and they argue with me saying it wasn t on the car when I brought it in but it was. I found both in the cargo area. There was a vent missing from the bumper but they replaced that instead. They had ordered the fog lamp cover and acted like they were taking a loss to put it on. So I look under the car and the air dam plastic that protects the motor wasn t there! They ve had this thing for an entire week and I m losing it. I had this same body shop repair my car last year with no hassle in three days. This time it took a week and still wasn t done right. There was no communication to me at all. I chased the progress of my car the entire time. I took my car home and had Subaru replace the air dam which the farmers paid for but I also replaced the inner wheel well bc the one that this body shop put on looked so cheap and had extra holes. It looked trashy. I ll never take another car there again.

When our car was hit from behind, the insurance company sent us to Turner Collision. The Turner staff was superb in guiding us through the repair process and they even apprised us of a related problem discovered during their inspection of the accident damage. Turner Collision fixed the entire problem quickly and professionally. They could have done a quick and easy patch job, but they addressed the entire problem. Thanks to Turner Collision, our car looks like it is brand new! If I need auto body work again, it will be done by Turner Collision.

Very bad service at the end they replaced my brand new after market headlights for an used one my headlights was led and the put another one for no reason they stoled my headlights. Never recomend this place, worst placed ever.

Actually I was svared of by crapy face the lady showed me at the intrance of the office I asked her to show me the office that is hard to see. I don't want to see that kind of personality, please God!
