Dave was great. Stopped by for a charge for my EV. Dave offered a test drive in one of the ID4s on the lot while I waited. No pressure tactics.

Ok so I went there because suddenly something on my car was making noise, they were about to close but front desk asked someone and a technician named Christian heard about my problem, came out, was something minor and fixed in five minutes, for FREE, when was time for him to go on Saturday... That's customer service that I didn't expect

The only good thing was that they had a nice selection. The used car salesman lied to us and told us that he needed our email address to even look at the car we were trading in. That is not true. After a while he said oh wait look I got it to work. Not good when you start off lying right from the beginning.

My car was towed there when I broke down on 83. Took them 3 days to check it out and wanted to charge me an outrageous amount of money for a transmission. Had it towed elsewhere and paid a much more reasonable price - after they charged me close to $200 to tell me what I all ready knew; that it was the transmission!! Wouldn't work with me at all...and was all ready adding on oil change, etc...TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!

My daughter and I went to the VW dealership of the Sutliff auto group. We dealt with Aron in the sales department and he made buying a car almost painless. Well as painless as buying a car can be. All the people we worked with were very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed to do. They went out of their way to make our experience easier. Everything we needed help with they were there for us. I would definitely recommend Sutliff VW for your new or used car. Just check them out it's a nice experience for a change.

They got be a great deal on my jetta, I continue to have it serviced here for recommended millage services. They have been very helpful multiple times.
