These gentlemen take very good care of their customers. They listen to what they want and need, and they do their best to deliver exactly what the customer is asking for. If something is not feasible, they will let you know and give you the best alternative. I was so impressed with how thorough they were with my inspection that I later came back and had them do some body work for me on my trunk and had a rear spoiler painted and put on. They did an excellent job and it looks flawless! They even noticed that my license plate cover was loose and fastened it down for me as a extra bonus. I love the attention to detail!Very friendly and reasonable!Thank you Global!

I rarely if at all leave any reviews, however, the service I received from global auto collision was excellent and honestly exceeded my expectations.I have taken my car to 2 mechanic shops, and they both were not able to fix it. A friend of mine recommended global auto collision, and they were able to fix my car the same day and the price they charged was very reasonable.I highly recommend the guys at global auto collision: Taher and Jay for their great work and amazing customer service.Bechir ..

They were able to get my car in the day after I called and fixed my broken grille quickly. They take care of working with my insurance and made it all easy for me! They got my car fixed in less than a week when other places said Id have to wait 6 weeks just to get an estimate. Highly recomend

I had an amazing experience with everyone I met at the shop. Their expertise and professionalism were evident from the start. Took a work van for repairs through an insurance claim. No problems working with them as we worked through additional repairs discovered after the work started. Problem came when we picked up the van. Windshield was cracked. When asked about it, apparently the response was "it wasn't on the work order" and wasn't their problem. Wasn't cracked when we took it to them for repairs. Don't understand what the problem would have been placing a phone call and notifying us so it could have been repaired prior to being picked up. Now we have additional repairs need. Won't be going back any time soon.Service: Body & Trim

They made well done job for my car. But my car needed only inspection and weld exhaust and it cost me 194$They would charge you for the labor and they add extra on the parts. As you see the wipers only cost 13.99$ each I would give them 2 stars. they should consider about their prices.

Worked with my insurance and completed the repair in two weeks. Replaced my front bumper and side view mirror and other small parts. Very good job.

After trying to get my post-collision car serviced at another collision repair shop for three months, I phoned it in and decided to see if Global could get my car repaired.To my surprise, they turned it around over *one* weekend, and my car looks like it was never in the accident to begin with. Super happy with their service, and I'll definitely return.

These guys are the real deal. They got me in quickly to have my bumpers resprayed and did a fabulous job. When picking up they pointed out an area I didn't notice had a few marks (just got the car) and fixed that for me also. They treated me like my grand marquis (which is special to me) was a high end car. Pure respect for these guys!!!Highly Recommended from a fussy client (myself)

Global Auto Collision has been the "go to" for all of my car needs. They are professional, attentive, and quick. They have replaced my bumper from a fender bender. Completed oil changes, inspection and emissions, and ordered and replaced my tires. I can not thank them enough for always doing a great job and completing them in a timely manner. Both Jay and Tahar are good people to work with, I had a bad frontal collision and Jay worked on my vehicle right from scratch till the end, though it needed a few trips back and forth but ultimately it was done to my satisfaction with the available resources, I would recommend them

Had some front end damage. They took my car right away. Car looked like new once finished. It took two weeks instead of the on week I was told because of issues with getting parts.Update: car started peeling went back they fixed it 1 month later, peeling again they blamed it on after market bumper. So I'm not pleased with the results. After fix bumper wasn't properly attached causing one spot to pop out. I feel like they rushed the fix since they were already paid by insurance company

My car was in an accident and they were able to fix the damages to my vehicle without charging an arm and leg for the services. There wasn t a long wait to get my car in their shop and they were able to get my car fixed in under a week. My car looks as if it was never in an accident. The best car shop in the area! I had a problem with my car engine and they ran a diagnostic, they ordered parts AND fixed the engine in an hour and charged me half of what the Chevy dealership were going to charge me! I took my car to Chevy and it took them 6 hours just to run the diagnostic to know what they problem and didn't even fix the problem.I've been there for my state inspection as well and tire replacement. They do other work beyond only collusions and I am glad because I will only be going there for all of my car problems.Thank you Tahir, Jay, Pascale and everyone who works there for being prompt and providing great service. Was involved in a hit and run and my entire right side of my vehicle was badly hit. I called Global Collision and spoke with Dave, who is very professional, kind and attentive to me and my needs. They fixed my car within days, and let me tell you, they provided great service and I have a brand new car! Reliable and honest people. They don't charge an arm and leg and did a professional job in fixing my SUV. I can't believe that there were able to fix the back of the SUV as if it was new when the other shop told to change that. Took extra steps to find the parts that I needed which are in high demand. My preferred place to get my collision work done. Just had a new bumper put on a lexus, the work was perfect. This is probably my tenth time using this shop. Also my go to place to get my state inspection done! I never feel ripped off, and the work is done fast!

I have 2011 Honda pilot that had been in an accident. The whole front of the vehicle was smashed and the driver airbag got deployed. I did not have full coverage on the car :( I took it to Global Auto Collision and they repaired my car for a very reasonable price.

I took my truck there to get painted they quoted me that it would take 2 weeks it took over a month and I got back and there is dozens of paint imperfections and they said I would have to pay extra to have them fixed. It was good and quick. Work done with quality by tahar. Only concern is they charged for 2 hour labor even it's done within half hour. He and his other guy both worked so he might have charged for 1 hour but he charged for 2 hour. He told me before starting that it'll be 2 hour charge and I agreed but it completed in half hour so it should be 1 hour charge. Other than I'm good and happy with service.

Those guys are not only professional but supernatural. They have mastered the art of auto boby repair.My baby BMW needed some body work and im very fussy person when it comes to doing any work on my cars, but those guys has impressed me with their magical skills in this domain. I absolutely recommend this shop without hesitation to any one who needs some magic done on their car .

We have been dealing with these guys for quite a while, they are exceptional, very professional, punctual and extremely courteous. They never disappoint. Truly the best body shop in central PA.
