Easy process from beginning to end. The staff was professional and well versed in insurance which made the financial process with my insurance company completely flawless. As for the repair itself-I hit a deer in my Explorer (2022 Timberline ). They did an A+ job on the repair and paint match. My vehicle looks brand new. They even detailed it inside and out, GREAT experience! Thank you!!!

The front office staff were extremely friendly and great to work with. My SUV looks like new. They replaced my lift gate, and the paint matched perfectly. Plus, they cleaned my car inside and out. Would definitely recommend Mark's auto body to everyone.

They did my 2001 Trans Am ws6 I was worried it would never look the way it did before the accident I hear about them threw a few people that have taken there cars there. So I figured I would give them a chance and they did amazing there was a few issues with finding some parts for my car due to them being discontinued and they did great at getting ahold of an oem fender. They kept in touch threw everything and im so happy with the outcome. So I would highly recommend them and I will be returning there in the future if I need any body work done or anything painted.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had the most incredible experience with Mark's Autobody after my bumper got dented. From the moment I made that first call, I knew I was in good hands. Kim, one of the co-owners, greeted me with such warmth and reassurance. Her knowledge about every aspect of the estimate process, insurance dealings, and other intricate details that usually leave customers confused and stressed was truly impressive. After my initial conversation with Kim, I knew I was in good hands.I was amazed at how quickly they got things moving. They scheduled my estimate almost immediately and turned it around in less than a day. It was clear that efficiency and customer satisfaction were their top priorities.What truly stood out was the personal touch. When I arrived to pick up my car from the estimate, I unexpectedly had a conversation with Dave, the other co-owner. His insights into my car's condition, like pointing out my worn tires that could pose a safety risk, were sincerely appreciated. As someone who isn't particularly car-savvy, his advice was a lifesaver, allowing me to replace the tires before my repair appointment.As the repair date approached, I had the pleasure of interacting with Larissa and Davey at the front of the shop. Their kindness and infectious energy made each conversation and my drop-off/ pick-up visits a delight. When I finally got my car back, it was stunning. I swear it looked even shinier than the day I drove it out of the dealership.Entrusting your car to an autobody shop can be a nerve-wracking experience. But Mark's Autobody transformed the entire process into something comforting and reassuring. Every step of the way, I felt not only welcomed but genuinely supported. Their team's dedication to excellence and their exceptional customer service has been such a blessing. If anyone ever finds themselves in need of autobody services, I can't recommend Mark's Autobody enough they turned what could have been a stressful ordeal into an unexpectedly positive journey.

Exceptional body shop.I've had two vehicles repaired at Mark's Auto Body.Both rear-ended at Stop Lights. Three years apart.They handled all insurance issues. It was a breeze !The paintwork matched perfectly and the parts wererefitted seamlessly. Better than new !Their staff is outstanding and keeps you informedwith all updates throughout the process.If your vehicle is driveable, it's worth the long wait timefor the repair !Also, they DETAIL the vehicle prior to delivery.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Mark s did an amazing job with my 2020 f150! My truck was hit 2 weeks after I got it and I am very picky when it comes to my vehicles. The truck is Abyss grey which is a less common color and Mark s did a great job matching the paint and lining up the body lines! I truly could not tell that any portion of the truck had been repaired. In addition, Marks called and got all new OEM parts from Ford priced matched after my insurance company tried to put used parts on my brand new truck. Last but not least , the very kind woman that works the front desk stayed late on Friday night so that I could pick up my truck before the weekend. My experience there was very refreshing from most businesses that are usually trying to get one over on you and I will definitely use Mark s in the future for all body shop needs .Update 1/27/21Unfortunately, my truck was rear ended a few weeks after picking it up from my first repair by Mark s. I didn t even have to think before calling marks to schedule the truck for this repair after what a great job they did the last time. The truck looks amazing, the paint match is perfect, and The truck was even done a day earlier than they originally thought. To my surprise the truck was even freshly detailed inside and out when I picked it up! My brand new vehicle was rear ended and I took it to Marks Auto Body for repair. They were very easy to work with, very informative and friendly. Took my Impreza to Mark's to get the whole back end repaired. Took a little longer than expected, but they kept me up to date every day. When I got the car back it looked like I just picked it up off the lot, they day I bought it. They even fully cleaned the inside of my car!! They are super friendly, did amazing work, and are very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

If you need bodywork done head over! Words can not even remotely come close to describing the outstanding service we received! Not to mention the speed of service on the repairs! Pricing was very reasonable as well! I can not recommend them more!!

Best body shop around. Communicate very well from initial quote through job completion. Quality of work is top notch. Also one of the few, I not the only one in the area that is certified to repair aluminum. They even work with insurance companies that they do not have direct relationships with.

The auto body specialists here know what they're doing and did a great job diagnosing and fixing what was wrong with my car. They kept me updated the whole time my car was at their shop, and when it was finished, the bill for my repairs was more than fair. I highly recommend this shop.

Had my wife's Chevy there for collision damage repair. If it was my car it would have gone back. The body work is terrible. The gaps where the rear bumper cover meet the quarter panels is excessive and inconsistent. The bumper cover is actually buckled up in the middle under the trunk lid. The paint work is very good, but the body work prevents me from recommending them.

Do not give these people your money! They will give you a 10 minute speech about how to pick the right color sample that they supply and the finished product will not be even close! Of course for hundreds of dollars more they can blend the rest of the car to the wrong color! At no point did anyone look at the paint and say "this is not what the customer wants" and attempt or offer to make it right only excuses of why they couldnt match the sample that they had in their possession through the whole process.

I had my Explorer rear ended about 2 years ago, I took it to Marks and they did an exceptional job. I now have a Sorrento that needs work and I will be taking it back to Marks.
