Best place around here to get your car done. Very honest people, family owned. I have tried many, many places in Westmoreland county Pa for my business work van and my Harley Davidson and this place is by far the best, they will do inspections on motorcycles and do every type of vehicle repairs, my work van is 11 foot high and will not fit on there lift but they still switch out my tires for me the old school way. I would highly recommend them.

These folks are honest and fair. They go above and beyond in regards to customer service and provide an experience that can't be found at a dealership or chain auto shop. I've taken my vehicles to them for about three years now and have yet to have anything negative to say. While there may be an appeal to the convenience of "no appointment needed" service stations, do yourself a favor an schedule your vehicle maintenance with a family owned shop that is going to remember you and your vehicle, and treat both with respect.

I should have always taken my card to this garage. It s family run, and everyone is so friendly on the phone and in person. I had concerns about my exhaust system, and Donnie called and explained all the tests they ran and all the things they checked to make sure it was running properly, which it was. He has also explained the oil consumption issues that my Hyundai motor has in a way that even I can understand. In the past, I had an issue with a Toyota timing belt. He gave me the printout from their code reader so I could take it to my cousin to fix for cheaper than they could. All around good people and service.

Professional, courteous, quality service you can trust! Family-owned and operated, they treat you like family. All my concerns were quickly and thoroughly addressed, including a printout and full explanation of battery test results, which showed that a new battery was not yet needed, as I was told I did by another service center. They cleaned the battery terminals, advised me as to when I should replace it, and what to listen and check for in the interim. Great people providing superior service!

Honest and fair priced service after countless times of returning. Always friendly and helpful. Explanation of repairs are always in place when necessary. Car is always pulled into the shop within 10 minutes of arrival & they are very good with not overbooking. Appointments usually run 7-10 days in advance.

This is the premier mechanic of Greensburg city. No other shop comes to mind if someone were to ask me for a recommendation.They are timely, fairly priced, and competent. What more could you want from a mechanic?

Took my truck for an oil change, alignment and tire rotation. Very fair price on everything and quick service. Friendly staff and a nice waiting room. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

Took my dad's truck there today. The window fell off it's track. They fixed it for me, at no charge, and told me what needs to be done to correct the issue completely. Great, fast service, friendly knowledgeable people. Highly recommend!

This is our first time at Zappone's, we have to say we got very good experience there. The service fee is fair. What's most important, the owner is willing to help those who are in trouble. He explained everything in detail for us and gave us the most flexibility to make choices. Although they are busy, considering our situation, he even stayed late for us. Thanks. Definitely recommend this family owned service shop to others.

I would definitely recommend this place, my boyfriend broke down today in Greensburg (we live about an hour away from here) and they were able to tow his car to their shop and get the issue resolved for a very fair price. Everyone he dealt with that works here was very nice & professional. Owners are amazing, very easy to converse with. When you walk-in it is a safe environment. The mechanic E.J/Ed works incredible and the pricing is beyond reasonable. When your vehicle/transportation is there; you know it will be done in a timely fashion and done right.

So inexpensive because a because a bank paid lol. Its a great place and they don't rush you, the food was prepared excellently for sure. They must put a lot of time and care into their food. Great menu too. Nice selection of wines also.

I began going to Zappone's after many bad experiences with other shops. I have to say since I have started taking my car to them I have no complaints. They have great customer service and fair pricing. I would recommend Zappone's to anyone.

I have dealt with MANY mechanics, and I will say that Zappone s is by far the best in terms of quality work, professionalism, and timeliness.Zappone s was the only car mechanic to offer help to people in need during the pandemic this year. They picked a few people who needed repairs, who could otherwise not afford it due to being out of work because of the coronavirus. I was one of the lucky ones to be chosen. Mr. Zappone treated me as if I was a regular customer not a charity case. My car was repaired within one day. I dropped it off one night and the next day it was done! He even went above and beyond to look over my car to see what I would need for inspection.Recently, I made the mistake of taking my car to a different mechanic because said place could tow my car there for cheap. I only need a starter put in my vehicle. It has now been ten days and I still don t have my car.I WILL NEVER go anywhere else again, besidesZappone s!!!!!Thank you for being so gracious as to help me and others in such a time of need. If that isn t the true definition of thoughtful and selfless, I don t know what is.

They towed a motorcycle for me. The guy that came out at midnight was quick to get there and made sure my motorcycle was transported so it would not get damaged.

Been here for car inspection twice, the staffs were super helpful and was able to get me to the soonest schedule. Price was about 40 dollars for inspection plus emission. Definitely will go back.

Fair pricing, and they ordered and put on the part when they said they would. The quote was what I paid. They did a follow up email to make sure everything was okay. Would go back if I needed to.

Great place to take your vehicle for repairs, service, or inspection. The Zappone s are good honest people who make sure the car is 100% before putting it back on the road.
