Incredible service and support from the shop. I brought them my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon to them for a lift overhail including installation of 8 adjustable control arms, ball joints, tie rod and steering stabilizer work. They also did a wheel alignment, oil change and tire rotation.Leading up to the work they gave me great advice, kept me informed of progress and delivered on time and budget which was reasonable. Those that have lifted jeeps know its not always easy to dial it in correctly but these guys nailed it - drives straight and smooth. Highly recommend West Point Auto Works.

West Point Auto Works has really taken care of me the past few years! They are always very easy and efficient to work with, no hidden fees, and they have excellent communication. For example, they text me when I need a service performed on my car (in accordance with their records) and also when the car is finished being worked on. They are very nice and I always have a good experience working with them.

I recently needed my car inspected, the oil changed and 4 new tires. I was happy to get an appointment for the following week. I believe that I received good service at a fair price. We are lucky to have this garage in our neighborhood.

After running over a bungee cord, I drove it immediately to West Point Auto and he made time at the end of their busy day to assess my tire, determine a plug would work, and sent me on my way. He explained the process and reassured that the plug would outlast my tire. Wonderful service, great work, and fair prices.

I was having car trouble (several dash lights and a terrible vibration when accelerating) returning from a trip out of state. Called Rob at West Point Auto and explained what was happening. Rob said they were busy but drop the car off and they would try to figure out what was happening. By noon I received a call explaining what they determined was causing the problem and an estimated repair I then unexpectedly received a call several hours later that the car was fixed. I picked the car up and everything is working fine. Thank you West Point Auto.

Great shop and excellent customer service. I found a puncture in my tire and tried to find a place that could order me a new tire so I could travel home to Ohio. I didn t have any of my tools with me, so I had no way to determine if it was a fixable puncture or a non-fixable sidewall issue. Tire Rack had my tire on backorder until Sept, and a lot of the bigger shops in the area couldn t even order it. Did a quick Google search and found West Point Auto Works. Rob at West Point Auto Works was able to order my tire, get it shipped in only 2 days, and then squeezed me in without an appointment to get me fixed up and on my way home. They were even able to repair the punctured tire instead of replacing with a new tire, so now I have a brand new tire for when I need them replaced. Good to have considering the scarcity of this tire. They also have a touchless tire mounter, which did not scratch my forged wheels. Would recommend West Point Auto Works to anyone. I had a great experience at West Point Auto getting my brakes and rotors. They were booked 2 weeks out but we re able to squeeze me in the next day. They are always so personable and great at communicating issues and cost up front. I will definitely be taking my car back next time it needs repaired.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I am very pleased with the service I received from this shop. Had them order and install wheels and tires as well as add a leveling kit to my truck. I use them all the time. Great people great service. I wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else. They got my tires ordered really fast and recommended that I could do my inspection at the same time so I go5 both done the same day and didn't have to go back later. I won't go anywhere else. I watched WP Auto Works emerge from an old Gulf Gas Station to a thriving well respected business. I trust Rob, Mark, Joe and everyone else to get it right the first time, and I'm always happy with the price. These guys are friendly, honest and they try hard to meet every customer's needs. My wife's car was towed in unannounced during a busy week, and they were still able to diagnose and repair her car in a day and a half, including having to order a new starter motor. Rob and his colleagues are very professional and always eager to help. We have our annual inspections and tire changes done routinely at this place and have always had great experience. Once we had a flat tire and they were able to had the car looked at on that same day. I highly recommend using West Point Auto Works for all your car's needs. We take our cars there for inspections, oil changes, tires, and all other car issues. They have excellent customer service and they are knowledgeable. Prices are fair and you are treated like a member of the family.

I have been using West Point Auto literally since the day they opened and will only go to them. First their prices are very fair. Their mechanics are top notch. I took my Honda CR-V with 100,000 across the country and back when I came back my brakes were funky. I explained it by phone and they knew exactly what was wrong. Like mechanic detectives. And their customer service is above and beyond. Rob is the best. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Good first experience with Rob. Had a PA emissions & inspection done. Failed the inspection, but they helped me to get new tires put on and didn't charge to get the inspection re-done two weeks later. Trustworthy shop!

I ve taken my car here several times and I can confidently say that this is the best auto shop I have ever used. Everyone who works here is straightforward and trustworthy a rarity in this industry. I ve recommended West Point Auto to my entire family and they are also very pleased with the quality of service they get here.The pricing is very fair and Rob discusses the necessity/timing of repairs with you in order to make sure you are happy with the work being done as well as the total price. I ve also towed a damaged car here overnight (twice!) and serious, intense repair work was completed within a single business day. The quick turnaround and pricing transparency is unparalleled.Really, I have nothing but the highest praise for West Point! I will never go anywhere else and I highly recommend them for all car repair needs.

Had my Jeep Wrangler towed to WestPoint with a bad thermostat housing. They were able to diagnose and provide a repair quickly at a very reasonable price. Fantastic experience. Two weeks ago I brought my car in for PA inspection and a tune-up. Rob was extremely nice, respectful, helpful, and explained in detail the maintenance he was going to perform. Today, I had an emergency issue with the car's spark plugs that I could not diagnose. I immediately brought it to West Point for help. They worked to figure out and fix the problem immediately, and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. First-class service and genuinely friendly people, they have my business for all my future car needs. Thanks, guys!

These guys are great! They were able to get me a great deal on a set of tires and even were able to perform modification work to my Jeep, when I wasn't having any luck with other shops. They're labor rates are great and Jesse kept me updated on the status of Jeep throughout its work.I would recommend them without hesitation! Next time I need a mechanic, they'll be my first call.

This was one of the easiest visits to a mechanic I've ever had. The price was terrific (I called other businesses to compare). We prescheduled a time, so the actual drop off took less than a minute. Pick up was just as easy with no waiting and quick service. And best of all, they didn't try to get me to purchase unnecessary repairs.
