Very thankful that my State Farm office recommended this shop (from their own experience on their personal vehicles). Jason s team has fantastic customer service, communication, and they will make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the work. They did an excellent job, my car looks brand new! Will recommend them to friends and family.

Very friendly staff! They happily assisted me in finding my car for me to collect my belongings after the totalling of my vehicle. My family has been using the Mignogna Family services in collision for over 20 years! The ONLY place to go in my honest opinion!

This shop is absolutely the only place you should be bringing your car after an accident. I had a 2014 Hyundai Genesis Coupe repaired here and I am overly detail oriented about the car. The front of the car had been hit while it was parked and I was extremely nervous about the repairs. From paint matching to body lines gaps, the car looks 100% perfect. Jason and the rest of the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. This is the ONLY place I will be bringing my cars should they need collision repairs in the future.

I was in a car accident on 3/21 and I had my jeep transferred to the collision shoppe. Unfortunately it was declared a total loss. I had a lot of insurance battles to go though and everyone at the collision shoppe was very helpful. From the ladies that answer the phone to Ron D in the back was very helpful in getting me though the process. I would most definitely recommended them for any repairs.

Friendly staff. Estimate was quick and thorough. Very professional. Helped me with the process of getting my vehicle repaired.Also assisted in getting me a rental car since the repairs were going to take a while due to part ordering taking a while. Weekly updates from the service team. Will edit and update once I pick up my vehicle.

I highly recommend this company. The Collision Shoppe is the only place I would take a vehicle. Their customer service is second to none. Over the years I have used Jason and his excellent staff of professionals 4 times total for both my personal and work vehicle repairs. The paint job looked better than I ever could have imagined. No difference in appearances between the parts they replaced and the original paint! I found their office staff friendly and courteous. The one repair was very extensive. Their office worked seamlessly with my insurance company and made the process stress free. The office also kept me informed of the progress which I appreciated very much.

Can't say enough good things. Every interaction with every employee was professional, polite, and helpful. They offered to arrange for my rental car, kept me updated throughout the process, and fixed my car faster than expected. They also worked very well with the insurance company, making better progress with them than I could. Finally, when I went to pick up my car, it was completely clean inside and out. They cleaned my car! I wasn't expecting that, but what a pleasant surprise and a very nice touch. I know that kind of service isn't random. This is clearly a well-run company with a vision of customer care that is consistent across every department. Leadership is apparent, as is quality training. I highly recommend them.

The entire staff here is incredible. They are so friendly and helpful. They made my whole experience easy and stress free. The technician that fixed my car even called me to tell me I have free oil changes at the dealership and asked if I d like to use one!

Professional and knowledgeable staff (especially Casey) who kept me informed each step of the way. I had cosmetic and mechanical work completed, a lot of work at that. I am very pleased with how my car looks and drives. The detail and thank you card were a nice touch as well. Thank you.

Friendly staff and great work done here. just picked up my 2016 Subaru WRX and I think it looks even better than it did before the accident. Also very thankful how they worked with me with some of the aftermarket parts I had put on my car. Have worked with this family business before and they always do a great job but hopefully I don't have to see them anytime soon. Thanks for taking care of my baby!

I am really pleased with the excellent work, attention to detail and fast turn around time! I also appreciated the regular updates from the staff...they even took the extra time to answer all my questions and fixed everything on the list! Working 100% with my insurance company was another extra bonus! I will definitely recommend The Collision Shoppe to anyone and everyone!

Second time using the Collision Shoppe. Both deer damage. This time on my semi truck. Jason himself made it a point to keep me informed of the progress at least once or twice a week due to the delay in parts availability. Greatly appreciate the communication on his part. I have always dealt with dealer collision shops and after my experience here..well to say the least I'll be coming back if an unfortunate event that need professional service. Let me just say there was a little misunderstanding and when it was brought to my attention things were fixed with no worries..and to add that the shop owner Jason personally called me to assure things would be taken care off and eased my concerns through the whole process. Any shop that shows that level of care for its customers is worth giving them the business. That is rare to find now a days. Thanks Jason and Mark

Had estimate done here a while back after I was hit, minor damage. Girls in the office were nice but seemed preoccupied. I sat and watched the estimator ignore me even after they told him I was there for an appt. Fifteen minutes later, he confirmed a few details, wandered around. Took pictures. Clicked on the keyboard for a bit. Then half heartedly explained the quote. Maybe the "great customer service" is only reserved for the big dollar jobs. Either way, shop around!

Very fast easy transaction from accident to Nissan Pathfinder home. Overall perfect!!! We had an accident and we chose them room past experiences and they got better since last visit. Highly recommend.
