All of the staff is so friendly and inviting. They were quick and efficient. This was our first time here and we were so impressed we took our second car the next day. We will continue taking our vehicles here for oil changes and will definitely spread the word. I know it's just an oil change but the staff took my expectations and blew them out of the water! Keep up the amazing work!

I love this place. It's where I get my oil changed on all.. my cars. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is always friendly. The 10-minute oil change is more of an eye catcher, as you should you should plan to spend about 12 to 15 minutes there all said and done, but if that's not fast enough for you for an oil change you should probably reevaluate your priorities in life.

I was recommended by a friend and he stated this is a great place to go, guys are awesome and do great work. With that recommendation I had to go for myself, and this is my personal review. Great group of techs. Very friendly, up front, open and honest. Like the sign reads 10 minute oil change and your back out in the road. I am definitely going to be a customer for life for the main reason they were very friendly and work quick. 10/10 will be back.

4/4 8:45 am ....Absolutely top notch service ! After being told by walmart there was almost a 2 hrs wait for a oil change ..I jumped on google to see where the closest quick lube was and it brought me here . SO glad it did! Was in and out in almost 10 mins flat. Also both technicians were absolutely friendly and professional ...they notified me of service items but were not pushy at all after I declined the service.Checked out...got my reminder sticker and receipt and was back on the roadWill now only visit this location for my oil changes from now on .

Always as fast as advertised, they send oil change coupons in the mail, and even offer 5 dollars off just by giving them your previous oil change sticker (if it's their sticker). Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Great guys. I was blown away with the timeliness and the service. I stopped in for just an oil change and they ended up fixing the third light on my truck. I was impressed with how knowledgeable, friendly and fast they were. It's my go to spot to get my oil changed from now on!

Awesome, fast and friendly. The mechanics were very polite, even offered bottled water. Great price and will definitely go there again...and YES it only takes 10 minutes. Great job, very impressed!

I have been getting my oil changed here for quite a long time,I've always had a good experience.They are very nice,quick and reasonably priced.No reason to go anywhere else.I highly recommend them !

Literally pulled straight in got an oil change immediately.took less then ten minutes. Did pressure me to get more expensive oil change package. Will definitely return.

I have made multiple contacts concerning a pending issue with the staff and manager with no return calls. The facility takes no responsibility in the matter at issue, which is clearly the truth. I personally feel they closed ranks and my concern will be invalidated. The given phone number does not receive voice messages or texts, emails bounce back. I DO NOT recommend this business.

I went for the first time the other day. Mikle was polite and knows what he's doing. He gave me an oil change and replaced my air filter. This place even has 15% discounts for doordash drivers. They'll then give you a sticker to help you keep track of when you need a new oil change, with a mileage marker of your current mileage at the time of service.

I had a wonderful experience at SB! I have never used a drive in/through car maintenance company before. The one young lady who was so nice! Her initials were SAF. I will definitely be back.

This was my first-time using SB Oil Change service in Greensburg. I was impressed with the service provided. The manager, Drake, who also greeted me, was very pleasant and explained the service in detail to me. Little things that I noticed, which made me comfortable about my service, was the tech in the pit cross checking with the tech under the hood regarding oil pressure, oil level on dip stick and audibly calling out that the filter and drain plug were secure and dry. I would recommend SB Oil Change over others in the Greensburg area.

I had no idea what to expect when I rolled up to the lane to get my oil changed. The staff were prompt, respectful, and efficient! While getting my oil changed there was a slight hiccup but it was easily fixed and I was given a free top off on all of my fluids. I will be going back any time I need an oil change!

Very kind, fast, and efficient! even get $5 off if you come in twice in a row. They also informed me last time when i was there that two parts under my car were broken. When i got my car inspected the month before they failed to tell me about the broken parts. But this place did and saved me a lot of money because they caught it.

My experience was nothing but professional and favorable, I took two of my vehicles the same morning for oil changes and they exceeded my expectations. I manage a business as well and I can tell you the mixture of great customer service and strong mechanical aptitude were spot on and I will certainly be going there with all my future business. The employees were very professional. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. They performed a quick inspection of my vehicle and topped off all my fluids. They made recommendations for what I would need for my next appointment and didn't try to upsell on anything I didn't need. He even noted that my tire wear was low and I should consider getting new tires before winter. Overall great service and experience!

First time customer. I went to 3 other places first only to be told they didn t have the oil filter my car takes in stock. I called Strickland Brothers and the young woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful in checking the stock and letting me know you did have the filter before I drove to your shop. When I arrived she was very friendly and continued to provide great service. I ll be back next time I need my oil changed.
