I took my recently purchased 2017 Mercedes SLC 300 to Lug Nutz, for a state inspection. Having never been there, I decided to take my car there, after reading good reviews online. I am so glad I did! Luke, my service advisor, did a fantastic job, keeping me informed on the progress of my car s repairs. I also needed to have the windshield washers fixed, and there was a noise coming from the rear passenger side of the car. The inspection and repairs were done in a very reasonable amount of time. I would get updates, with pictures online, keeping me informed! The price of the repairs and inspection was very fair. I am so happy with the entire experience! Thank you to Luke and the mechanics!

You will not be disappointed. This is second time here for inspection. My mechanic Kyle Cannon is very kind and he gets the inspection done quickly. No more waiting long hours or dropping off the car the nite beforeJust schedule the appointment and you can wait there. The waiting room is very nice. They have good coffee. And magazines for women too.!!!

Clutch Replacement for 2013 Ford Mustang GT California Special It s my baby! They took good care of her! Kept me informed every step. Installed all new Ford parts at my request. Love these mechanics!! We have used them many times for inspections, oil change, brakes. This is the first major repair. Very impressed with their work, communicated constantly, And meticulously took care of my car!! Highly recommend

Very great first impression! Was looking for a new local mechanic and decided to try lug nutz since the reviews were so good. Well the reviews are true. Awesome customer service, Thorough and very honest. Were able to get me in right away and what I thought needed fixed on my car didn't even need it. Very trustworthy. Will be my go to mechanics!

I wish I could give another 5 star review for the folks at Lug Nutz. Another excellent experience with them. This time for a state inspection. If anyone would ask for a recommendation of a service center, without hesitation I would say they should go to Lug Nutz.Below is a review from my first visit:I called Lug Nutz for a catalytic converter replacement. They were able to get the car in pretty quickly. When the repair was done, I got a call immediately, no waiting around wondering what the status was. Overall it was a good experience for my first visit. I will definitely give them a call again.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Great service! Needed new transmission fluid and oil asap. They got my car in fast, stayed late to finish, and communicated every step. Their pricing is great and staff is very friendly. I will definitely come back if I need my car serviced.

Lugnutz was the best service I have ever had at an auto garage. Luke was informative, kind and friendly. I appreciated how he walked me thru each step of the inspection process, answered all my questions and the services were very reasonably priced. I am using them for all of my auto needs for my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, outside of my warranty.

I m so glad I discovered this garage as they are reasonable with prices and the level of repairs needed for your vehicle. You can t beat their scheduling and customer service either. I was able to a get a valve cover gasket and manifold intake gasket repaired within a day of calling mid-afternoon! On top of that, they text you updates as your car is being repaired so their communication is top-notch as well! I d like to give a big THANK YOU to Luke for being so helpful and communicative throughout the repair! I will definitely be a returning customer!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Another shop quoted me $1700 for repairs, so I went to Lug Nutz and paid $384 instead. Proof in pics. That's how you get a customer for life.Fast, skilled, friendly, and above all TRUSTWORTHY.
