If your oil plug isn t tight enough they just seal it up, no worries.I originally complained about this oil change because they magically didn t accept coupons after they did the service so I had to pay full price on something I know they used to do. They apparently were bought by someone else between my visits and changed policies. Fine. Bitter but live and learn. Made no sense but I took the L and moved on. Took my car to another garage today to get an oil change and this is the picture they sent me. Saying I had a quart of oil left because whomever did it before didn t tighten it enough and realized the leak so they put this blue stuff to slow it. Sick. My mechanic called them and they don t care. I called corporate and they are independently owned and operated, so corporate doesn t care either, will forward to the franchise . So less hope my engine is okay, because clearly I m the only one concerned.

They were super nice explained what they did even applied a discount for me i didn t wait that long which was super nice because i had just gotten off of work and needed to get it done i was only there for like 30 minutes and that was with someone else in front of me getting theirs done first 10/10 recommend the greensburg location!

I came in with a punctured tire that needed fixed in a hurry due to the fact I had a road trip planned for that day! The girl at the front was extremely pleasant and all of the other workers were very knowledgeable. They ended up plugging my tire for FREE which is unheard of in this day and age. They left a good bit if oil on my engine bay. Was driving to the store, smelled burning oil. Luckily that's all it is. I drive a sports car and keep it pretty clean, especially my engine area. Wasnt to happy taking over an hour to properly clean it up.

Fantastic service by Rebecca A. today! Got there a little before they opened at 8am and was out by 8:26am with new inspection and emissions stickers. Very friendly and obvious efficient service. She was also really nice and helpful when I had called earlier in the week to see when would be a good time to come in to get the inspection done. Would highly recommend!

Don t go here! Went for an oil change, I ve never had oil stains in my driveway. Noticed not long after I had oil stains all over my driveway. Ironic it s there after I got it done. Now I have to have a real mechanic fix it .

Ok I rate 4 stars because staff was friendly and they were fast. Plenty of parking. Now to the negative. I did not see any boards with the prices listed. (I could have overlooked it) I walked in not knowing what to expect. Was hoping to view prices. Instead I was told some quick prices. As someone who is shy throwing prices without giving me time really messed me up. I have no idea if I got a good deal. I got it done because did not want to rock the boat.

Attention owners of Jiffy lube owners!! You have 2 very honest people working for you .manager Rebecca and tech/mechanic Jon. Not only did they do my brakes frontand back on my truck but my car too inspection on both. They did great work and did extra pleasing me. Called to explain problems w/o bs and yeah it cost me more but the work was right the first time. Please invest in this crew to keep them because as long as they are there you will have my business. I can't say enough about them.the horror stories I had with other mechanics have not been repeated. Done right the first time and backed up with warranties. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Great customer service!! Pulled in to have my headlights changed and they didn t have my bulbs in stock. The guy told me to go across the street to autozone and buy some bulbs. He then installed them at no charge. I will be back for sure.

Charlie was amazing n stayed on hold with my crappie warranty company for over 23 minutes. All the while Cody and the other guy (I can't remember his name but he was working hard 2) anyways, all the guys here are hardworking, very diligent and most importantly they ate efficiently perfect at their job. They are there to change oil n brakes and they don't mess u around. I'd go back to them again and the only thing I would say is jiffy lube is expensive at $86 for an oil change (but I don't pay with my warranty company so I appreciate the great fast in and out job they did. If you're in a hurry n is important to get that oil changed immediately (n u don't mind spending the extra money) then I'd head here. Awesome people anza great job they did.

I never thought that I would ever use a Quick lube style place for my cars maintenance, but my experience with the manager and staff at this Jiffy Lube location was the best experience I have ever had with any company or local business. I appreciate the the fast and easy turnaround on my vehicle and the friendly and helpful service that I was given. All around a 5 star experience.

If I ever need something fixed on my car, I ll be going here! The people there are so nice and work hard for customers. The employee that fixed my car two times now has gone well above and beyond what is expected. They work fast so you can get back on the road without any worry as soon as possible.

Got an inspection and oil change about a week ago, and was in and out within a reasonable time frame and didn't have to wait. Becky the inspector was pleasent and up front on cost.

Service was ok and Charles did a good job on the inspection However this company over charges. Got my inspection done and it should have been at least 30 dollars cheaper that what I paid. For a one time expiernce not bad besides being overcharged. Just won't go back again.

Excellent experience. Just moved to the area and was not sure where to go for an oil change. Staff were extremely nice, explained the options and did not try to pressure for more expensive oil or other services. Took less the 40 minutes. They even vaccumed the front mats in my jeep! Will be using this as my routeen oil change location from now on.

We've all been there...something goes wrong with your vehicle and you don't know where to turn, so you go to Jiffy Lube. Nothing like having pseudo-mechanics working on your car, hoping they don't screw it up even worse, either on purpose or on accident.I've had at least one horrible experience with this chain but these guys were decent the two times I've been there. I had an oil change and a coolant flush done on my first visit. I had to go back because a gasket blew on the rear differential and it was leaking coolant.I believe they tried to overcharge me but I spoke with the lady at the front and got him to charge me for a half an hour of labor and not a full hour (in reality it literally took less than 10 mins but it was -1 degrees outside and I don't have a garage, so I complied).As with all shops, do some research and don't let them take you for a ride.

Buyer beware!!! Very overpriced!!! AND I don't trust them at all. $77 for a blend oil change? And then they charged me $6 ADDITIONAL for a "special filter charge" because my vehicle required a "screw on filter." Seems to me that almost every filter since the 1960's has been a screw on. My normal Valvoline oil change charge is $60 total. I just went to this Jiffy Lube this one time because the location was convenient related to the other tasks I wanted to complete that day. I'll never go back.

Today, David and his team worked very hard on my Toyota. They were able to replace the rotors and brake pads even though some of the bolts were frozen. They did a great job and I recommend this jiffy lube. Thanks guys and gal!
