Great service and friendly staff. We have been taken our car to the Delmont 10 Minute Oil Change for years and have gotten excellent results! The staff here are extremely knowledgeable about vehicle repairs. They are, also, courteous and helpful.

Unfortunately, I must express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Delmont 10 Minute Oil Change earlier today, May 12, 2023. My experience at your establishment was far from satisfactory and left me with a lasting negative impression.To provide some context, I called yesterday at 6:00PM and was informed that no-appointment drive-ins for oil changes were accepted, with your opening hours stated as 8:00 AM. Based on this information, I arrived promptly at 8:00 AM this morning, expecting a relatively swift and efficient service. However, my hopes were quickly shattered.Upon my arrival, I was disheartened to find that there was only one car ahead of me, which led me to believe that the wait time would be minimal. Unfortunately, no employee made an appearance until approximately 8:15 AM, leaving myself, as well as the customer ahead of me, outside your establishment with no explanation or communication about the delay.Furthermore, despite there being two garage spots (one for the first customer that arrived, & one for myself), I was instructed to move my vehicle as only one of them was supposedly vacant. This lack of clarity and organization was frustrating in itself, but it paled in comparison to the subsequent series of events.Regrettably, I had to endure a wait of over an hour behind the car that arrived before me before an employee finally emerged to inform me that your establishment was experiencing technical difficulties. To add insult to injury, I was then requested to move to the previously declared "unavailable" garage spot, with the assurance that the truck obstructing it would be relocated promptly. Witnessing this disarray firsthand was deeply disconcerting, and throughout the entire ordeal, not a single person extended an apology for the excessive wait or the inconveniences caused.As a consequence of the prolonged delays and disorganization, I was unable to leave Delmont 10 Minute Oil Change until after 9:30 AM, well past the time I was scheduled to commence my work at 9:00 AM. I had initially chosen your establishment with the expectation of a quick and painless oil change, but this experience was nothing short of a nightmare.I must express my utmost dissatisfaction with the level of service I received at Delmont 10 Minute Oil Change. The unprofessionalism, tardiness, lack of communication, and overall disorganization exhibited by your staff have left me with a negative impression that will undoubtedly influence my future decisions regarding automotive maintenance.I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised, not only for my sake but also for the benefit of future customers. It is imperative that you take steps to rectify the inadequacies in your service, improve the efficiency of your operations, and foster a customer-centric approach to regain trust and credibility in the eyes of your clientele.This was my first and last time at Delmont 10 Minute Oil Change.Service: Oil change

Delmont 10 Minute Oil Change is our go to. Mary and Ron are both very knowledgeable and helpful. Chris is excellent at what he does.The prices are very fair and the service is very fast. Great quality of service, quick, and convenient. I've had two motorcycles inspected here over the last couple of years.Both initially required enhanced inspections to apply for rebuilt titles, which a lot of garages don't have the license for. They have always been very accommodating with appointments. The ladies at the counter are very friendly, polite, and helpful... including going thru the state's unnecessarily complicated r-title application process. The same mechanic has looked at my bikes each time and is very knowledgable and helpful, including helping correct an oversight I made on another one of PA's burdensome rules.

I've only had good experiences here! I usually call first before stopping in, but I've never had issues getting in for an oil chance. Everyone was super friendly. They helped me look up the cost of changing a headlight (just in case it ever goes), and I got to pet their newfoundlands!!

Great people and fair prices. When I was having car trouble, they did their best to keep the cost as low as possible and explained the process very well. I ended up saving hundreds off of what the national chain place originally quoted me. Will definitely be our car repair place from now on.

From out of town and on vacation and we had a brake issue. Called to ask about schedule and Amanda was able to get vehicle in and out the same day! Allowing us to get back to enjoying our vacation. Highly recommended!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

The lady behind the counter was very helpful and polite while helping me figure out what tires I needed for my car and had a great deal on them. Great multitasking skills! I will definitely be going back for future maintenance.

I trust Delmont Oil Change. They've always been honest and reliable anytime I've taken my vehicles there. They are a full service garage as well, not just an oil and lube place.

So I was driving down the road and my car said shut engine off now.. low oil.. long story short this place was right across the street and they changed my oil in 10 mins and i saw him filling up other fluids, putting air in my tires.. etc..
