These guys are great. I had to fly up to PA from Georgia to get my Tundra and they were clean and efficient all the way through the process. Jonathan Maxson specifically was very polite and helpful. He even made sure that I made It home safe. There's guys are great. If they have a vehicle that you're looking for, definately use them.

Excellent and seamless car-buying experience. Zero pressure, super knowledgeable was like buying a car from an old friend thanks to Jonathan Maxson. Financing team was also very personable and friendly. Had my two boys with me and it was no issue there were even snacks and juice boxes available for the kids. Highly recommend Delaney Volvo.

I worked with Michael Hileman.Thank you for your service today. High points of the day, I contacted the dearlership to check on the availability of the car and she confirmed it was, told me which showroom to come to and who to ask for (John). When I came when I got there, I met John who paired me up with Michael. When we got in the car I appreciated how Michael opened the folder first thing and said what all had been done to the vehicle, he didn't just touch on a few things, he went right down the line. Michael also pointed out how it was going to auction soon but not in a, "Ya better get it today, 'cause it's going to auction." kind of way. No pressure, just giving me a heads up. It was also very helpful that the team there worked on making sure that I could just leave the rental there. That was a HUGE help! Michael was also very courteous even after making several trips back and forth to get information. He also took the time to pair up my phone. The whole purchase felt smooth and I appreciate that. Thanks for also getting the "flutter" sound checked out!The car handled remarkable on the trip home and got about 7 more mpg than the my FOCUS did, AND it was more comfortable! I was also happy during financing to find out I was financed much lower than my FOCUS was. The FOCUS sticker was $11K and some change before financing, and that was a year ago and it was a 2016 model. I got your KIA for 1K more, it is a better car, it is only 2 years old instead of 3, and on and on.Needless to say, I am happy with today! Thank you and the staff.

A very productive weekend. Took my oldest son to the Star Auto Mall to look at a vehicle for him. I did not intend on making a purchase. I only wanted to look at a particular car.Upon entry into the dealership, we were promptly and warmly welcomed. The dealership was clean and orderly. We were offered beverages which we graciously accepted and started shopping after we met our salesman Jason.Jason had the car that we wanted to research clean and ready to drive. He was friendly, professional and easy going. He was knowledgeable about the car we were researching.We liked the car and wanted to purchase it. Now to the hard part....the price. We were astounded how easily we came to a fair price. Thank you Jason, Patsy and Dick for all that you have done for my family.

So far so good. Several visits here while looking at a few models and they were not too pushy with us. Offered drinks, snacks for our kids and were always polite. Purchased a Nissan Armada and the process went well. Both Donnie and Steve were sales reps who helped us through process. Patsy was the sales manager who helped close the deal.So far so good. Hopefully the service department meets these same standards throughout the life of our new car.

So nothing is better than factory parts and services. My visits here are always enjoyable. It's a bit of a drive from Pittsburgh but this is the closest dealer. However, the service advisors and parts people are great. Service isn't cheap but preventive maintenance is cheaper than repairs. Your car is always washed before it's returned to you.

Star Nissan Service Team always gives a great experience...until they dont. Tried charging 3 1/2 hours to change plugs-almost $400. LOL I'm not a mechanic and dont have the fancy tools-timed myself at 50 minutes total for all plugs!U need better help.

I haven't trusted a garage or mechanic for a long time! But i am happy to say that here i do for now. Which is a big deal for me. They didn't overcharge or say anything was wrong to get money out of me. Everyone was friendly and helpful also. Give them a shot, im glad i did. Bcz i almost didn't go that day.

First of all let me say I was not planning on buying a car yesterday. I was looking and researching for a Honda Accord or Civic. But then a 2018 Nissan Altima popped up on my screen. So, I added this to my list and did a ton of researching on these makes. When I looked at the Hondas, No one would come down to my monthly payments. That is til we walked into Delanely of Greensburg. I was in alot of back pain when I got there. Couldn't even sit down for more than 5 min. I took this car for a ride and the heated seats hugged my back so nicely. Lumber support was hitting me in the right spot. When driving he had me drive on some rough roads. Which I liked. I couldn't feel the holes in the road at all. And we went a nice distance. So, I said let's talk numbers. I went slightly above what I was paying. But I knew the ride home would be the test for sure. I bought it and said alittle prayer on the way home. When we finally got home, my back stopped hurting. And I got to move without any pain that night. I didn't even have to take pain relievers. Thank you Derrick Thompson at Delaney of Greensburg. I am very pleased with my new to me car.

We needed to trade vehicles due to a change in our location and needed it quick. I saw an all wheel drive on the Star Auto Mall, requested info and got a rapid response. We took our car in and Mike did an amazing job to get us into exactly what we wanted! We were able to stay right on budget and I couldn t believe how quickly the process went. All staff were very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Star. Thank you!Also, we had previously purchased two other vehicles from Star and we have used and are certainly fans of their service department and, unfortunately their collision shop too LOL, and both are competent and friendly. I can't find a single complaint with Star. Thank you to the entire Star Auto Group!

Ok I gave it four stars because of the parts department. I did not deal with car buying or service department. If I could rate the parts 5 stars I would. I did not feel comfortable giving the whole place 5 stars. The salesmen was very helpful and even worked on fixing a problem when the shipping of parts messed up. Was very nice even though my car knowledge is lacking. Will say as someone who never been there. The locations of places is confusing. I get it is a big campus. Not really nothing that can be done about. Just was first world problem.

I want to first thank the whole service team, especially Nicole and Joe. They really took their time to figure out the issue I was having with my 2021 Trailboss. Long story and 4 long weeks later they figured out how water was getting inside the cab of my truck. They were able to fix the problem and I must say their communication with me through the whole process far exceeded any experience I have received at other dealer service shops. I live an hour away but I will guarantee that any service that is done on my truck will be done by these guys/girls at Delaney.

I was hesitant at first going to Star, due to a less than pleasant shopping experience that had there several months ago, prior to purchasing my Equinox. However, I was in a position where I desperately needed an oil change and tire rotation, I had an unexpected day off, and every other dealer around couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. I called Star and they told me they could take my car in as soon as I could get there. Yes, most people never have a "desperate" need for an oil change, but I drive 800-1,000 miles a week for work and I didn't want to cause any issues with warranty because of a lack of timely maintenance. Once I got there, as soon as they took my information, they took my keys and pulled my car in and did a wheel alignment check with a new, state of the art wheel alignment setup that I've never seen before (I was an automotive technician for 20 years and changed careers 2 years ago), and they showed and explained to me exactly what they were doing. then, they immediately took my car into the shop for service. They inspected my car thoroughly and suggested a few services, which I declined only because I can do them significantly cheaper myself. I would have agreed to the wheel alignment if it were $70-80 like most repair shops charge, and not the $130 that Star wanted. Overall though, I was thoroughly impressed with the service and lack of aggravation that I received during my visit. Jonathan, my service writer was extremely professional, quick, and knowledgeable. I can honestly say that this was the first time I was ever at a dealer for service and didn't leave in a firey rage. I will absolutely return to Star Chevrolet for service and I will recommend them to anyone I talk to that needs a Chevy dealer for service. Outstanding job!

As always the work was done with no problems and completed quicker than expected. Our vehicle was actually cleaner than when we brought it in and we also found that they had done some things that we didn't even ask like rotating the tires at no extra charge! I have been a Star Chevrolet Nissan fan for a long time and can't see any reason to buy a vehicle anywhere else or have it serviced anywhere else!

My vehicle had stopped working and needed replaced. John at the dealership worked very closely with us over a two day span to help us get me into a new vehicle and ensure that me and my family had something reliable. We had a very busy weekend between buying a car and my son and I were in a wedding. John was very patient with us and very mindful of our limited time frames. He was very proactive with helping us due to this. This was the best experience that I have had between myself and my parents over the years in buying a car! We will recommend Star to everyone we know!

The services provided were magnificent and had no issues whatsoever to get the vehicle turned in to the agent and got it when service was completed. They provided us a ride from the dealership to the mall and we were picked up when the service was completed. Experience was great and have exceeded my expectations. Very professional staff and very polite and responsive. I wish I could remember his name to thank him and to let him know how much I appreciated his services he had provided.

Absolutely the best service department ever! Picked me up from my hotel where the break down happened and shuttled me to the rental place. They kept me informed all through the repair process. Regis and his team were outstanding! When it is time to buy another Volvo I will go to Star Volvo, and I live 3 states away. What does that tell you?

I communicated with Tim - his service was outstanding! Great Job! Thanks Tim! ...and thank your service team for me as well! They took me in early, provided an accurate estimate, gave me time to decide if I wanted to pursue the repair without any pushy sales talk, promptly and accurately completed the repair, and worked with me to pick up my vehicle when I was available. I mean, really - aside from having the issue in the first place (which was no fault of theirs) - things couldn't have gone any smoother. That just doesn't seem to happen anymore - with anything! KUDOS to Star Nissan in Greensburg!!

Living in Morgantown, I called before to set up a test drive this morning. Patrick confirmed availability and confirmed my test drive for 11:30.Upon arrival (11:25), I was told the car was just taken out for a test drive. (Thanks for reserving the car for me). The only positive experience I had was the free bottle of water I received. After being told 3 more minutes multiple times, I became frustrated and started to live. Conveniently the car was available right as I started to leave. After telling the salesman I felt disrespected, the only explanation was they would sell the car to whomever bought it first.My salesman (Jason) said we could start to order before the other customer, and guarantee I got the car. This felt unethical and like force tactic to pressure me into purchasing the vehicle quickly. After expressing my frustrations, no apology was offered. The only explanation they would say is that they are going to sell the car to whomever was there. Please state this when reserving and confirming availability for a test drive.I was fully willing to pay full list price and get quickly in/out, but after being treated as my time was not valuable, I will never return to a Star dealership.

I honestly have to give them one star but I cant think of a reason to. I bought a 2020 VOLVO in Dec 2020. 7 days after having the vehicle the rotors needed replaced due to them being warped. Fast forward to Sept 2021 - now my brake pads need replaced. I called the service dept to schedule since my pads are grinding. The service manager was very rude - when i asked him if the pads should have been replaced when the rotors were (since they were warped) he told me NO. I then told him that my pads should not have been grinding and he proceeded to tell me that I put a lot of miles on my car since my last visit (warped rotor replacement) and chuckled, not sure what was so funny or how the miles driven make a difference if they should have been replaced or not (average miles on brake pads are 40K). It is sad that I bought my VOLVO XC60 in Dec 2020 and I had to replace tires since they were bald, the vehicle had warped rotors and needed replaced twice and now the brakes. I decided to take my car to another Volvo dealer and they installed new rotors and brakes on my car since the passenger side brake pad was at 0MM and the driver side was at 3MM. Thank you to the next dealership that will receive my business moving forward. Good luck Star Auto Mall.

Excellent customer service! They made our buying experience easy and bearable. Found exactly the car we wanted, test drove and checked every option and our salesman Tyler was patient throughout the entire process. Everyone in that building (customers and staff) were in a good mood, staff was helpful and honest. Would definitely recommend it. Check them out.

I have been dealing with Star Nissan for leases for over 15 years. The sales personnel are very cordial. I never really feel pressured but being a senior citizen, I wish they would deal more on lease pricing especially when I turn in a 3 year lease vehicle with less than 15,000 miles and in great condition. Overall I am pleased with the Nissans that I have leased. The best department in my opinion is the service department with Tim, John and Mandy and of course all the technicians.

Just purchased our second Volvo and couldn t be more pleased. Entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Jonathan and Jason were extremely knowledgeable and low pressure. After 8 plus years of working with Star Volvo, I have only good things to say about both the sales and service departments.

We've had a great experience with Star Volvo. I don't trust anyone else to work on my Volvo. They've always done a great job. They even honored our warranty after it had ran out since the issue had been mentioned prior to the warranty end date. We've always had a great experience dealing with Jessica, the Volvo customer service rep. She's been extremely kind and understanding that we aren't made of money and has tried to find cost saving options.

My wife and I found Star Nissan's staff to be professional, polite and trustworthy .... particularly Derrick Thompson and John Miller. It was a NO hassle, NO pricing games, and straight to the point about what they could do for me (with a couple added pluses). I will definitely recommend others to your location and be a repeat customer in the future. Looking people in the eye, shaking hands and old fashion human dignity still matters and I found it in there at Star Nissan with a very fair pricing plan. We needed to purchase a work truck with one day's notice from across the state. Patsy, Nicholas, and the rest of the team helped make our year-end tax write off possible. I called at 2PM on a Wednesday and picked up the truck and was on my way at 10 AM the next morning. Their team is no-nonsense, helpful, knowledgeble, and efficient. They are always able to accommodate my schedule and my needs. I was able to get new tires, oil change, inspection, coolant tank replaced, and my gas cap replaced and painted with no hesitation. It took 1 phone call, talking to 1 person to get it all set up.

I was calling everywhere to locate parts for my 2009 nissan murano. I was given the number to this dealership and a gentleman named Adam in nissan parts came thru with flying colors. I'll be calling him again. New best friend thanks again. Service is great highly recommend
