Called about taking my van there and the tires were brand new so I wanted to know if I could take them off but the person I talked to apparently couldn t answer that question. He told me to call back on Monday so I did and he answered put me on hold them came back on the phone and said I told you to call back on Monday at 9 am very rudely and hung up when I was still trying to talk to him. Very unhappy with the customer service and definitely will not be using them or recommending them to anyone.

Really great service, fair prices, ask for Kieth !4 years later and still just super impressed! They fixed my truck real fast this week! And my backup vehicle of course had a matinence light when I drove it for the first time in a while. So I went to auto zone got the code paper and Keith was nice enough to let me know the problem was not serious and that I didn t necessarily need to spend more money today to fix it! That s a hell of good honest mechanic! You just don t get that these days anywhere! Bought a door from the yard and bring it home. 4 hours later I start to grind off bolts that had snapped off when they removed the mirror, large pieces of filler (bondo) start chipping off the door. I call and ask if I can return for a refund and they said no we won t honor it on body parts. Obviously would not have purchased the door knowing this. Take your business elsewhere.

The price is reasonable as well as great service. Mr. Danser called me 2 days before I picked up the part if the car I ordered just to inform me that it's ready and available for pick up.

I needed an engine swap done. They quoted me one number and when I went to pick up my car the bill was higher. I paid it and went home. The next day the engine they put in locked up. It was less then 10 miles on the new engine. They said it had to be my fault. They are going to put another engine it in with no cost to me. But it would take a week or two before they could start it. I am trying to get a full refund and take it some where they know what they are doing. Stay away from this place. They are rude and obviously don't know what they are doing.

Bought a motor and installed. Ran for less than 60 days and 2 cylinders failed. Called Joe for help 4 times. They said they would call me back and never did so I called him again... He said he didn't have another one and would not refund the money. Had to buy another motor somewhere else. Will not buy from this buisness again. I'm out $650 for the motor plus installation X 2...

This company is horrible to work with! The customer service is awful, and they are not negotiable at all! I do NOT recommend anyone to do business with them, unless you have thousands of dollars to spend on storage fees!

Wish I would have read the reviews before we took my sons car there to junk. Both my son and mother said how horrible the customer service is and how rude they were. Would never recommend them for anything.
