With a lot of the experienced auto techs retiring, and not enough young folks stepping into those roles, it's getting harder to find a really good (and honest) repair shop for your vehicles. So if you happen to find one, you thank your lucky stars.I hit the jackpot with Cerra Auto Repair-- they inspected my 2010 Camry and got it running like new. They're not the cheapest -- if you're just looking for price and don't care as much about quality and integrity...then this might not be your place--- but their prices are significantly lower than going to a dealer, and the work is first rate.If you have an Asian built vehicle in need of work, make it a point to try Cerra. You won't regret it.

Brought my RAV4 in for a minor fix, but quickly diagnosed a whirring sound my car was making, that I did not even realize was a problem. Got it fixed with affordable parts, even got an extra part from the junkyard and replaced a totally fine part because it was lower mileage.They could have just saved that extra part for the next RAV4 that came in, but they went above and beyond.All the issues are resolved for a very fair price.Thank you!!!

My daughter is a student at Seton Hill and we live 6 hours away. When her car wouldn't start, we had it towed to Cerra. They diagnosed the problem (out of gas :D ) and only charged for the gas they put in to get it started. Being so far away and trying to navigate an auto repair remotely can be very stressful but the folks at Cerra Automotive were so helpful. I can't thank them enough!!

I recently bought a 2012 Rav 4 SUV from Cerras. The entire experience from start to finish was professional as well as personable. Joe made me feel like I was talking to a friend. I'm sure everyone feels like that when dealing with Joe. Thanks so much Joe/Cerras! Buy a vehicle from Cerras you will be satisfied.

I had called in on a Monday because of a sound in my husbands truck. I was able to get an appointment that same week. Turns out it was a lot more than we were expecting. The communication through out the entire repair was nothing but exceptional, including the breaking of bad news. Cerra went out of their way to find repair parts to get us up and running with in two days from us bringing it in. The truck ended up needing an alternator, a water pump, belt, and several other things. Their services were affordable, they are honest, and I can t recommend this business enough. Awesome people! They only do what is required and never overcharge for extras. My family and I have been using them for over a decade. They can quickly diagnose the problem and solve it, for cheaper than anywhere else and with higher quality work.

When you need auto repairs, bring your vehicle to Cerra Automotive. They operate under the true umbrella of excellent customer service. Their prices are fair and affordable and their service is expedient. When the other price quotes were double and triple what Cerra Automotive charged me, one can only assume that the other guys are, simply put, ripping you off! Do not get ripped off anymore and bring your vehicle to Cerra Automotive.I promise to everyone, you will become a regular customer just like me. In all my life, I have never known such fair and affordable automotive repair pricing. Furthermore, you will not meet more gracious and ethical people. I don't usually write reviews but when my car's engine light came on I tried everything I could think of. Took it to Cerras on a friends recommendation . Spoke to Michael and told him what was going on and he had it diagnosed and back to me in 3 days. They are the best and will not overcharge like most repair shops. Best in town. Excellent work, knowledgeable staff, and good prices. Without me even asking about it, one of their mechanics spotted and fixed an issue during an inspection that two other places couldn t figure out. More fairly priced than the mechanic I was utilizing in Latrobe previously. Mike is professional, genuine, & friendly & got the special parts I needed to repair my car & repaired it quickly (fast appointment time, fast turn around). Very efficient.After my experience I will be coming here from now on.

A friend told us about Cerra and we used Cerra for a few years while living in Greensburg, then moved to CA. Our daughter stayed behind, finished school in Erie and stayed with family when school was out. They took great care of her Toyota 4 Runner, until it rusted so bad, they said she shouldn t be driving it for safety reasons with the frame. We brought her our Lexus RX from CA and they have been taking care of it for the last 3 years. I trusted them with my daughter s car and safety while I live 2,500 miles away and I never worried about anything. I would call make maintenance and check-up appointments and they always treated her great, called me with issues that needed to be addressed and took care of them quickly. Plus, told me what could wait until next visit, they never tried to make an extra buck, I actually think they saved me money. They are like family now and I m going to miss their services, as our daughter has finished school and residency, and now is moving to CA.As added bonus, their rates for repairs are about half of what I ve paid for dealership service and I think they have been better.You can trust their entire team.LennyServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Cerra's is literally as good as it gets. They are very honest, have quality mechanics, quality parts, and charge a quality price. When you look for a place to have your car repaired there is literally no better place than Cerra Automotive. I've been going here for years. Originally went because I knew Sal one of the sons of the owners. However, I continue to go because of the excellent service, repairs, opinion, and honesty. I always recommend them and always will.

The place to take your car for honest, effective service in Greensburg.Cerra took a look at a series of issues I had with my Ford Sedan, found all of the core problems, and treated the ones I asked them to at very reasonable prices and in a short amount of time. Friendly, honest, timely. Good people.

Absolutely fantastic business. Top shelf craftsmanship, customer service and pricing. Fixed my faulty minivan for a fraction of the quoted price from the dealer. I would recommend them to anybody in need of car maintenance. What a pleasure!

I have been going to Cerra for yearsThey are always so accommodating. Everyone is so friendly, and they have taken care of my car since I drive 100 miles a day.They are the best. I would highly recommend them.

These people are the best. i went here for the first time and was very pleased. During my state inspection, they made the process quick and easy. They will not try to get you to buy something just because they are trying to make money. Very honest people to say the least.

If you go anywhere else with a vehicle they can work on, you're probably making a mistake. They know what they're doing, they'll take the time to help and explain what's going on and they are fair with their pricing. And they're a family run business that cares about their reputation. It's pretty hard to find a better option...

I absolutely distain finding automotive shops when I move to a new area, but I was recommended Cerra automotive through a friend and will definitely be coming back in the future if I have any more problems with my Honda.I took my car to another shop which overcharged, misdiagnosed and unplugged a sensor knowing it was bad and didn't feel like dealing with it. The people at Cerra automotive were polite, knowledgeable and fixed the previous shops mistake twice over. I highly recommend this place!

My sister bought a Camry from Sal (the owner) 10 years ago and had a great experience. I needed to replace my car this summer and shopped around in northern VA (where I live) for over a month. We found nothing but terrible cars and dishonest salesmen. My husband and I decided to drive up to Western PA to see if we would have more luck finding a used car in good shape. Cerra blew our expectations out of the water. Kathy (Sal s wife) talked with me on the phone before my husband and I drove up to look at cars. She explained exactly what they had in stock. We drove up on a Saturday and Kathy spent several hours with us test driving and talking about our options. We bought a 2010 Rav 4 that day and could not have been any happier. This family business not only knows what they are doing with Toyotas, but they have a lot of integrity. Purchasing from Cerra automotive was well worth the drive to PA. When it is time to replace my husband s car, we will be back.

Sal Cerra and his family are honest and trustworthy. They find you the best solution for the money possible. They specialize in Toyota but will service any car. I highly recommend them.
