Calogero Ponterio made our purchase of a BMW X3 this past week efficient and enjoyable. As we were out of state buyers, he facilitated an outside inspection and arranged for a kind and engaging driver (shout out to Matt) to pick me up from the airport. Every part of the transaction was well orchestrated and painless-from the bag of snacks that the delightful receptionist gave us for the drive home to the quick signing of the documents to complete the purchase. We were impressed and wouldn t hesitate to buy from Bud Snail and Calogero again. Thank you for a great experience!

I bought my Mercedes 250 GLA from Scott Stinson, and his team. I live in Pittsburgh Proper, but still drove to Greensburg for this dealership and this car. I m a prior Mercedes owner, single mother, discerning where I spend my $$. Respect to the dealership. Only criticism, no women sales persons.

My vehicle is always taken back for service promptly, which is important when you plan to wait for it. And while you re waiting, the entire staff is so friendly, and the facility is spotless. After my routine service was completed, they detailed my vehicle to where it looked better than it did the day I bought it.

Needed four new tires; bought them through Mike Griffith in service. He is terrific and very attentive. Tires were not inexpensive, but the support was worth it. (Five days later hit a pothole and blew out one of the brand new tires! Because I got them from the dealer, there was a protection plan that paid for 75% of the replacement.)

Tyler Sciarrino was WONDERFUL! He was so friendly from the get go. Our interactions started via phone and he was great, super informative, and was willing to send me pictures of a car before it was even officially listed on the lot. Our experience at the dealership was absolutely fantastic. He treated my partner and I with respect and professionalism. He was a pleasure to speak with. It felt like speaking with a friend we hadn't seen in a while, which I really appreciated. You don't find that very often. When questioned about pricing and the financial break down, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the the paperwork and make sure we understood everything before moving on with the rest of the sale. He wasn't pushy about trying to make the sale and let us have time to talk. He has an amazing energetic personality that made the car buying experience easy and fun. 10/10 would definitely recommend

I brought my car in instead of using the complimentary pick up service due to my schedule needs. Check in was a breeze, great selection of beverages, and multiple seating options while I waited. I chose the high top table to log in and work while waiting. The mid- appointment update was helpful and the meeting with the mechanic post service was informative. I was not surprised by the car wash, but the interior detail blew my mind!!!!

My experience with Bud Smail Mercedes was very professional and the closing was efficient. My sales rep Scott Stinson was helpful and courteous throughout the process. We drove in from 3 hrs away and Scott was there to greet us at the door when we arrived. The vehicle was in excellent condition. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this dealership again.

Scott Stinson was absolutely amazing throughout my entire car buying process at Smail. Scott was patient with me throughout the entire buying process and I never felt pressured. Scott went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was perfect before pick up and kept me apprised of the status of the purchase at each step. I would recommend Scott for all of your vehicle purchases!

It was an absolute pleasure working with the entire sales team at Bud Smail Motorcars Mercedes-Benz in Greensburg, PA. Scott Stinson was our incredible salesman. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and he kept us updated throughout the entire building process of our new GLE350. Scott notified us promptly of the vehicles delivery and sent us several photos of the car and he had most of our paperwork prepared prior to our arrival and even went as far as to notify our insurance company of the new vehicle information. First class all of the way.Once the paperwork was complete, Caryson explained all of the new Mercedes-Benz tech to us thoroughly and demonstrated how all of the new features worked. He was also extremely knowledgeable and offered to answer our questions anytime.I highly recommend Bud Smail Motorcars.

Best car buying experience I ever had. I've purchased plenty of cars but never had such a smooth experience getting one. The salesman C made it fast and simple to get what I wanted and get on the road. 11 out of 10 for this dealership and how C handled everything.

I recently had my SUV serviced and inspected at Smail Mercedes. I was given a courtesy car that was delivered to my house, my SUV was picked up, serviced that day, and delivered to me that evening. The service staff called me to discuss my questions and concerns before the service began. My car was returned sparkling clean and running more smoothly when I received it. This is the second car that I have purchased and had serviced with Smail in Greensburg.

I called the dealership because they had a specific car we were looking for; AMG E53 all black. My call was directed to Paul Sarp. Paul was fantastic. He answered all our questions, great follow through on all open items, very professional, no high pressure sales tactics, very accommodating to us being 5.5 hours away from the dealership. We arrived on the morning of Jan. 29 and Paul was at the front door to great us. Paul completed a lot of syncing of technology prior to us arriving at the dealership. The car was in the showroom having been detailed and ready for the test drive. Test drive, paperwork and instructions on the car were complete in 2.5 hours. Brian Witt made the paperwork easy to go through. Carsyn Sciarrino was so helpful on explaining key functions of the car. Bottom line, the BEST car buying experience in our life. A GREAT dealership; they were worth the 5.5 hour ride. Rating: 10/10.

Beware!!Charged an electronic title fee and gave a pink slip (processed non electronically).They might be competitive on new car pricing but when your sitting there signing all the papers you see for the first time the astronomical fee s and get pressured into buying a warranty. I told the guy 4 times I do not want to buy anything more than the car and he told me im required to offer all these to you , he kept going over the different products, it was very disrespectful.If youre a smart buyer ask for the final total with the fee s and then compare those fee s to other dealerships

I just bought my first Mercedes-Bentz from here and my experience was wonderful! My dealer Calogero was extremely attentive and thoughtful through the entire process and I would 110% recommend to anyone purchasing a new vehicle, especially a Mercedes!

The first thing was sales person never mentioned about the $150 active fee for remote start each year When we were going over the features by Tec he stated about the fee. To me this was import because we park our cars outside.I was shocked when I was told it is a anual fee. Going into the sales part this should have been told. I came to agreement on price in the afternoon and told salesmen I would get car in the evening. When I arrived in the evening I was told the finance numbers were wrong after we already agreed on price. I was asked to pay more than what we agreed on.. The finance person did keep price the same as I was upset. You should remind sales people to give the customer all information at time of sale.

Car purchase was smooth and painless. We had made multiple visits and gone on multiple test drives with several different vehicles before finally deciding on the car we wanted. Colagero was patient and had all our questions answered and ensured car was ready to go when we arrived for pickup. Would definitely buy from him again.

I was dealing with Scott Stinson at the Smail Mercedes dealership. Very courteous. Took his time with me while I was making my purchase decision. Instead of making me wait another day or two to come back, he stayed past closing to finish out my purchase of a BMW M340i. Props to Brian, the finance manger as well for sticking around to finish my paperwork! If you re in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, stop and see them!! Note: they can help you with any car, from any of the Smail dealerships.Mention that I sent you to see him.

My experience was exceptional. Tyler was my sales person and showed patience and gave me the time to look at all my options. I was looking at many different manufacturers and features and Tyler really knows his features, etc. He ended up showing me a car that I did not even have in my list of options to look at that was the perfect fit for me. I will be looking for Tyler next car we need.

I have had nothing but positive customer experiences with the staff of Bud Smail Auto. Two gentlemen came to pick up my car and returned it to my home. I sincerely appreciate this level of service. The car was repaired correctly and was returned clean. Mike, the service manager, kept me apprised of progress and a timeline for completion of the repair. Would highly recommend.

I cannot Even begin to say how pleased my husband and I are! We went to see Scott S on a Saturday morning and we re beyond elated with our entire experience from walking into the dealership to leaving with the keys to a beautiful and very much needed car! Scott was an amazing salesman and went above and beyond to make sure that we got a great deal and drove away pleased! I can t thank him enough, from dealing with our very specific checklist to working with the finance team to keeping us entertained with conversation through the entire experience I can t say enough. Honestly. If you re headed to the dealership Scott Stinson is the guy to see! We will be back when it s time to trade in our suv! And he even made sure to check in with BOTH my husband and myself when the new week started to make sure we are still just as happy as we were when we left. I really can t say enough- Scott s the guy to see. Hands down
