My wife and I went to pick up a new headlight bulb for my daughter's car. We were quickly greeted by Morgan who was able to get us what we needed. She offered to help replace them, but we had driven our other car to the store. Morgan offered for us to come back the next day if we needed help. Well...24 hours later, we went back to get a key battery and to see if she could help. Without hesitation, Morgan gathered up a few tools and had both bulbs replaced quickly ( a lot quicker than I ever could have). Not only did she do this, but she also provided some helpful tips on the overall maintenance. Because of Morgan, we will forever only go to AutoZone for our parts.

I went in for bulbs for my Chevy Colorado. The gentleman gruffly told me they were only available from the dealer. I looked up the model number on my phone on the AutoZone website and they were in stock. He interrupted me asking for them and told me I had to go to the dealer the Advanced Auto across the street confirmed the bulb and had me checked out in less than 5 minutes.

Thanks to Morgan for great service! I had an almost dead battery that required jump starting and Morgan saved the day with figuring out the problem and installing a new battery. Thanks Morgan!

I was just at this AutoZone and a manager named Austin helped me tremendously with putting in a new battery and terminal. I would highly recommend this place for all your auto parts needs.

If I could give more stars, I would. I normally don't leave reviews, but this one was well deserved. The store manager there, Morgan, is above and beyond. Like way beyond helpful and knowledgeable. When helping me with one of my many car issues, she told me I could get the part I needed from the competitor across the street for less. And while that was very courteous of her, I value honesty above all else. Which is why I'll keep my business there!

I have been here so many times, the store is clean and organized but the service is a whole other story. Been given the wrong part more times than I can count and had to make a return trip. One guy (worker)in a very bad mood yelling at MANAGERS, they seem to almost never be able to answer your questions or help you. I have since tried to avoid unless it's necessary to go here. You just feel so uncomfortable shopping here with the employees and their attitudes here.

I was just there May 16 to get some windshield wipers on and there was a man there. His name was John very nice and a younger boy there as well around 1230. They were both just so kind and pleasant and nice every place should be like that. Just wanted to let you know.

Just had our first visit to AutoZone and the manager Megan was super nice and helpful. After working in retail for over 40 years , it is so nice to see someone who is pleasant and helpful . Thank you !

Big shout out to Morgan and Shawn for helping me today. They offered to install my headlights, something I'm sure they will never do again. But they were great and worked in the cold to get my headlights fixed. Thank you so much!!

My car broke down in the Autozone parking lot and Casey and Morgan were so helpful!! They were extremely kind and provided great customer service and advice. Super attentive and continued to check in on me while I waited for a tow truck.

I had the best experience again !!!! Morgan is awesome, not only did she remeber my car/me.. she rocked again!!! with Andy they did a kicken job on my tail light for my reverse light (thanks helpers) and she made sure my car battery etc.. was ready for winter! GREAT team thank you !!! GREAT experience!!!

The staff was very helpful. Store was clean. Even watch a employee go outside with a new battery and help someone change their old battery. Only gave it four stars because I needed my check engine light read. The employee handed me the computer reader. Told me to go ahead and do it. I never did before so that was a challenge. The other thing was if I was a theft. Nothing would have stop me from driving off with computer reader.

Greensburg Auto Zone has such amazing customer service. I needed a spray to help get rusted bolts loosened from license plate. Toyota put these on, however wanted to charge me $79 to get them off. Morgan and Shawn went above and beyond and helped me remove my old plate and replace my new one. I d give 10 stars if I could. Thanks for being so amazing and kind

i had a flat tire and thank god i was right by auto zone. they helped me very quickly and it was cold. very nice people i highly recommend them. trustworthy as well and told me where to go as well :)

Got my battery changed in 6 minutes. Great guys. O'Reilly told me the battery was fine, it died 4 times. Came here they told me center cell death (like I thought) and they changed it out quick. Military discount and great customer service has me leaving a happy camper way to go Maurice

This is the best part store in the city I went here and the staff were amazing very helpful and very concerned about the problem that I had when I walked on to the store the staff are very fast and friendly the manager was awesome Morgan was very helpful and nice I would definitely be goin here from now on to get what I need for my vehicle even if I have to wait to get parts ordered very recommended

I stopped into the autozone in greensburg and I actually expected to have a lil attitude from the world there because I wasn't sure if what the name of the part was i needed instead I received great customer service top quality actually and I was happy with the niceness of everyone there I left with a smile on my face and the part I needed thanks autozone team ur great

Employees are very helpful. Ordered replacement headlights and fog lights for my Jeep. Employee was helpful in telling me which would give brighter lighting without melting headlight cover. Plus he told me I had rewards money I'd forgotten about. So he saved me money. I'll keep going there.

Man I had the best experience at the autozone in greensburg I'm from Pittsburg and I so happen to be in greensburg and needed a part I stop by autozone and I had the best experience I have had at any other autozone store again I love on Pittsburgh and I will travel to greensburg to autozone to get anything I need before I go back to the Pittsburg store

Over all, happy with my visit, staff was courteous , store was clean, but...checked the ad for oil change deals, looked up the filter numbers, get to the checkout, and the deal was for an XL filter, not the regular like the ad said. So have to go searching for the updated filter , and that just annoys me! At that point, the employee should have went and got it, since it was their mistake anyways.

I went to purchase a battery with a MasterCard gift card for $100 and the system received the value for check out. However the equipment failed and the funds could not be recovered. Was told to return to the store and try again once a credit was to be put back on the gift card. After Returning to the store the clerk gave me back the card with value $100 and did not charge me for the battery. I will be back to spend the $100 and then some. Earned my business !!!Thank you for all your help.

Came in because my battery light came on . My battery had a warranty that I didn t know of . Instead of charging me for a new battery they gave me the warranty for one . Cameron cleaned everything up . Moe the manager went above and beyond . I might need an alternator but today I m blessed .Thank you so much .
