I have had work done on my car before and the service and customer service was amazing!! I called today to price tires. And the customer service was horrible. I was told these are new owners. Smh they should have never changed if they did. I will take my money elsewhere with better customer service!!!

I brought in wheels and tires for mounting and balance and I'm happy with the results. Toyo R888R that I purchased online - pricing to get all 4 mounted an balanced was about $50 less expensive than the OTHER, larger, well-known auto shop. Will definitely come again!

Best alignment I've had. Had them add a 2 inch lift block and wheels and tires.

Kyle and Seth...didn't get the other guys name...younger boy...BUT AWESOME!!!! Can't say enough about their willingness to help me and get tires on my car, the same day I call...I will be a repeat customer!!! Thanks guys

The guys working there or absolutely awesome. They do anything and everything they can to help you and a very courteous. I've been going there for many many years now and I will continue do you see these guys for all my maintenance on my vehicles. I would give them all 10 Stars, from the receptionist to all the mechanics. Very reasonable on everything they do and I do you think they're more for what they do I appreciate it

Nice service , close to home. I was able to book my appointment for an inspection with oil change online. For me that is a good selling point. They got back to me in a timely fashion to confirm my appointment.The waiting room was a bit small, but it did have a fair number of chairs. The owner was nice and made small talk with everyone who was there. The guys had us in and out in about 40 minutes or less.I don't really consider it a 'con' , but the office could use a good update and rearranging. It was easy to get in and out of, and I left with all the change in my cupholder. I would recommend to family and friends.

Great place, honest and very helpful. We were 4 hours from home when our car broke down. Lucky for us, we fund Victory lane nearby with good customer ratings. They order the part( complex repair that needs two hours labor), fixed the car all in one day, so we can get on our way home that day. They repaired it right and the cost of the repair is also very reasonable. Thanks again for the help and hope this business continue to prosper.

Highly recommended place to purchase and install tires. I replaced tires on all 3 vehicles this year. By the 3rd vehicle, I stopped calling around because I knew Victory Lane easily had the best price. I specified the exact tires I wanted, they gave me an installed price including taxes, ordered them, received them, and installed them all on the same day for my last vehicle (the other 2 were next day delivery and install). Everyone seems nice, 'down home' and honest.

They were incredible. I got a flat tire while I was driving back home, about 3 hours into a 15 hour drive. They got me a new tire to replace the damaged one and checked the rest of make sure everything was good. I was back on the road in about 30 minutes. Everyone was super helpful and professional. It sucks that I got a flat tire but I m glad it happened near these guys.

I had an appointment today to get my honda pilot an all wheel alignment, tires rotated and oil change. The owner asked me some questions about how the car was handling to see if I needed the alignment. His advice was I didn't need to have that done which saved me over $100.00. I appreciate his honesty and I will continue to take my cars to him.

Went here to have a flat repaired. Couldn't be repaired because the leak was in the sidewall. They put on a used tire and got me back on the road for less than $50.00.

There's a lot to be said for going with the "little guy" when you need things like tires. I bought a set of tires and had the wheels aligned by the people at Victory Lane yesterday and I'm really glad I did. Excellent customer service, they knew exactly what they were doing, and they clearly took pride in doing it right the first time. I've bought tires at big box stores before because a lower initial price made me think I was getting a better deal. The installation services at those stores most often left me feeling like I'd just been had with all their added-on "extras". Plus, I always had to wonder if the job was really done right when one tire would start leaking for no explainable reason and had to be brought back to be fixed. Didn't get any of that here. One price bought the tires, mounted, balanced and with new valve stems - done. Comparing the two, Victory Lane even had the lower price! The work was done by a professional who clearly took pride in his work and even took a moment to explain to me exactly how everything turned out and what he'd done to make that happen. I'm sold with these guys. A+ experience!

They are open on Saturdays, works with you, not a long wait and I ordered tires Friday afternoon, was able to get them on Monday and installed in about half hour. Def recommend using them! Also, oil change is $35. Great price.

Needed to get a state inspection. Called and was given an appointment nearly on demand. Arrived for appointment and was promptly greeted. Inspection took less than 20 minutes. Very convenient. Open until 7pm Monday through Friday and until 6pm on Saturday. Will return in the future for inspections, oil changes and other services. Would recommend to family and friends.

Awesome! We were passing through on our way home to FL & arrived here with a horrible grinding noise. It took about three minutes to diagnose the problem. They squeezed us into their schedule & we are back on the road! All under 3 hours! Very nice staff. Thank you so so much.

Went here for an alignment after I changed my struts. Scheduled an appointment, came ten minutes early, had no wait, got me done in about 40 minutes. The guy working on my car told me my passenger rear tire's toe was a hundredth of a degree off, and it wasn't a big deal at all, but if I wanted it fixed, it would be an extra $30-$40. I said no, but it was nice of him to let me know and offer.I also saw some guys come in that needed a new tire immediately because they were on a car trip and had four hours to drive still. They were driving on their donut. A guy there changed there tire and had them on their way in probably less than 20 minutes.I do most of my car work myself, but some things I can't do because of the lack of the proper equipment. I would come here again.

Fast! Got me done quickly and without an appointment for a PA state inspection. Passed the vehicle and let me know I should have my rear brakes replaced before next year's inspection. I'll be coming back to them next year.

They have great pricing and they do great work and I will not go to another place in greencastle for tires,balancing and alignments. The employees were helpful and friendly. Last but not least, they don't charge you for disposal or other little things that other places do.

The only place I take my car. If they cant do the job, they will direct to a place that can. Owners are very nice and reasonable. I will always take my business to them as long as they are open and I am still living in the area.

I bought a car off them and it was pouring coolant by the time I got home and through 5 codes for misfires the misfires weren t a big deal needs plugs and coils but the motor was blown up! It had tape holding coolant leaks in place around the engine! I took it to a mechanic to get looked at apprently the one frame rail was crippled as well as the car being completely shot!

What wonderful, hardworking people! On our way north from SC, we had two blowouts on our 5th wheel. We needed 2 more tires! After searching for tires from Petersburg, VA to Hagerstown, MD, we were finally able to find tires here. They took us around to the back of the shop and went right to work. They had us back on the road in less than an hour.

I had a tire blow out on rt81 didn't want to drive 5 hrs on the undersized spare. I stumbled into this tire shop, they set me up with a new tire quickly with great customer service.
