Poor bad experience. I arrived at 6 a.m. for a drive tire and they said they will call me and they had a trailer in the shop I saw that had a damage rim. I waited until 9 am to see how we are looking and they said the guys in the shop would call me. And then 11:30 came and I check with one of the tech in the shop and he told me they were short handed and it would be a while so I called and they said come on over we are slow so I did and they had me in and out

Truck service is zero experience, they don't even talk to you respectful. They take my truck after 5min they told me " we can't do it here" and they charge me $75.

I stopped here to see about having a slow leak in my front tire patched(it's a dually, hotshot). The technician whom I asked first told me $45 or $50, he thinks, and to ask the service desk to be sure. Between the clerk's conversations I was told that it's "usually about $70"...no checking the computer, just threw out a number. I don't know which number is correct, but both are highway robbery--Walmart did it for FIFTEEN.It's only a matter of time before someone comes along and does for truck stops what Planet Fitness did for gyms and Uber/Lyft for taxis--either force these price gouging, antiquated, mostly outdated facilities to get with the times or close their doors for good...a win for truckers either way.

I had to get a trailer tire today. It took about an hour to get in the shop but with the machine to remove the tire from the rim it was done in a couple of minutes. It took longer to pay the bill than it did to replace it. All tire shops should have that machine.

If you have any issue about your truck ,never come to this location otherwise you'll need to wait a few days . It's been 9 hours and they haven't change my oil yet.

Waiting over five and a half hours to get a tire changed. I blew a tire and turned around and drove 10 miles back. I should have dragged it to Carlisle because there are three other truck stops. Nobody wants to work anymore. Don't come here.

Checked in around 2 pm Saturday, got in around 10 pm. Techs figured out right away what's wrong with my truck. Still had to wait till next day for the parts to be ordered from Freightliner on Sunday !!Since the only Freightliner dealer open on Sunday was not responding by noon, a tech volunteered to take a second look. Thankfully, he fixed my problems without any need for parts. Thank you

If you have Verizon service you will have 1 bar lte consistently while here possibly leading to tech never calling you in. Got on the list for a six and a half hour wait it is now hour 9 and nothing and I have to head out, so thats too bad for me luckily it is not a tire or something dire. I didn't see anyone smoking outside like other reviews, but I see 4 bays and only one of them being used. The tech at the counter inside was nice.

Well I read some comments about the shop.... ok my case is veryyyyy different I called them for about what time they can receive my truck... he's said today at 1 pm...so I went there to replace the alternator and they made it very good job even better than I expected and technician explained me everything well... they replaced the part and very good job in few hours... thanks is about 8 days now since they worked in my truck and no any problems

Normally they are great! Today with a scheduled appointment at 8:30am , I would not be seen until 10am or later due to night shift didn't show up. Had to leave for another tire shop.

Had a tire replaced, they got it done for me in a timely manner. Very busy truck stop. CB shop, and truck wash nearby. Diner has good food at a reasonable price. Overall a good place to stop.

Mechanics have no idea what their doing. Couldn't get out of there quick enough. Don't risk damage to your truck

As usual,driveways are clogged with drivers too lazy to park sleeping along the curb, fuel island is a joke, and the shop is worse.

Find another place. Been here for 5 hours. Told they will put me in line with other. During that 5 hours not one single truck was in the shop and mechanics outside smoking the whole time.

It wasn't the tech but his someone who was training or over him was nasty smoking vape and not practicing social distance. Ignorance

Usually pretty busy unless you get in early in the morning, but great friendly staff and mechanics did a really good job on my trailer.

Checked in at 1pm today to get a simlpe ac fix leaking line and a recharge they tell me 8 pm come back in at 8pm and they tell me they cant get me in tonight at all don't waste your time here what a joke I should have went to a reputable place
