Phone conversation with staff was very helpful. Person was very knowledgeable on the question I had referencing Mazda 3, Bose stereo amp. I would highly recommend this buisiness for car stereo needs.

In 2015, I brought my wife's Geo to them because it stopped running. The owner, Dave, assured me that they'd get it running and "save me money" doing so. After a week or two in their shop, they hadn't gotten the motor to fire and told me I owed something like 400.00 for "repairs" that were supposedly done. By their own words, they threw parts on the car that were never needed by guessing what it might of needed (fuel pump was among the handful of things thrown at it). When I refused to pay anything, they refused to give me the car and I had to call the police to get the keys. Literally pulled it across the street with a chain to ELM garage and within a day, they figured out all was needed was a fuel regulator fuse! Prior to this, I'd had good dealings with this shop and over the years had spent well north of 10 grand on their service and merchandise. To this day, the owner, Dave Shockey,swears they did nothing wrong! Be wary of any "good deals" that they promise.

Did a beautiful job on my service.... Their customer service leaves alot to be desired. When I called in, was treated VERY rudely. Whoever answered the phone clearly didn't have time or patience to deal with customers. Come on guys, it's Christmas! A little patience and understanding with a simple phone call question shouldn't leave a customer basically being called a child and feeling stupid. But judging by other reviews, this is standard practice at this business.

Just had these guys install a bluetooth interface so that I can stream music and calls through my factory audio system.Flawless installation; they went the extra mile to install the new microphone up in to the ceiling, even though it was a lot more work. Looks and works great.They got me in the same day when other shops were going to make me wait between 2-8 weeks.I could not be happier. I will absolutely be using these guys again!

This is the best body shop. I car was perfectly done and cleaned in and out. Better than when we bought the car. They deserve 10stars in our books.

My experience at Blazin Auto was very enjoyable. The owner was very nice and my car was ready at the allotted time that was told to me. There was a problem with my remote starter, but when I took it in it was fixed with no problems. It has not show me any problems since and I am very happy with it. I will definitely be going there for my future car audio!

Very unprofessional, customer service was a joke. They do not know how to install back up cameras. Waste of money quoted for a certain price. Then they want to charge extra money at pickup time. Look into a different place to get a professional job done.

Dave and the guys do amazing work on my car and got it all finished in one day. They fixed the noises, installed a new camera, new steering wheel controls and they did it all for less than $200 parts and all. Very professional very down-to-earth, I would recommend this to anyone looking to get work done on their car's stereo or other internal components

Service was on point. They also managed to come in under the quoted value for my audio setup. The owner is very nice and always takes the time to talk to his customers one on one regardless of how busy he is. I would definitely recommend Blazin Auto to anyone in the tri-state area looking for a new audio setup in their vehicle.

If you are looking for customer service after the sale, do NOT go to this establishment. My battery was drained during installation of a remote starter and my request for assistance was greeted with contempt. The sales staff offered no instructions on the system installed and when asked, I was directed to the manual from the product box. If it wasn't so maddening, it would have been actually comical.

Excellent service. Was recommended by Keystone Ford for after market installs of cruise control and back up cameras installed on 2 companies vans. Workers stayed late to have the second van complete in less than 24 hours. Will definitely be returning for future up fitting needs on company vehicles.

We took our car here and they put a new ceiling in. That wasn't too bad, not quite a good as we were hoping, but ok. The reason I give them one star? Apparently they were trying to do some buffing........... now our black bumper has huge white splotches on it and the hood looks all scratched up. It looks terrible. Unbelievable. I wish I could add pictures. Never going there again. They really should paint our whole car for nothing.

This shop is a complete joke! I made an appointment to get a few parts installed. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and was told by the guy in the showroom that my car would be done by Monday. Monday comes and goes. Late Tuesday afternoon comes, so I call them to check on the progress. I was told that 2 of the 3 parts were installed. They also told me that the 3rd part, being a different install than they were used to, was taking a little more time than they expected. I was then informed that my car would be done the next day (Wednesday). Wednesday comes and I hear nothing. Thursday rolls around so I call them and ask what's going on. I spoke with the owner of the shop and he informs me that the guy who was working on my car never showed up, never called or anything. He then tells me he's not really sure what's going on and why he wasn't there that day. The owner informs me that he will try to get a hold of his guy and find out the progress on my car. A few hours roll by and finally the shop owner calls me back to inform me that his worker had been at a party the night before and couldn't make it to work. Then, he tells me he only had finished 1 of the 3 parts I had asked to be installed, which goes to show that I was lied to by the salesman in the showroom. I inform the owner that I am really displeased with the entire ordeal and the way that Blazin' Auto has been handling everything. I inform him that they have had my car for almost a week for 3 small part installs, and that I found that completely unacceptable. The shop owner then tells me that he will get someone else working on my car and get it back to me, The end of the day comes (Thursday) and I don't get a call back. Friday comes and I finally get a call late telling me my car is ready. I talk to the shop owner some more and inform him that they had ordered the wrong part and that his salesmen is a liar when he said they didn't make the part I had asked for. I inform him that I had hopped on their vendor's website and found the part that I had ordered. The shop owner tells me he's sorry and he will get it ordered so we can just swap them out when the correct part shows up. I show up at the shop to pick up my car and they show me their "work." They pop my car hood and there are metal shavings all over my engine and bay. I never got a call for them to fix the wrong part installed. I also HAD TO FINISH a part install myself that they didn't do correctly. They also never found an oil leak I had asked them to check out.To sum it all up: This place is nothing but a JOKE. EVERY single person that works there is lazy. The work is all half-assed. Both the salesmen and owner are nothing but liars, which explains why the salesmen still have jobs. Poor communication. I can't believe this place is still in business.

STAY AWAY!!!! They have no idea what they are doing, VERY unprofessional. Ryan is a jerk, a fast talker, like a used car salesman, so BEWARE. Took my truck in to get remote starter check and they said it needed a different modular, so okay, took them 2 hours to put a different one in, come on now, a snail could have done it faster. So I get my truck back, it starts with the remote but my check engine light is on and the service 4 wheel drive message. I go back in, Ryan just blows me off. I take to my mechanic, here when you start it with the remote all the lights in the dash come on and stay on until you put the key in the ignition then they all go out except the engine light and the 4 wheel drive message, but to top it all off the transmission will not shift. They ran more wiring, which they didn't need to do, only change the modular. My mechanic talked to Ryan and he gave my mechanic a bunch of BS. There should be a negative star. So I am warning you STAY AWAY!!!!

It s crazy how petty and butt hurt people can be.. Ryan is Top Notch in the industry, one of the coolest people you could ever deal with , along with Blazzin itself. Just because your junk had problems to begin with doesn t mean you should place the blame elsewhere. Compared to any of the other RipOff s in the Tri-state area, this place is Unsurpassed. Price wise and service wise. Great products for a Fair price.

Originally, I brought my car to Best Buy, a 2013 Civic I use to commute to D.C., daily. I bought an amp and four speakers to upgrade my system and mentioned more than once I'd possibly come back for a subwoofer. Due to my ignorance with amps, I learned a week later when I called the Best Buy installer that my amp couldn't support a sub and when I asked if there was any way I could add a sub, the installer said no. I was bothered that the salesman didn't pick this up. After chatting with a buddy at work that told me it is possible, I called Dave at Blazin Auto. Simply put by Dave, a dishwasher salesman sold me the audio equipment. I went in the next morning and talked with a guy that was a straight talker, with an awesome story about how he got into the business, which only happens in America. The sub was installed the same day including a knob in front I can vary the bass level with for those long days on 270 stuck in traffic. All in all, Dave and his awesome team of installers made my commute better. I tell everyone now about Blazin.

The Team at Blazin Auto is bar none the best in the tristate region. David has assembled an amazing team. My GMC has never sounded so good. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. If you want a semi quality team working on your car truck or suv call Blazin.

we drove all the way from Virginia 4 hours to Pennsylvania to get car led stripe installing at 11a appointment but they didn t get it done we stayed there for three hours for nothing & left

I come all the way from Harrisburg to have all my systems installed and yet I had to have another shop do it rite and the sad thing is the customer service was horrible I wouldn't go back in this life time or the next
