I ve been going to Antrim Way Honda for a little over a year now after moving to PA. They ve done a very good job with my Honda and are always pleasant. I like the website and the fact that I can make an appointment without having to call. Wait time is about average. If you have a Honda, take it to Antrim!

Since buying my Honda Odyssey, I have always used the Service Dept at Antrim Way Honda. While the convenience of being closer to me is a factor, the very nice and very considerate people who provide excellent service make Antrim Way my choice. I highly recommend Antrim Way for keeping your Honda running for miles and miles. P.S.: When I'm ready to buy another Honda, I will be going to Antrim Way Honda for that too.

I recently brought my car into the dealership for the auto butler as well as having my phone charger reset. The work was done quickly and I was kept informed of the progress. Jeremiah, set up the appointment and checked me in. I had a great experience at Antrim Honda.

Honestly not my favorite dealership. The service department though, perfect. Welcoming, understanding, excellent communication making sure everything is understood. I was blown away by the hospitality and care.

Antrim Way Honda is always efficient with work done. Usually, work is completed ahead of estimated time frame. Employees in collision, service, and billing departments as well as receptionist always friendly and helpful with questions and concerns. Car always looks brand new when picking up vehicle,

My Honda Pilot went in for a recall fix. I was welcomed and was taken care of right away. Great service! They had a beautiful waiting area, very comfortable. I actually wished the service took longer so I could enjoy the waiting area more! :-)

I have purchased a lot of New Cars in my life time and, this Service Department is the best one I have ever come in contact with. The Service Department always sends me a text when, I am scheduled for service and is very courteous and efficient from the time I arrive and until I leave, plus wash my car. Needless to say, I'm very happy with this Service Department .

The service tech were polite and welcoming. The waiting area was comfortable. I was surprised on the labor charge that was 1 1/2 hours that seemed higher than normal. I m still pleased with the vehicle and the service that was performed.

Antrim service went out of their way to solve a disturbing problem with the lock mechanism in my Civic. After my regular service had been completed they went further in the process to diagnose the situation with my metal key in the fob not working (Auto body shop where I live previously fixed door panel and incorrectly replaced lock mechanism and metal key would not unlock the car). Service technicians, Service and Antrim collision business next door worked together as a team to solve my problem. Thanks.

The waiting room was large and very comfortable. I was surprised by the full Cafe inside. The service was performed swiftly and I was pleasantly surprised that my car was washed too.
