Matt was awesome. He helped us when I needed a new tire last minute. He Ordered it and got in the shop right away. He Changed my tire with no issue and was super helpful whenever I called with a question. Also he was super flexible and patient. Friendly and cares about his customers. Highly recommend - ask for Matt!

Dave and Rob are amazing customer service experts they had me in and out within 10 minutes. I barely walked in the door before I was welcomed and my flat tire being inspected, on a Sunday afternoon they treated me with respect and quick service I would recommend Dave and Rob at this mavis to anyone!

This place is fast and reliable. I took my car thinking that I needed to completely change my back right tire even though it is new. The tech found that there was a nail in the tire. He saved me a lot of money. I recommend Mavis for all your tires and alignment needs.

I ordered my tires from Amazon and had them installed through Mavis Tire Discount Glenolden.The staff and crew are amazing on point they're very professional.Kudos to Matt, the store manager for doing a great job.I will highly recommend this store to my friends and families.Update: September 10, 2022Matt is Superman!Took my Tesla to fix the shimmy on my new tires. Matt pulled out all the stops to get this fixed.As you could see he's working very very hard.

I thought I needed new brakes. The tech found the real issue was the tires. The brakes were fine. They were super helpful and friendly. Even when walks in came when they were busy. They found the time to help them out in between appointments.

The staff was very nice. I had 4 Goodyear Assurance All Season tires put on. The job took about 2 hours to complete. The total was $700 (parts, labor, and tax)

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. The shop was completely booked that day but the awesome store manager was generous enough to squeeze me in last minute after learning that I am a delivery driver that just finished my shift riding on my spare. Even though the shop was working on a few big jobs, they were still able to get me in and out in no time. Great prices, and an amazing team!

I visited their establishment today after being denied service at another one of their service locations, even though the issue I had was caused by that other location. Upon arrival, I was greeted by their service manager, Matt, who displayed exceptional professionalism. He took care of my situation efficiently and without any complications.

I highly recommend coming here for car problems. The service was fast and efficient. The staff is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and super friendly. I ve been to other Mavis locations before and this location blows all the other ones out of the water with service and care.

This was my first time at Mavis. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. The customer service was at a level I assumed was long gone. I m in my 60s, widowed and on a fixed income. So many times I feel like a target when I walk into any place to get auto work done. Not this time! The tire was truly discounted, installed quickly, and the customer service rep was pleasant and respectful. I will absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you!

Whenever I take my car to Mavis and speak with Matt at Glenolden, he always be straight forward with me about my car. I never have an issues that's out of my control. Matt always inform me if it's something that needs to be done right away or if it can wait a lil while. Matt has really good customer service and that mean a whole lot to me.

This is always my go-to for tires/brakes. They just fixed my flat this morning. I had to order a new tire, and because I purchased my tires there previously, they honored the warranty for the new tires no questions asked. Matt, the manager, is always great with explaining everything. I don't write reviews often, but I've been there several times with no problems and great service, so it's overdue.

This Mavis went out of their way to repair what the Mavis #2371 located on Woodhaven Rd in Phila. The manager of this Glenolden location should be commended for immediately and without hesitation offering to repair the OTHER Mavis destruction of my wheel stud. While I went against my better judgment of using a chain-tire store at Woodhaven- THIS MAVIS LOCATION IS NOT AN ORDINARY DIRTY, SCAMMER CHAIN STORE! I was confident in the quality of rheir repair, the care for my car and the outstanding customer service provided. Thank you guys.

Service technicians at this site have always provided excellent customer service for my wife and I. We have been getting our cars serviced here for over a year now, and have never been disappointed. Liars and thieves. I brought my car there and they said I needed brakes all around and rotors. I did not let them work on my car. I brought it somewhere else the next day. All I need was front breaks to pass inspection a bunch of liars and a bunch of thieves.

Piece of debri flattened my tire instantly. Brian was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had the problem fixed within a few hours and had me back on the road. I would highly recommend going to Mavis for any of your car needs!

I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I encountered at Mavis over the weekend at the Glenolden, PA location. On 9/30/23, I arrived at Mavis for a vehicle inspection, whereupon I was advised to replace three tires, brakes,rotors, and shocks. However, I chose to proceed only with the replacement of the tires, brakes, and rotors, deferring the shocks for a later date.. but honestly, after my experience I wont be returning for additional service.The manager on duty, Matt, displayed a noticeable lack of professionalism during my interaction with him. He repeatedly conveyed his dislike of the area and the competence of individuals he encountered. Also, during a telephone conversation in which I sought clarification on pricing, Matt responded with unwarranted rudeness and contentiousness.On 10/1/23, I came to pick up my car, I dealt with Brian in the absence of Matt. Regrettably, my interaction with Brian proved equally disconcerting. When he presented the invoice, I politely requested an itemized receipt to understand the specifics of the charges before making a $800 payment. Surprisingly, Brian declined to provide a receipt until after payment had been tendered, opting instead to recite the charges directly from the computer screen, contrary to my request.Subsequently, upon inspecting the exterior of my vehicle, I discovered that none of the tire replacements had been executed, despite my payment for three new tires. This oversight was inexcusable, and I promptly returned to inform Brian of this grave error, surrendering both my receipt and car keys for immediate rectification. I had to wait nearly an hour for them to fix their mishap. Brian never offered any form of apology he also never proposed a resolution for the inconvenience caused by their oversight.So I inquired about the possibility of replacing a fourth tire, given that I had already purchased three. Brian indicated that only three tires were presently in stock, so I would have to come back for the fourth tire replacement. While I appreciate their effort to accommodate my request, I remain dismayed by the need to allocate additional time from my schedule due to their error.My overall experience with Mavis has been profoundly unsatisfactory, casting doubt upon the company's standards and the professionalism of its employees. Regrettably, I cannot endorse Mavis and I will seek service elsewhere in the future. I would rate this experience a disappointing 2 out of 10.

Do not go there. The lie about work they say your vehicle needs. A bunch of scammers!! I am going to notify every social media outlet I can. To help save other customers from being ripped off. Would give the a no star rating.
