I had been calling around to different auto shops regarding information on titles along with not getting much information. I was a little frustrated that none of these auto shops could not answer any of my questions correctly. Finally I was given a number for Epic Auto shop. I called them and every question I had asked I received enough information to feel comfortable to take my title to them. The owner was very knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions. I was impressed with the swift service from the time I took my title till the timing of the new title to be returned along with the owner reaching out to me to let me know it was back!!. Thank you Epic Auto for the swift service and your expertise

I recently went here to get my new tags, title, and registration for my new car I just purchased. This place and the people there were AMAZING. Nicole was very pleasant , and her customer service was excellent. Very professional, very friendly, and it was just a nice experience . I recommend anyone to go there if you want GREAT SERVICE !! Very unprofessional , they take forever you get back to you about your car once they have it, you ll have to keep calling them for updates. Also try to wrongfully charge you stuff. I will never come back to them

I am gonna start off by saying we truly appreciate your services for us! Beyond grateful for the results and quality of the outcome and kindness of the owner!! Overall it was by far the best outcome i could ask for!! We recommend them for any collision or car body damage!! By far you will not be disappointed!!

My exp�rience was just like the company's name Epic, from the onwer on down. I have purchased many cars but never had someone walk me step by step the way Epic Auto did.
