My car would not start today. Called my roadside assistance company and they dispatched someone 2 hours later. This kid tried but he couldn t fix it. I didn t know what I was going to do. Called around to multiple garages and everyone said no openings until next week! I need my car to go to work like everyone else. Called Paul s Auto in Glassport. He answered right away. Said he could fit me in right away and even came up and personally towed my car to his shop! Fixed my car. Thankfully only spark plugs! Next time I m calling Paul s Auto first! Thank you Paul!!!!

Had my car inspected here about a month ago. Was a pretty hassle-free experience and they did not try to sell me any unnecessary services. I really have no complaints.

I shouldn t even give this place a 1 star. We had a gas leak on our car and we took it to this place to get it fixed. They go on saying how the car isn t going to last a year the frame is bad and this and that to try to get more money. They charged us 600 dollars and tried getting an extra 86 dollars out of us when we went to pick the car up. We had nothing but problems with the car after that. The engine light won t go out and gas cap light keeps coming on. They messed up when replacing the lines so they think they are going to get extra money out of us to go back down there and get it fixed by them again. NEVER AGAIN will we be taking our vehicle down there.

Terrible customer service. The guy who shows you the way to your car in the garage doesn t obey traffic laws leaves without you so you have to try to keep up with him. I didnt even have to have him show us the lady at the desk who gave us directions was enough. He gets paid to sit around in the waiting room.

I took my car here for inspection, and shortly after my car broke down after they worked on it. I had to pay $890.00 for repairs and it still isn't working. I won't be returning here again.
