I have had a few trips where the service has been good but today was not that day. Sat outside of the second bay for 31 minutes without an acknowledgement or otherwise. Employees looking out the window must be related to Stevie Wonder. Will not be going back again.

I've been going here for years. I've never had an issue. Until last time I went. I was disappointed in their service. It was the end of the day and I think they just hurried through. Which is kind of understandable, they wanted to get out of there. But when you are paying for a service, you at least expect the basics. They knocked my radiator hose loose and I had to have someone rescue me the next day. I lost all of my coolant. I'm leary about going back.

The employees are always so wonderful and professional. The service is quick and friendly. I appreciate that they check my air filter and fill the washer fluid while they are doing the oil change. It's a wonderful service!

I've been here a few times now for oil changes. They don't push more expensive options on you. I recommend this location over any other.

Wonderful customer service. Got me in real quick. While doing my oil changed they topped off my washer fluid, put air in my tires that needed it, etc.I highly recommend going here. I will for sure be coming here again.Service: Oil change

I needed an oil change. I was going to the bank and remembered this location. They are only doing stay-in-your-vehicle oil changes. So I sat in my vehicle and waited. There was a car in the bay and one in front of me. I waited about 20 minutes until I pulled in. The lady explained my options and the two workers got to it. They were done very quickly. They worked very well together. The lady even figured out how to reset the system that tracks your oil life. Great job to the employees here!!

2nd time I've had my oil changed here and it will not be the last. Both times I drive up and I'm greeted with a smile and great service! Definitely fair price and they're super quick!

My receipt said friendliest oil change around, and it was not wrong! They made genuine conversation while we were getting our oil changed, never stopped smiling, and gave quick tips on the basics of how to make sure we knew when to bring our vehicle in for maintenance. Went for an oil change Saturday 4/13/19. Hours posted were 10a-3p. Got there at 12:40, guy ran out and told us they were at lunch, to come back at 1pm and he would knock some money off for the trouble.First, who needs a lunch hour or even half hour when you are only open for 5 hours??So we left, did another errand and was back by 1:05. Apparently they must have done this to a few people because now there is a line.Sit and wait until our turn, guy pulls up my info talks me into going with the higher mileage oil since the vehicle had over 90,000 miles. Fine, get the oil changed and go to pay and uses a coupon for that "money off" he offered. Then proceeds to actually ask for a tip, now I'm annoyed. We leave and my car won't stop leaking oil, plug to the oil pan never tightened, and the new filter does not seem at fit, jiggles around.I'm going to have to go have another oil change to fix the hot mess. Gone there several times in the past, different guys working there, will never go back there and will make sure to share my story!

Quick, polite, friendly. I would recommend this oil change place to anyone. You get to stay in your car. That's adds a old time feel. Checked the tire pressure, and all other things. Great job guys!!!!!

Won't get my oil changed anywhere else, very convenient and fast. Not to mention this place has great friendly service. They even gave my dog a treat!

Since the new ownership the customer service is now superb. They showed me all charges, prices are fair, and they helped me with a hood issue I ve had even though they didn t have to. Very unpleasant experience. I will not be returning. Workers took someone else before me while I clearly was here 25 minutes before the other car. Didn't even ask me what kind of oil I wanted. Expected more than that. Will not be returning

I had a good faith and customer appreciation for this place. Until I went to change my own oil, upon looking at the bottom my my oil filter before taking it off I found the words "customer is dick" with a drawing of a Penis on the underside of the oil filter. I am very angry about this garage writing an obscene phrase and a picture of a Penis on an auto part I purchased. They will be getting a visit from me and also a call will be made to the better business bureau about this. I've always treated those guys with respect and Ontop of that I always tip them. They probably thought I would never see it. Funny part is, I'm not an idiot who doesn't know how to change my own oil. Please don't use this garage. Who know what they will write on your car.
