As being a ex General Manager of 3 Napa stores, Sak who was working Sunday was very polite and professional, warrantied a battery for me and was very pleasant.

Terrible store. Charged me $9.50 to ship in a shaft seal. Looked on Napa's website and I could have got it shipped to my house for $2 less! I thought it was illegal to make profit from shipping charges?! Don't go there!!

Ordered online, checked hours, got pickup ready alert, drove out from Geneva, OH, and arrived to find the store closed. Called, no answer, no answering machine. Wasted trip.

Napa rural stores are the best if you need old tractor parts and fluids that the other auto parts stores have never heard of.
