Do not speak to the assistant manager. She said her name is Brandy. She is terrible with customer service. I can't believe, that someone like this ,in a small town, helps run this store, especially with very little knowledge how a business is run. I have been buying parts for decades and never been spoken like this by any other employee. Very unprofessional. If you need to speak to management, wait for the store manager. When there's a bad leader, the rest will follow.

Before today, I would have given the Girard store a five star rating. I've always had great service. Today I went in to get my battery tested via the free diagnostic services I have used in the past. The lady behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy and said oh no, we don't do that here - you can check O'Reilly's, they might. I thought it was strange they stopped offering the service so I looked it up on the website and Girard is listed as a location that still offers free battery alternator and starter testing. Lost a customer today.

The rudest nasty women works at the counter. She has no sense of customer service or decency. I do not recommend having HER help you. Not friendly or helpful at all.

Always like going to Advanced Auto Parts. The people are very courteous and most helpful. The other day when I went in, I was helped by a young lady who was very up on auto mechanics. She blew my mind. Very intelligent young lady.

We would like to thank Mike for all the help on our car. The battery was dead and 1 of the cables was seized. Mike worked on it for over a hour. To make matters worse it was snowing and very cold. He got the job done with a great attitude. Very thankful. Thanks again, from Steve Ristau

Had a headlight emergency and stopped in to get Bulbs. Paul was extremely helpful and even gave me a paper towel to wipe our hands off! He also lent us a flashlight so we could see what we were doing. Even though we were tjerecoae to closing Paul was patient and professional. Kudos! We will continue to get our parts there!

Pleasant and friendly had what we needed for our truck. Customer service was very kind and let my husband wash up after having to change our alternator we are from Somerset Texas.

Unfortunately I don't know anything about cars, besides how to check my oil, and how to jumpstart a battery. This location of advanced Auto parts has the most amazing, and helpful staff. I drive my vehicles until they are dead before buying another, so I have been a regular at this location for years. They have helped me many times, buying parts and products I know nothing about haha, and one time they actually correctly diagnosed my car for me. I took It to the mechanic who told me I had a problem costing over $1000.00 to fix, when in reality it was just a $150.00 part, and that was 3 years ago. Great store with truthful and honest employees who take time to help each customer.

The store in girard is by far the best in Erie county, theyll pull an hold anything I need as I drive quite far to get there. Recently I've been getting not only 20 dollar coupons but mail in rebates which have been really nice! Will continue to do business with them as customer service is #1 in my books. They also carry most things that o'Reilly's an auto zone dont fyi

Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I have gone in they came out to my vehicle, diagnosed the issues, and their recommendations have always worked. Thank you Girard Advance Auto!!

I went there to use their loaned tools. They dont loan out ratchets. So I couldnt fix the problem. Its not a very big auto parts store. Not bad but not good either.

Awesome knowledgeable manager that usually has a good crew working the store. Obviously some good training from the leaders at the store level.

Friendly staff, service has gone down over the years. Just by experience but have a history of getting incorrect parts. Problems with refurbishment vendors possibly. Have changed my go to store for this reason.
