I've been using Southern auto attack from buying a car to inspection. I am 56 years old and this is the most honest and hard Working AutoShop, I have ever seen. These are real honest people. Do you know how hard it is to find This in today's world. Their customer service is phenomenal above and beyond. Needless to say, I highly recommend this AutoShop.How hard is it today to find customer service? Honesty and not get taken. It doesn't exist. Thanks, Southern auto tech.

Great staff and very accommodating. Squeezed in a repair I needed due to traveling and stayed late to finish when the problem was a bit more than originally expected. Very honest and very fair prices. Highly recommended.

All I can say is that it must have been fate. My wife s alternator went out on the interstate and the battery died right in front of the shop. We pushed it into the parking lot and was greeted with fantastic service. They made the repair and had the car back on the road in no time. 5 stars all around!!! Great service is hard to find these days but this shop knocked it out the park! Thanks!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you want honest fast and reliable vehicle service this is the place. Elaine saw we have 3 small children and did us a big favor by having one of their own return our truck to make it easier for our family. Waited for car took less than forty five minutes very pleased with customer service. Was there for state inspection and emission testing.

Called to see if they would look at a flat tire for repair. Was able to go right over and they fit me right in. Tire was shot but provided quotes for several tire options. Prices were outstanding. Can't beat the nice people and exemplary service. And this type of thing keeps happening!Street light construction underway at this time making it a little interesting to get to the lot but well worth the effort to get there.

I came in today with an issue. I have really old car by the way. They corrected the issue and then the car presented another issue. It was a transmission not staying in gear. These guys used their knowledge to troubleshoot the secondary issue without me asking. I was upset about how long the repair was taking and they listened to me. They calmed me down. They offered solutions. They didn't charge me for all the hassle and ruckus I brought. I am truly humbled. These are good people. You can't get this level of care from most places. Highly recommended is an understatement. I would take any car issue to them period. Honest technicians, fair prices, and the best customer service you will ever get.

Fuel pump went out, they fixed it, at a very reasonable price, but brought my truck back to me since I was at work, my husband had our 3 children and all the car seats were still in the truck. Thank you all so much. Highly recommend. Great service!!!!

They did inspection for 2 of my vehicles. I highly recommend them. They were very fair and professional. They gave a list of recommendations that I do in the future. They even squeezed in one of my vehicles in and did first thing the next morning. I couldn t be more impressed. Keep up the great work! I would give 6 stars if I could.

If you have never been to this place you need to read this:1. 5 WEEKS TO REPLACE A BELT2. LIED ABOUT WORK THAT WAS DONE3. DIDN'T FILL ANTIFREEZE OR OIL4. WOULDN'T RETURN CALLS5. CHARGED LABOR COSTS OVER $300.00 PER HOURHad a broken belt on my truck and had to have it towed to Southern Auto Tech. what a mistake.Two personal references go there said it was a good place. THEY WERE WRONG. It took them five weeks to repair my truck. And all they did was replaced a belt. Some mechanic, they didn't even fill the antifreeze back up that have been pushed out because of the broken belt causing overheating.The entire time they did not call me back after I made numerous attempts and I had to deal with them face to face.They charged me $600 for a $40 belt. A 1 to 2 hour job according to shop manuals.Fraud if I ever saw it.The Manny Canik told me he got the engine to clean it . But there was a sticky substance on it which he didn't know what it was . What a mechanic . It was the antifreeze pushed out from the radiator . And there were no signs that they clean the engine .Buyer beware I know I will never use this place again.

They always treat me better than fair. Really nice people and they are not just looking to make a buck. Highly recommended in New Freedom! And after the way they took care of my vehicle today, I'm a customer for life.

Would definitely recommend Southern auto Tech to anyone having trouble with their automobile. Bill really took care of me and I was impressed with the price at the end of the job. He did a transmission job on my Hyundai and it is still running great

Elaine, Bill, and the entire crew there have always bent over backward to help resolve all my automotive problems and challenges on my small fleet of vehicles. From helping make decisions on buying new tires and finding the best value for replacement parts, to diagnosing mechanical problems and working overtime to complete fixes, they always get the job done! They have always been honest and very pleasant to work with!!

They Worked on my A4 that was misfiring fixed at a very low cost. They were very friendly and very professional. They work late on my car after hours and then even dropped it off at my house ...now that is service which you do not see very much any more.

They go out of their way to be fair and accommodating. They have told me when I can wait for a fix and when I can t. I absolutely believe they do what is best for their customers and keep pricing fair. Love them.

I used to only get my inspection at this place and now we re bringing all our vehicles for any possible repairs. Southern Auto is very fair in pricing and they genuinely care about the customer, which has become an exception in this business.

These folks are great! My car had a strange noise from the front left. I thought I was looking at a $1,000 repair. Southern Auto Tech put it up on a lift and found it was just loose lug nuts. Talk about honest.

Very Honest people, I went to autozone and they tested my Alternator and said it was bad so I asked Southern Auto Tech to put in a New Alternator and they tested the car and called back and said they didn't think it was that and they didn't put one in. I was so amazed by their honesty because many shops would have just put it in for the heck of it! So impressed and will be telling many people to come here! Thanks guys!
