Just picked my car up from Jones Service as a first time customer. They were thorough in diagnosing my problem and making the repairs needed for my inspection. They even made sure they stayed after business hours to complete the work so I was not without my car for the weekend. Staff was awesome and prices were reasonable. Work was quality and done right. Thanks for fixing my baby and getting her back on the road. Job well done and I am very pleased with Jones ServiceService: Engine repair

Incredible service! I unfortunately broke down a few hours away from home. Jones was able to diagnose the failure and fit me into their busy schedule to get me back on the road within a few hours. Highly recommend this friendly staff and their work!!

I just moved to this area and this auto repair shop was recommended to me by a friend's parents. They were excellent! They got my car right in and were very thorough. I was able to talk to the mechanic who worked on my car afterwards, which means a lot to me. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. Five stars!

Jones Service in Franklin, PA is by far the best automotive repair/inspection business in this area. The office staff are very friendly and take care of all your needs from scheduling an appointment to caring about you while you wait. The mechanic(s) are top notch and know their business - no matter what vehicle you bring in to them. They inform you of any problems along the way and don't just throw parts into your vehicle without you knowledge. I am always secure when it's time to bring my truck in and look forward to seeing everyone again this year for inspection. You will not be disappointed with this automotive service shop!

Heidi is so nice. She was going to come and pick me up in oil city when my car was done. I would give 5 stars but the noise I was hearing and feeling was from cupped tires and I'm not sure the wheel bearings needed replaced, but good service at any rate.

This crew is the best I ve come across, hands down. They never overcharge, they ll tell you up front what kind of problem and price you re looking at, and they even drove me to work when we were down to one vehicle. Now that s service! Thanks, Mr. Jones!!!

I went to this garage with my buddy for an enhanced inspection on a car, the guy came out being an asswhole for no reason, the lady had a major attitude for absolutely no reason, idk why people have to act like that, treat everyone with respect and respect will be given back. Also you dont pay for inspection unless it pass. The mechanic made him pay even though it didnt pass, this garage is a sketchy business. They try to get over on people. I'm gonna call the bbb also and report it to them.

I get my salvage vehicle enhanced inspection here. They are very knowledgeable.They go out of their way to help you and they are reasonably priced.

Tried to get me to pay $1200 to get my car inspected. Cost me $37 at Lepley's. Needed no work. Tried to take advantage of a desperate situation. I will not return
