So a few weeks ago took my Subaru to get winter tires on & one of the studs broke, (am % sure not their fault) They ordered a new one & replaced it today with NO CHARGE To Me. Not sure many places would do this & am Very Grateful To Have This Business Serving My Community. Thank You ALL & Have A Blessed Christmas!

I've been here several times and the staff is very polite and professional. The service is always quick, even when they're "busy" and they go above and beyond. Very good people here. Highly recommended.

Bought winter tires online and took them here for mounting and spin balancing. Very friendly and courteous staff. Price for this service was extremely competitive (probably the best around this area). The tires I purchased were directional and one was put on backwards . Noticed this when I got home. Returned to the shop and they corrected the situation without hassle or hesitation. Will go back in the spring and highly recommend them for all and any tire needs.

These people are professionals and their service is exceptional. The prices are very competitive and you can't beat the deals they have on tire rotations and oil changes. I get my personal vehicles and my work truck serviced here and I would hate to have to go anywhere else. Top notch!

We buy all our tires here. They are very accommodating and professional, and go out of their way to be helpful. Their pricing is always very fair; and if you make the effort to look at the whole picture and include all the true costs, you will find they are indeed the best value.

Great tire shop. Great service. Owners work in the shop so you know you will get top notch service.If you wait til the last minute to get your snow tires on you can expect a long wait. That is your fault. You should have planned better. ;-)

Extremely friendly and low prices! Couldn't be happier with my service here. Had a screw in my tire and they were able to plug and rotate in 20 minutes! Thank you guys for your work!

Went in on a Saturday about 1030 am, they weren t busy and they were very nice. I walked into the garage and asked if they had time to do a mount and balance of two front tires on a car and they said yeah come on pull it in. Very fast service and seems to be done well.. but that s where it stops. I supplied my own tires and I wanted them to dispose of my two old ones.. so of course there is that fee. No problem but with the new tires mounted and balance they didn t replace the valve stems and just for two tires.. it came out to nearly $53! Are you serious? I ll just go to Sehman s or maybe Monroe. They won t charge me highway robbery fees.. never had to ask anyone for a price before I had tires mounted but from this experience I ll have to from here on out. Not coming back.

The owners are super nice people and the service is always great. They dont rip you off. Would definitely recommend showing up an hour before they open though to make sure you get a good number for the day because its first come first serve.

They were able to patch my tire and get it put back on my car within an hour for a great price. Super professional and worth going to if you need a tired patched.

Stopped as low tire light came on. Took me right in, a red up tires & sent me on my way, no charge! Also had nice visit with the Wellers, former school mates & kick the can players way back when!

Franklin Service and Supply is Family owned and operated. Service is the first word in their name that gives U the answer 2 all UR vehicle needs they cover. With Prince William and Prince Charles at UR Royal Service. Why would U go anywhere else ?

Great guys who do great work. You might be able to find tires cheaper elsewhere but you get what you pay for in service. These guys treat you right.
