What a hidden gem! I needed a mechanic to look at my car. It didn t start, so I got it jumped started. Then I pushed to start, and it did that crazy thing where everything on the dashboard came on and starting blinking and flashing.I knew my tires were due for rotation and the dealer kept reminding me of that. Certainly so I could take it in and they find 5 other things that they would recommend! Since I am female I expect mechanics to try to talk down to me or try to pull a fast one. Before he passed my father taught me the basics with cars. He also taught me to know what you need before you go for service.Well we have a local shop, Ted & Sons Auto body, right here in Folsom, Pa. that out performs any auto body service I have ever used. Let me tell you why.1. They listen to customer2. You are not treated like a nuisance or an idiot about your car3. They are super friendly and accommodating4. Their prices are Fair and Reasonable!!!You don t get the impression that their next vacation will be financed by YOUR REPAIR.In short, you can tell that this business understands that it s hard to keep all the bills paid and have an unexpected car repair bill.My car was repaired, it s now running like a well oiled machine. The best part about this friendly, honest service, is I didn t have to make a choice between my car repair and being able to buy groceries.I am DEFINITELY a repeat customer. Thank you guys.

The fellas at ted & sons did an amazing job with my car. They were fast, professional and provided the best customer service I've received at any auto body shop. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of some repairs. Very fair pricing too!

I had dealt with this place before they were okay. The second time was TERRIBLE. Way over priced and overcharged. I took it in for inspection and 1600$ later it still sounds horrible and barely runs. He passed the inspection but I still need another 1000$ or more in work??? How does that work? I would never use this mechanic again. I was going to tell people to start using them because they seemed quick. Thank god I didn t they are quick but not efficient. I wouldn t be surprised if they put up the good reviews. He called me during the pandemic and told me he was going to charge me storage if I didn t pick up my car because it was there too long and he had no insurance on his labor. Even though I had already gave him 900$ out of the 1600$. Sorry I lost my job during a pandemic. Then he starts telling me how the government is giving everyone money except him??? What does that even have to do with me? He s mad at America so he ll charge me extra. I reminded him I did not agree to any of that and hurried up and got my car. Never again

In a world full of crooked mechanics it is fantastic to find an honest one. They've managed to figure out things that were wrong with my vehicle that nobody else could figure out. Highly recommended!
