If you are gona get auto parts. You like to go where the staff knows what they are talking about.. not some autzone where they put any warm body behind the counter. Thank you for the service and support

The worst customer service I ve ever experienced. The man didn t even look up from his computer when I came in from the rain carrying my daughter asking for his help to change my car battery. Told me he doesn t do that and maybe there s a Advance Auto Parts in Monnonghahela that can do it. I ve never seen anyone so eager to not help someone or at the bare minimum do their job

The road leading to it is trashed, the selection is lacking and the guy behind the counter doesn't want to be bothered with your questions. It's not like there are not 7 other auto parts stores within 2 miles.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!Absolutely terrible customer service and was not open after I drove 20 minutes even though it said open on the website and google! Just go to tractor supply! I m a now tractor supply member for life.

This store is up on top of a hill which I would describe as the backside of Finleyville but I m sure that s not right but I m not from that area but I was here loading and unloading for my job and needed windshield washer fluid for my truck and stopped in here and was very happy that I did cause the gentleman that took care of me treated me like I was an old friend and until that moment we never met. So I know if I m in the area again and need anything automotive in nature I WILL BE GOING BACK HERE AND SUGGEST ANYONE FROM THAT AREA OR TRAVELING THROUGH AND MAY NEED SOMETHING STOP HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST VERY NICE PEOPLE THAT TREAT YOU LIKE AN OLD FRIEND OR EVEN LIKE FAMILY!!!

As far as parts know this is one of the best stores I've been to they had everything it's mainly a warehouse for the local stores but they have a storefront and everything you need inside every time. It's definitely worth going if you're looking for something in particular that you having a hard time finding staff is friendly and helpful.

Hours are not up to date. On google it says 9pm. On door it says 6 pm. Please update asap. Thank you

Staff helpful and friendly. I needed a brake light and they had it in stock plus helped me make sure my lights were working while I pressed the brake pedal.

Not your typical Advance Auto. I was surprised by the location. The staff was very helpful and the store had a lot of parts that other stores don't carry.

The part was expensive, $42 for a basic ignition coil, and they couldn't use our account that is supposed to be available nationwide. Also a very out of the way location.

Never heard of an Advanced auto, autozone, napa, etc not help put a new battery in when purchasing one at the store. The guy scoffed and said "that's your problem"

Great knowledgeable staff that help you out with any questions or loaner tools you may need, you dont get that with online parts stores

I got my new wiper blades for my car and the rep put them on for me! Great customer service.
