My neighbor had bought a vehicle from these people and within a week the car broke down now they're stuck with trying to fix the engine and the car has been setting for 2 years (There's a thing such as a lemon law in Pennsylvania) this place isn't worried about it .so one day this car company came out to take the vehicle (remember there paying on the car) and I was sitting in my house watching and remember I'm only a neighbor watching and they caused damage to my property they ran over my fence and cause damage to Red roofs property and ran over the gas companies belongings along the alleyway when I went out to ask them for their insurance information none of them would tell me and when I called there supervisor that they had at the place where they work she told me that they don't have to speak or give any insurance information when they do damages to other people's property that's like saying if you run into somebody's car along the street you don't have to give them your insurance information I would never do business with these people. And remember the car wasn't even sitting on my property it was sitting on my neighbors and they ran over my property and caused damages sorry excuse for a business and a very rude manager of a car lot. If this happens to any of you call the police right away.

Went with just the intention of just looking an drove away with my new car. Love it!!! Will definitely go back when I need a new one. But this one should last a while. Very low miles at a great price.

Got a car thought it was nice in first month it started smoking shut off found out had no oil took it back still under warranty they just changed oil a couple days later started it looked like I was crop dusting white smoke everywhere called again took it back in they said nothing wrong with it. Ask to be traded out of it they can t do that so basically run it till it blows. DONOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. I has a 2012 Black Nissan Juke

I delt with Draven 3rd generation at EFAS he is the real deal as is the rest of the crew. I had a few problems with my ranger I bought there Draven picked it up both times I paid the garage bills but they dropped a couple payments. This is a BHPH they have every legal right to rip you off but that is not what they are about. Thank you!

Definitely a good place to get your vehicle from. Everyone was nice and helpful. Buying process was easy and fast I would recommend anyone to go and buy a vehicle from them. I would definitely come back

Was going by my one day saw a truck that caught my eye went in talked to them about it left came back next day put money down now still needed inspected hunter told me would be about 2 weeks. Well here we are now going on three months!!!!!!!! Ridiculous call them everyday to see how they re making out sometimes I talk to draven some I never get a call back. Seems like everyday something makes it get pushed back to being done. We ll take what y all want with this review there nice and friendly there but when comes to getting stuff done and it actually being done when they say it will be done is two different things. So make sure you don t rely on needing that vehicle for about 3 months

Seen they had an excursion went looked at it they were very straightforward and transparent I addressed some issues they didn't see and they dropped the price to match it with no hassleBeen my daily dream vehicle for over 7 months they're helpful and friendly possibly buying another vehicle from them soon and recommend them highly

We brought a jeep for my son who is the military serving in Texas right now, we had a issue with the jeep in Texas. Brandy and company are taking care of the issue for us, to ensure that he has a great running vehicle. We are very happy with the service and the time they are taking to ensure they are providing the best vehicles for their customers. Awesome job. This makes the seventh vehicle we have bought from them, and will continue to use them in the future for other vehicle needs. I feel they are truly trying to provide the best possible vehicle and doing a great job with customer care. Thank You.

I absolutely love this place!! The staff is amazing. Got a vehicle from there and shortly after some guy pulled out in front of me totalling my car. I was devastated. Went to 4 different car lots looking for a vehicle and they all told me some bs. Called east Fayetteville and they got me in a car immediately. worked with me on the down payment, everything. Just an absolutely amazing place, great environment and the safe is beyond phenomenal.

Never had problems with 2006 Honda Accord and I was made to feel relaxed and the process was fast and easy. I would surely continue to deal with this dealership and recommend it to anyone in need of a good vehicle. Hands down, the best buy here pay here dealer around.

So I had gotten a car from these folks . The wheel alignment was messed all the way up , so they said if I fixed it myself they would drop a payment , ha them guys didn t know what I was talking bout had no clue so they repo my car .. if you don t wanna get lied to this ain t the place for you

These guys have been nothing but the absolute best, after a sketchy deal with a different dealership i was skeptical about used car dealerships at all but these guys were able to get me a car quick, and they wete extremely helpful when it started over heating, i cant even list the amount of things they fixed in my car for free. Genuinely great people, fully expecting to be buying another vehicle heresoon

Bought a car from them not even 2 months later it blew up. Had to pay them 1500 for them to replace the entire moter because a piston rod shot through the bottom of the block. Still hasn't been fixed 2 weeks later it takes 3 days max to replace a moter.Clearly they have more important things to do.

I m not even sure where to begin. My car broke down after about 2 and half months. They purposely kept my car to avoid the lemon law. I then had two professionals look at my car and they both told me that my car was missing pieces, had a stripped belt, bad breaks and the only thing new about it was the alternator ( which must ve been the reason it died ) I even called in to speak to someone about the work they did on my car they admitted to leaving pieces out of my car and even laughed at me when I was trying to receive the pieces. they repoed my car today after missing a payment then told me, because of my attitude I had to pay 6000+. they then changed it too 750.00 because i was nicer now. which either way doesn t matter when you re running a company. I m currently filing a civil suit against them. don t waste your time or money.

Witnessed a fence runover , horrible driver broke one way driving law as well as trespassing and starting conflict also overheard their was a rude phone operator just as a witness I do not recommend and I still constitute lemon law , needs to be reviewed

I would never go to this place again! They cheap and lie to people. They have nothing but trash there. It is like a junk yard sale. I bought a truck with the help of a church. Less than a week later the truck started driving funny and the check engine light came on. Too it back they wouldn't do anything for me. All the lights stopped working. They still wouldn't do anything for me. I went to a different place and got a car. I miss the truck just not all the problems.

In my opinion Derek Piper went beyond my expectations of a car salesman. He understood my budget difficulties and really made me feel like I mattered. I have dealt with car salesman in my many years and I never have felt as welcomed and comfortable as Derek had made me.

Never buy a car here. My daughter got one. Told here there was nothing wrong with it. The next day it blow up.and they wouldn't give here any money back or help her out. This place should not be open.

This is the BEST USED CAR DEALERSHIP I've ever in my life came across!!! They truely care about their cistomers!!! I'd gave them 1000000 stars of I was able!!! They surely helped us when we needed them the most! Very caring, friendly and best yet understanding people!!!

East Fayetteville Auto Sales is a great place to purchase a vehicle. The employees there are very nice and polite, they will work with you on your down and weekly payments. I would highly recommend my friends and family members to go there if they are looking for a reasonably priced vehicle.

I didn't purchase the truck but my boyfriend did he got in July and since then replaced radiator, the fuel sensor, fuel filter and pump. Over $1000 dollars worth of repairs. I understand as is, is as is. But its not like he bought a truck for $2500, I expect more for a truck that cost $7000. Buyers beware, I would have what ever your buying here looked at a qualified mechanic before you purchase. I am looking into the lemon law after I post this. I don't think that there are any decent used car dealers anymore.

wish zero was an option; very disrepectful. had someone hang up the phone on me on tuesday.repoed my car while i was INSIDE ADMITTED to the hospital for unknowingly not having insurance without even a notice of the mistake.came to get my car back and they re also being rude face to face.NOT TO MENTION; my car has a cylinder 2 misfire within two months of getting it and i still have over 3k$ to pay on it.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Very very unprofessional place. Said my car was behind a payment. While I was in PETCO with my 2 year old SON, can & repossessed my vehicle! Leaving me stranded with NO car seat or CELLPHONE. & then they want to say i owe them 650$? For what? They said the repo fee! Yall are a joke. Then want to Say "I got myself in the situation" NO I got myself in this situation by first of all buying a vehicle from you! DO NOT waist your time or money on these scam bags. All they want is your money ! Terrible business very rude employees. Never again will I deal with these arrogant people, let alone recommend them to anyone!

Traded in my old Bronco for Dodge Durango, now when I bought it they gave me exactly what I was looking for on trade-in or for private sale. They made no bone about the fact the car has not been looked over by the mechanics, but that is fine with me since that I what I do on the side. The rocker panels and the brakes need to be replaced - again that does not phase me any. The down payment was dropped from $1200 to $600 due to those issues - which made me happy, and they knocked $1000 off the the total price. With all that said I know what I am getting into with the car, and it is NOT A LEMON!!! Yes - it is an Auction car and it is in very good shape give the age (13yrs), the other people on here are wrong about the financing that they do, they cannot buy a car at auction turn around and sell it for the price they paid for it - Federal Law Prohibits that. The Durango is also not way above Blue Book it is right where most car in this condition sell for from other dealers in the area. Buy Here Pay Here people think about it. Yes - the cars there are auction cars, or trade-ins but there is nothing wrong with that.

Over priced, even for a buy here pay here. Still want full price even with a larger down payment. Why would I want to pay the same amount of interest on a vehicle that I'm clearly trying to pay down to reduce the amount of interest.
