Austin and Crew were super accommodating when my vehicle suddenly lost its acceleration. I stopped in Monday & told me they could fit me in at the end of the week. They gave me answers promptly and I was able to drive away with my repaired vehicle by the middle of the same week. They are honest, fair, and up front about the vehicle s needs and pricing.

Excellent Team! We take all our cars to Welsh automotive. We are extremely happy with the customer service and the work! They were nice enough to accommodate last minute request for our daughter s car when she was here for a short break. Also very impressed by how they are actively involved in neighborhood mission, supporting Home of the Sparrow . We recommend them to all our friends and relatives!

Our son's car was due for inspection and he was only home from college for the weekend. Austin helped us get him an appointment and have the work done on his vehicle in time to get back to school. Always excellent customer service and work by Welsh. Highly recommend them

Amazing place to get your car serviced in West Chester and Exton! Was able to book an appointment online. Got new tires and an oil change in one day at a great price! Service was fantastic and they even went above and beyond on things a should look out for on my vehicle. I recommend them to all my family and friends! Looking forward to my next visit.

My BMW Replace front brakes light came on. I took the car to Welsh Automotive for the first time since my son referred me. Austin called and said the front brakes were fine. The brake sensor was broken causing the computer error. Would other stations charged me to replace the brakes? Nice to find an honest place that fixes what needs fixing. He also gave me a $10 scratch off lottery ticket that benefits seniors

Austin was straightforward and did not beat around the bush on costs or labor costs for inspection. He allowed me to digest the updates/work needed and explore other options before coming back to decide if we wanted them to move forward with the work. He even offered to price match if we found a better part price elsewhere.

I highly recommend Welsh Automotive! I go to their location in Exton and find their costumer service excellent and the service on my Honda superior. I feel I can trust the work they do on my car and that they have the expert knowledge to take care of my car and that they truly care.

I found Welsh Automotive by looking at google reviews in the Exton area. They seemed to have the best rating and comments so I gave them a try. I just needed an oil change but they went above and beyond and provided me with a diagnosis of my entire vehicle and a summary of things to look out for prior to my next inspection which was super helpful. Service was friendly and easy to schedule, price was better than expected, and drop off service was complete within the day. Easy to see why they are rated the best in the area, would highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Such a courteous and friendly staff. We have many friends and family who are regular customers here and we cannot say enough good things about their work. Recently my son came in with some serious engine issues. They diagnosed him and cleaned it up at no charge to get him back on the road. They recommended a specialist for this type of engine issue and could not have been more helpful during a stressful time.

Sean and his wife and their team are professional, friendly, reliable, trustworthy and are always upfront when it comes to what services or repairs I may need. They are fair in their prices as well. Hands down the best shop in the area. Shawn and Austin truly treat you as family. In this money hungry world, that goes a long way. It seems like every other shop is exaggerating repairs and inflating prices just to make a dollar. These guys treat your vehicle like their own and simply inform you on the findings. Got another inspection done for Tesla Feb. 24 Very quick courteous good people.got Tesla model 3 new tires from them. I find them very courteous and customer centric, they gave me loaner till my car was getting serviced. Very good shine on all tires none has done that before. Came in after 5pm on thursday after my car was having a difficult time driving home. I live a hour away from exton, i was alone, & scared i wouldn t be able to make it home without an expensive tow. Even though i walked in after the shop already closed Alec put a band-aid on my vehicle so i would be able to get home. When i asked to pay something for his time Alec told me not to worry about it & get home safe. This was a completely different experience i m used to in auto repair shops as a young woman. This shop treats everyone with respect & care.
