Worst auto place in the world! They have the close time as 7pm. I called at 4pm and they said they had an hour wait. I come back at 5:45pm and now they saying they close at 6. Then when i pointed out the time wasn t 6, then he told me they had an oil spill so they couldn t take my car. It s ridiculous how bad the customer service is

My car smelled like someone skipped a shower. The tire rotation machine was down again and the whole vibe was unwelcoming. Moreover, Macis discount tire says their oil change was so faulty that they caused a leak from my gasket that I have to pay $150 to replace in a couple of weeks! I do not recommend this location.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This department needs an overhaul. Absolutely everyone in the department was extremely rude esp the Najir.. the African American guy at the desk. Somebody from corporate needs to do an undercover boss on these folks. They are rude, lazy and have a don t give AF attitude.

This was the worst case of poor customer service ever!!! These servicemen were extremely rude and had a "don't care" attitude and unhappy disposition as if someone had just stolen their puppy from the time I walked in until the time my job was completed. They never greeted me nor thanked me for my visit. My car's interior (seat and steering wheel)was so filthy when I got in that I had to take 10 minutes to clean it with disinfectant wipes. I will NEVER return to this location nor would I recommend it to anyone else! Steer clear of this location!

I recently got an oil change here and to say it was horrible would be an understatement. I arrived a little before 12:30 and told them I wanted an oil change. They said it would be about 30-45 minutes. It took 30 minutes to just get my car into the garage. My car was untouched for another 30minutes, while they worked on putting tires on another car that came in way after me. Until I finally stood up and walked over to the desk did someone ask me which car was mine to start working on it again. I was finally checking out at 2:10. Yes, it took 1 hr 40min to get my oil changed. I headed out to my car and noticed my tire pressure light was still on. Even with all that time, they didn't fill my one tire up with air, even with the light on. The service paper said they checked it but clearly did not. I found a worker to ask them if they could put air in it. The guy proceeded to tell me, "No we really can't right now, but you can just go to a gas station". The customer service and service in general could be much improved. I will not be coming back.

To all those complaining about the service. What do you want them to be, your best friend? I ve had my tires changed here for the past few years on all our cars and they do a fantastic job. Quick, easy, and convenient everytime!

Bill & Kyle were absolutely wonderful when it came to helping me with my tire concerns. They were compassionate about the anxieties I was experiencing and thorough in checking my tires. I felt such a great sense of relief when leaving and appreciated how quickly they to tended to my auto/tire needs. Bill & Kyle provided terrific efficient service!

I always go to this locations for tire needs. I went to get my wife's car battery replaced and the mechanic told me that the battery is in good shape and does not need to be replaced. I was pretty impressed by his honest over profit. He could just charged me but chose to be honest and saved me some money.

I just had four tires mounted and balanced in Exton. A young man by the name of Lu waited on me and in fact was the same guy who did my tires. He was polite and professional and had the car done in 1 1/2 hours when promised and my car rides like new again. I can't speak to the people that had bad experiences here but I can tell you my wife's car needs tires soon and I will be back.

You're lucky if you catch anyone there. The so-called "hours of operation" are a joke. They close in the middle of the day. Never have enough people. You better hope they have the kind of oil you need. Open 8 am on Sunday?! Ha! 8:30 am and still, no one there. Worst Walmart Auto Dungeon ever.

Brought my tires there to be installed. They charge you an extra $10.00 per tire to install if you didn't buy them there. Great business practice. They gouge you for the tires and then pretend they are reasonable for the install. No thanks. Big box service and quality.

The auto department is really bad. They did an oil change for me, added too much oil, put the wrong filter on, and left their tools under my hood. I got home and realized it all. I had to do the work to fix it myself. Also, they'll never answer the phone or are very unhelpful when they do. Their store hours listed are 7am - 1159pm? What?... A horible place for vehicles.

Website says the TLE opens at 7am. I arrive at 10:20. They tell me they're still not open, the door I entered through shouldnt have been open, and they won't start work on vehicles until they clear the random overflowing cans of trash that were stashed by the register. I ask for an ETA, they refuse. Come back later, they tell me I have an hour wait before they can even start on my car. The guy at the register jokes with a technician who is wandering around the place that all the customers waited until he went on break yo show up. Umm... no, idiot, I was here before and you goblins weren't ready to service me 3 hours after open of business.

The technicians (Brandon and Eric) helped fixing my flat tire. They were friendly and worked hard in a steamy hot environment. It was totally worth it going to Walmart auto center. Thank you for the great job!

Awful Service... stay away!!!Took my car in for a simple oil change. Told them I needed then to add a certain oil addative to the oil. They forgot to do so. When I pointed out they forgot to do so, they refused to drain a 1/2 qrt of oil out so I could add it in. Now I have to find someone else to do it. Horrendous customer service.

This was the absolute worst service I have ever tried to use. I called 3 times, they took 5 minutes to pick up the phone call each time. When the lady answers the phone she was rude and sloppy and told me to call back again to transfer my call when I asked if they repair flat tires. Then I called again and she tells me the same thing after another 5 minutes of waiting. I told her I just called and she said she couldn't transfer me unless I call again so I did and after another 5 minutes, she picks up the phone and hangs up. Extremely rude, don't ever go here!

I have never done anything more than oil changes here but I've gotten good or the same customer service as anywhere else I've gone in the past. A few times (2 vehicles over a couple years) they even clearely vacuumed out the car.

Terrible. Tried calling earlier in the day and no one answered. No way to schedule appointment. Got there after work at 5:40 and their hours say open until 7, but they said they couldn't put 4 tires (that I bought from Walmart) on because they were on their last car and closing early. I'm not wasting my time coming back even if it is cheaper than somewhere else because of their terrible service.

STAY AWAY!Tried calling in just to ask if I could get an oil change... I was on hold for over 15 minutes! When I hung up and called back, the guy tried to say that he was the only person working there. SERIOUSLY?!? How is this place even still operating?? No wonder so many of them have shuttered. Terrible customer service just over the phone. Do yourself a favor and go to any other nearby shop.

I used to like going to Walmart. One stop shopping, fast, cheap and easy! Not the Walmart of Exton. Unfortunately I've continued to go to the Exton Walmart despite its outrageous lack of organization, horrible customer service and lack of product. As usual they were out of stock of many, many items. The paint machine was "broken", after I took 5 mins to track an employee down, wait over 20 minutes to have to track down the same employee again just to have him say "oh, yeah its broken..sorry". Wasted a half hour to get nothing in return. Dirty would be a compliment. I swore never to return to this Walmart again. Close this store, retrain or rehire and start fresh! Horrible!

They don't have the parts for oil change so one is forced to do more expensive service and then they want to charge for a filter because they don't have it either. Pretty frustrating so went somewhere else. They don't even want to price match for their missing parts:((

People, it's WALMART!!! The majority of their employees are either "slow" or borderline retarded. Go there for their cheap/discount prices and leave. Don't speak/ask questions to any employees because they won't know the answer or give you the wrong answer. And don't use their automotive services because they'll screw it up. I doubt many (any) of them are real mechanics. If you were a "real" mechanic would you work at Walmart? Hell no!

I wish if I could give less than 1 star. I was there on Monday at 3 pm and they were closed. The hours of operation is a joke. They open whenever they feel like to work. Unfortunately this happen to me twice and 3 times to my father. Stay away from them

I went to Walmart for an oil change that took over 1 hour and the mechanic forgot to change my oil filter. I went back the following day and another person took care of me right away. I probably won't go back for an oil change again but I would go back to the store for grocery or other stuff. The prices tend to be lower than the competitors.

Poor service. The manager had his hands full. He did all the work while his two over fed helpers did all that was possible to get in the way, look at their phones, shuffle aimlessly around, tell jokes and generally get in the way of the one fellow who was working! I was there on 3/08/19
