Excellent location for all needs w.r.t to your motor vehicle. I called up for a tire repair and staff was courteous enough to gave me an appointment on same day within a couple of hour away. Staffs are very welcoming , friendly and service was amazing . Pricing is nominal , I have been here few years back for my tire replacement, this time when I went for quick fix and I was amazed by their service. Hats off to folks working here. Little waiting area with some refreshments are available , also you can either wait at premise or near by lot of shopping places where you can spend time on shopping while your car is getting fixed. I would definitly recommend to my friends.

So I had $3000 in repairs to do and was concerned I was being over-charged. Naturally, I called around and two other, non-chain, auto shops were the same price. I need to give a special shout-out to Antonio for his follow-through, kindness, and straight-tall. Phenomenal customer service, Antonio. Thank you!

Originally for a new headlight but after I arrived I realized I needed an oil change and new wipers. The staff was extremely accommodating, professional and understanding; they made me feel like I was in good hand's. As a result, I will be returning for four new tires.

The Exton location staff is always great. They are all very knowledgeable, quick, clean and very personable especially the manager Chuck. It s definitely my number one place to go for vehicle maintenance.

Awesome, friendly service! All 4 tires were changed promptly and finished before the estimated wait time. Chuck was very helpful and knowledgeable about which tires would fit my driving needs, it didn t feel like he was attempting to up-sell at all. I would highly recommend this location!!

Had a flat tire and needed somewhere to go. All employees were so kind and explained everything to me. They were able to patch up my tire, check all of my other tires, and they even did a free battery check. They were also very fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

Had a nail in the tire and turned out all 4 tires should be replaced. Service was great and customer service was amazing. I recommend coming here!

Fair, Friendly, Facilitative, and above all FAST! The cats and crew here are all Exceptional & Earnest. I've had three oil changes here so far and every opportunity they've gone Beyond the Bounds to Assess, Assist, and Exceed!!! Best place in PA!!

An unexpected excellent experience! Great place. Steven greated me with a friendly smile and took care of my needs like people used to do! And I had an excellent tech Sergei in whom I could tell crossed his T's and dotted his I's. I got a great set of tires at a great price and had a very nice experience. I totally recommend them!! I believe you can trust them

Tires Plus has been my family's go-to tire service in at least 3 different states now. I just moved to PA this summer and blew a tire on the highway last night. Chuck was able to work me in on short notice today when I rolled up on a donut. They did an awesome job on a set of tires, rotation, etc. and even had a coupon they were able to help me with.They have a nice waiting room with plenty of chairs, restroom, coffee, etc.I really appreciate the help and attention they gave me and my vehicle. Shout out to Chuck and his great team.We've been bringing our cars here for five years and will not go anywhere else. They are fair and honest. Just brought in my mom's 20 year old Infinity G35 which I now drive. I was hearing a scraping noise while turning right, a smell when I tried the heat, and it also needed a license plate put on (standard bolts weren't working). They got me right in. Total cost was $10 and change. The fix for the tire noise was a loose clip, the smell with the heating system was due to the fact that it hadn't been used in at least a year but was perfectly fine and they had the correct bolts for the plate. I'm sure most places would have charged more and it's good to know fair service in the car repair industry not only survives, but thrives here.

This is the second time I have been to this Tires Plus location. Both times I have been extremely happy with the online appointment finder, the courtesy of the staff, and the punctuality of the staff with taking my car at the time of my appointment. I have had tires put on my car and various engine services completed and have been very satisfied with the service. I will return!!

I needed some tires and in a bind called Tires Plus in Exton. They were able to fit me in to thier schedule and Steve was curtious in answering my questions, provided a reasonable tire option as I'm only keeping vehicle for a short time and fit my vehicle in on the same day. The waiting area includes a TV, coffee, drink vending machine and restroom and chairs....

Gave me the price quoted on the website. Drove to another location to get the specific tires I needed. Didn't try to upsell or lie to me like other places do. Very trustworthy and friendly.

Chuck (the store manager) got me in & out very quickly, and he is very honest - most car repair places use the state inspection appointment to make money by giving a list of repairs that are not really required to pass inspection. But Chuck is very honest and he did not ask me to do even one single repair for my car that is more than 13 years old and more than $105k miles. He is very friendly and professional too.

TIRES PLUS IN EXTON IS THE VERY WORST!!!! JUST GO TO MAVIS DISCOUNT TIRES IN MALVERN... Mavis Discount Tires in Malvern, PA is AMAZING!!! I was having a horrible day. I had a tire blow out at 4:30p 12/21/22...called AAA who sent someone who could change a tire, the I called the Tires Plus in Exton. They told me they closed at 7p, I arrived at 6:40p and was turned away because their tech leave at 6:30...Upset, I called Tired plus in Malvern, and was given the ru around about Tires sizes...At that moment, I looked up and Mavis was in front of me...Literally felt like a blessing from God...At 7p, they not only fixed my tire, but offered me DINNER!!!! ...I cannot thank Bob and his staff enough. God bless them all. Merry Christmas!!!

Steven made a very stressful situation much less stressful. I was able to drop my car off after they were closed after getting two flat tires. The team was able to have my car worked on first thing the next morning. He prepped everything the night before and was able to offer a discount on my new tires. I came in with a tire with a screw in it. They told me that it was too close to sidewalk to fix (which it probably was). The the guy tells me I need four new tires because I have AWD and my tread was 4/32's and it would have to be 6/32's to replace just one tire. I have 16k miles on these tires and was just at a state inspection where it was measured 6/32's. Watch out for these guys. If they are going to lie about this (or best case scenario they can read the depth gauge), who knows what they will do to you.

Got my State inspection and emissions, also purchased the lifetime alignment which sounds pretty good deal that can be used Nation wide. Steven Mann real deal over here. All patience and explaining things and helped me having a good experience

Suddenly we lost tire pressure (a mile away from this location.) After stopping for air and finding a nail, we looked up the closest Tires Plus store. We quickly drove over, hoping air would hold for us to get there to have it patched. This is my husband putting our spare on in the Tires Plus parking lot because, even though they have a sign that says open Sundays, they aren't! The guy at the front told him, "Sorry, but we do not have anyone working today."

Great service! I was taken care of by Andy. My company car got a flat that required a new tire and even though the fleet insurance was taken its sweet time, he made sure to get them to hurry up and approve me so i can get back on the road asap. All the guys there are so friendly and they listen to what the customers had to say. I will definitely use this place from now on. Also, i tried 2 other shops before i got to them and no one would help me but they saw how desperate i was and made room for me. This counts big time in my book! Thanks Andy for making a bad a good experience.Services: Tires, Oil change
