Really dig the new service area... Especially if you're waiting! Lots of places to sit and charge devices. Friendly service. Overpriced though. Almost double the cost for an oil change compared to going to my dealership. Price you pay for same day, speedy service I suppose?

I hit a surprise pot hole and got a flat tire. I was able to swap it out for the spare and drove straight to Pep Boys. Earl was a massive help and was able to get me back on the road in no time. Good quality and efficient work. Thanks, Earl!

Highly recommended.Wyatt welcomed me when I got there. He was so patient, professional and knowledgeable. He called me after I dropped off my second car to communicate with me about the details and make sure that I would be informed about everything.Their price is reasonable just make sure to check their coupons on their website as they will save you a big chunk of your bill.Overall it was a great experience.

My daughter came home for the weekend and realized she had low tire pressure in one tire. We came to PepBoys. Nick got us right in, was very professional, quickly identified the issue, and fixed it promptly. The service was efficient and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their service.

They are good for very basic services like oil change, inspection, battery, tires. Occasionally have good deals (a few years ago I got buy 2 get 2 tires free). I usually hang out in the area until they finish and I find they are pretty efficient. My only complaint is they never really tell you about the service when you pick up, especially after an inspection it would be nice. They usually just give you the sheet with the mechanic notes.

Called in to see if these guys could take a look at my breaks because they were squeaking in my new car. I thought it was going to just need a new set of pads. They took a look told me the pads were brand new and didn't need anything. I also needed an inspection so asked if they could handle. I have to say... I am extremely pleased with the honesty and customer service. I will definitely be back here for future service and repairs.

Took car in with rear flat 45 minutes before closing ( screw in rear tire). Manage Nick was great, I waited maybe 15 minutes for repair. Very satisfied.

I was impressed with Wyatt and Damien at Pep Boys in Exton. I went in to have a punctured tire repaired at 8:20 New Year s Day, and they did a great job on that, but they also pointed out a few other issues with my car that I was unaware of. I will certainly be using them in the future and I recommend you check them out as well. There was no high pressure You re going to die if you don t do this right now they just presented the facts.

The manager there was not helpful at all. I was told to find my own parts and they would charge me labor. Found my own parts. Then had to find more parts after one of them broke and still had to pay for everything. Do not come to thos location of you have service being done unless it is tires or oil change.

The best of the best! Came in for an oil change and state inspection, I was quickly in and out. They didn t try to get over on me and sell me things that were not really needed. I would recommend and will be returning

Took my 3 year old car in to have my tire patched because I ran over a piece of metal on the road. Tire ended up being irreparable, so I bought a new one from them and they replaced it. Driving home, my check engine light comes on. I went under the hood to try to see what was wrong and my oil reservoir cap was completely off, not even threaded, its a miracle it didnt fall out of the engine on the drive. Threaded the cap back on and engine light went off. Scammy business to try to get customers to come back, there wasnt even a need for them to be under my hood. Told a friend about it and they said they had similar experiences.

I showed up without an appointment when my car was making an awful sound. They fixed the problem in minutes and sent me on my way. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I ve been there several times and I ll keep going back

Made appt to get alternator installed. They quoted me a price and while installing the alternator they called to tell me it would be $75 more because an item was frozen . Pickup car and now i hear an annoying belt sound .round 2 tomorrow

I went at this place for changing battery of my Chrysler, very quick service and reasonable pricing.end to end everything was done in less than 20 min and I got the keys back.Good staff (I think name of person was Rick).

Easy process but Pep Boys did not take care of the 3 maintenance items I scheduled with them. They performed 2 of the 3. I ll take my car elsewhere for the 1 item they skipped.

Overall, the experience there was neither great nor terrible. The service advisor was pleasant and courteous. The biggest complaint was the time it took to do a regular inspection. I had a 1p appt., and my car sat in the parking lot for at least 45 mins. Before another 25-30 for the inspection.

I had a right rear brake light out and I called the Pep Boys in Exton on Saturday afternoon. I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. (Monday after work). They were very friendly, professional. I was in and out of there in minutes. Great experience!!!!

The scheduling was easy and efficient as I was able to get an appointment within 3 working days of my request. I was able to drop off my car on a Sunday evening using a drop box that was also easy to use and secure. I was supplied with a tracking text to assess progress of my car's service. All of my questions were answered by a knowledgeable service representative. During the service my radiator got nicked by accident and the service manager told me about the event when I was paying for the service and the radiator had already been replaced at no cost to me. I found the entire experience to be well done, the communication effective and the pricing competitive.

Went here twice over the past couple of months. In my opinion, staff was rude and had no interest in trying to fix my issue. They also seemed annoyed I was even there to give them business. Customer service is non existent.

It went smooth and Wyatt went out of his way to see the battery in the remote - told me the name and changed it for me ! Truly awesome Wyatt was friendly and very helpful as tot he tired that would work best and the cost .Elijah worked on the car and now it works like butter ! Thank you for working on Sunday!
