Brought my car in for the first oil change, had them rotate the tires as well. Service was prompt and I appreciated that they had a window into the garage from the waiting area where you could watch the maintenance being performed on your car. Most local dealerships don t have that.

Don't do it. Better off rolling the dice somewhere else. They will rip you off first opportunity they get. They tried to charge me $4,000 for work that I did not need. Charged me $221 for 1 hour of diagnostic I believe all they did was add antifreeze. My truck has been running fine ever since. Glad I told them no on doing any work.

Got a key fob replaced. $350. But they failed to tell me the remote starter did not work. I tried it when I got home, because I forgot to do it there, and because they said everything was fine, no issues found, it didn't occur to me to check it while there. A few days after being there my check engine light came on. It was code PO420. My catalytic converter system efficiency is below threshold. (Bank 1). They told me they need to run the diagnostics again at a cost of $150. I'm not sure why the print out I showed them wasn't sufficient for them to go by. I don't see why they did not pick up on this while it was there a few days earlier either. Therefore, I now have a lack of trust with them.I don't get emmission testing where I live. When I talked to my place that does my inspection they said this would not stop it from passing, as Fred Beans Christophe said. For this issue, depends on who you ask, some say it won't affect gas mileage or performance, others say it may. I haven't googled it yet. Just spoke to several certified mechanics on phone and in person. The people in the service department that write up the tickets-service order at Fred Beans are not mechanics.
