Polite, professional and attentive. Were told tires would come on the 23rd, received a call and tires came 4 days earlier than expected. Dropped off car at specified time. Only negative was having to wait extra time from what we have been told in the beginning, no big deal. Great place.

After over $3,000 worth of parts for the car, my mechanic finally figured out that CJs had put the wrong size tire on my car causing the modules to keep burning up. I talked to the manager very politely and he gave me a refund but never apologized for the situation. I realize that mistakes happen but over all, not happy with the situation or how it was handled.

this branch is not taking competitors coupon and is charging 50% more than other oil changes from other. The person was rude and was not customer friendly. I have being going there for past 4 years and looks like this was my last visit and will go to some where else. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Looks like management is changed and new BOSS is not user friendly.They charged 60$ for oil change compare to others charging 30$.

I had my car towed here after it wouldn t start. Turns out it was the alternator so I had them replace it. When I came to Pick my car up it wouldn t start. Im a female and it was dark and freezing outside. I came inside to tell the manager it wouldn t start and he couldn t have cared less. Even walking away mumbling while I was still talking to him. He told me they had done their job and the most they could offer me was a jump with no guarantee that it would make it home after paying hundreds of dollars to have it fixed.Thankfully an employee named Decklin jumped in and immediately offered to not only jump my vehicle but hooked it up to a machine to test both the battery and the alternator in the freezing cold! He took the time to ensure that we would be safe driving home and informed us of what to do if the problem persisted. He was so kind and knowledgeable. I am giving 5 stars because although the manager isn t kind, the employees are phenomenal and really care about their customers. I wish I knew the names of the others who came outside and helped us. Thank you all so much. I appreciate you!

Every person I dealt with at CJ s was kind, informative and courteous. I waited for my tires (4) to be replaced the same day I called about getting an appointment and the job was complete in no more than an hour.

Bought new tires and had an alignement done. Outer tire has signifigant wear after 8 months. They said nothing is wrong and I just need to rotate more often. When I bought my last set they sheered the lug off by over tightening the nut. After 15 years of mediocre service I will never go back again

Price and follow up great.2.25 hrs to install 4 new tires / l ordered a week in advance and in stock immediately. First customer in the door that day with confirmed appointment.This service should have been a 1 hour at the most.

I brought my car in for inspection and to have my tires rotated at 9am. By 930 I had received a call that my struts were leaking and they recommended replacement of both ugh. I did approve the replacement and must admit my cars suspension and driving seems much firmer than previous. I was happy with the quick turnaround time even though I was not expecting to have to replace or repair anything. I have always had a positive experience with any work I ve had at CJ s.

I brought my SUV in with a tire that kept going flat that I needed fixed/replaced that same day. I asked them to give me a price to replace all 4 tires and they were honest with me saying I only needed 3. The one was in good condition. I really appreciated their honesty and fair price. I told them I was done work at 4:00 and they had the job done at that time. I was very pleased!

I would leave zero stars if I could. This place just tried to rip my daughter off for $5500.! My daughter took her 2018 Toyota 4 Runner to them for an overdue inspection instead of going to our regular place. They failed the inspection, telling her that all of her shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced as well as needing rear brakes. It was going to cost $5500 and wouldn t be ready until next Thursday and this occurred last Friday. I called them and told them not to do anything and that I was coming there immediately to pick up the car. I took it to our regular place, which is Countryside Automotive on 113 and Bell Tavern Road. None of the shocks were leaking. All it needed to pass inspection was rear brakes.Definitely stay away from this place and take your business elsewhere. If they tell you something you don t like or makes you skeptical definitely get a second opinion!

This was my first time at CJ's. I just showed up and they took my vehicle right away. I purchased four new tires and had them installed. The girl working the counter (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) was incredibly nice and professional. She was juggling many customers, phone calls, and even an insurance claim and never once seemed stressed or expressed frustration. As someone who also works retail I can say she was great! The techs got the tires installed in an hour and a half and I was on my way. Great experience!

Bought a used vehicle from Fred Beans Ford in Exton online. My Carfax states that tires were replaced and balanced the tires were fine but the TPMS sensors were missing completely. I found this out after taking hold of the vehicle. I had to replace out of pocket $600.

I use this place every so often and they are typically fine. I woke up with a nail in my tire and wanted a quick fix before work, I called to see what the wait time would be and the guy on the phone was SUPER nice and said shouldn't take long bring it in and we will fix it... so I bring it in literally five minutes later. I'm waiting in line and some bald dude calls me up and I tell him I just spoke to someone (assuming it was the guy already helping a customer) and get into everything and he goes yea no it'll be two hours. Literally completely wasted my time. The guy next to him literally stopped what he was doing and asked him why he said that as I was leaving. So clearly the bald dude actually doing his job just wasn't in the cards today lol.

Had an awesome experience with CJ's tires in Lionville. Natasha was our service rep and she really went the EXTRA mile to help me find the exact tires and rims I needed for my truck, and let me tell you it wasn't easy! She researched other dealers on her own time, and stayed on the phone with me one day 30 minutes after her shift was over just to try and figure out which direction would be best for my truck. Customer service is a lost art nowadays so when you do get it you really appreciate Thank you Natasha, and big shout out to another rep (Bob) for giving such great support and service. Highly recommend CJ's in Lionville !! Thanks Bill

I've been going here shortly after moving to the area and trying out a few places. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick service. Honest and clear explanations of what needs to be done. I started out bring my older car, and now the entire family are loyal customers. Arthur is always great to chat with and incredibly respectful; and the rest of the staff is fantastic, too!

People are always friendly and helpful. I went the shop for oil change and annual inspection. My car has tire issue. They are very responsible and patient to explain to me and give me the options to fix it. Arthur is a very nice guy and he is very trying to help! After talk with him, I purchased the Guardian Protection Plan to protect my tires.

I am never ever going to the dealership ever again. At the dealership, they treat you like an idiot. At CJ s they were up front, friendly, and seemed actually willing to help me and the other folks I heard come in. Not to mention, affordable and quick! Shout-out to Natasha for the incredible service!!

CJs Tire and Automotive in Lionville is fantastic. All the technicians are kind and knowledgeable and ready to help you. I walked in during lunch time on a Monday and it took them less than an hour to diagnose the issue with my tire. Turned out I needed a new one and they got it ordered for me. When I got there at 5 the technicians had changed and unfortunately they had not gotten their 3rd delivery which of course, had my tire. I asked them what the plan B was and I said I don't need the same tire, I just need a tire - the technician was very honest with me and said the type of car I have, should have all 4 tires be the same. I did not know this, so from there, I said can we at least check to see how long I have with the current tire and without hesitation he got the car up to take a look and as luck would have it the 3rd delivery arrived right as they were raising my car. They were able to put the new tire on and send me on my way. Long story short, I really liked how they were willing to work with me when the delivery was delayed. It made me feel valued as a customer and like they actually wanted to help me. I will now recommend this location to all my friends. Thanks, CJ's!

Natasha and Tia Marie are the best service desk representatives ever at the Lionville location. Both are very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable I have been happy with the service, repairs, maintenance and tire selection and purchases. Good team.

We have been bringing our family "fleet" here for a number of years. Most recently, I have had to take my car in for an oil leak and some break work. I was happy to see the oil leak was a simple replacement of a $.02 rubber gasket, and it turns out my breaks were in decent shape but the calipers were sticking causing some noise. The bottom line, I was not charged for these issues and I wasn't subject to the hard-sell and and recommendation of fixing a dozen different things that didn't need to be fixed. Art was great, he took care of me and instilled a level of trust by not pressuring me to do anything. I will be back when I need to be. Frankly, Art's actions around building trust and doing only what was truly necessary saved the transfer of my family "fleet" to a competitor, which until now, was my plan.

I've been going to CJs for years. They are always friendly and helpful. When my car has a problem and needs to be repaired they take the time to explain to me what exactly the problem is, how it happened and what needs to be done to fix it.Arthur greeted me at my most recent visit and was very accommodating and cheerful!Keep up the great work !

I needed 4 new tires on short notice. Art P was very helpful in explaining the options and pricing. Within 24 hrs I had a new set of tires and felt confident in my purchase. The staff at CJ's were great! Thank you.

Had an unfortunate experience when having (4) new wheels and tires installed. Two of the wheels were scratched during installation and CJ s offered to have their local wheel repair tech fix them.I initially said yes, but when I got in my car the following morning I realized one of my tires was completely flat. After pumping up the tire and bringing it in, they determined that it never sealed correctly and again apologized. I also pointed out that the wheel sensors were not working either and was told they would activate once I drove more miles (they did not). After that, I didn t trust leaving the wheels and tires with them.I chose to use CJ s over a dealer/my mechanic since all they do is tire and wheel work. I assumed they would be the best option for this situation, but that was not the case. Staff at the front were all nice enough, but the work was not good and I can t recommend.

Went to CJ s for new tires on my car. They were very nice and helpful. I called first and reserved the tires I needed. They were upfront if they were busy and let me know the best time to drop off my car. Great service!

The tires I needed for my car weren t in stock, but Art (from the Exton location) ordered them for me and had them within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I had major engine issues with my car and didn t know if my car was going to be able to be repaired. Art stayed in touch with me for over three weeks and held the tires for me until I knew what was going on with my car. Who else would do that?! CJ tires always beats my car dealership prices on tires by a couple hundred dollars plus their guardian plan on tires is worth the extra money. I purchased the plan for my last set of tires with CJ tires, and it absolutely comes in handy. I wouldn t buy my tires from anywhere else!

Friendly, professional location! Despite walking in for an oil change on a busy Saturday morning, Art and the rest of the team were able to take great care of my vehicle in a timely manner. I would recommend this store location to anyone in the area.

Natasha & Arthur are always so friendly, and clearly explain any issues/solutions. I most recently dropped my car off to have a nail removed from the tire. It was ready in an hour, and there were no surprises!

on our way to wildwood and had to stop real quick because my moms breaks we re grinding, yes she should ve probably had them checked prior however we stopped to look at them and we drove her car around a little made a turn and there it was cj tire and auto. we stopped and they were able to get her car in quick and right away. Kaleb was thorough and to the point, very friendly and efficient. not down here often but if we ever are again i know where i m going for any car needs!!
